Customer service is total garbage. Hopefully looking at this review, they will treat the next customer better. The 3 hours I was there getting my bike worked on, I saw enough to make me never want to go back there again. Also, a friend of mine was in the process of purchasing a bike over the phone coming from Atlanta and they sold it while he was in the process. I could write another paragraph on the horrible service they did to my bike, but I dont have the time to write it. Trying to find another place to repair what theyve messed up. Good luck! Again, hopefully youre experience is better.

I just went to this store for the first time tonight. I was only dropping by to just look at some helmets for my boys. You cannot find good helmets anywhere. They were only going to be open for about 30 more minutes but we went by anyway. We were greeted right away and after we told them we were just looking at helmets. They were so kind to let us just look around and pull helmets down and try them on even knowing we were not going to buy anything tonight. I cannot believe how kind and generous these people are. They are moving to a new bigger location on Kingston Pike. Make sure to visit them! They are great people!

The ownership really wants to only sell quality merchandise when he could choose to go with quantity and cheap, hed rather go with quality to have a satisfied customer for the long haul.

The worst customer service I have experienced in a ATV dealer. I bought a brand new Linhia UTV from them. On the two occasions that I needed service they refused to schedule me to bring it in. They told me to call back in a month to get on the schedule. They cited that they were short mechanics and they were closed for two weeks for COVID. When I said I bought this from you and was hoping to get it in sooner because I use the UTV daily, they said no one around here will touch these. You will just have to wait. I am the owner and no one will touch this brand around here. he said. I called for service on December 17,2020 and again on February 16, 2021. I took my UTV to Athens to be serviced which is 1.5 hour drive for me on both occasions. I got impeccable service from Miller Small Engines. It may be a drive, but I highly recommend them. I will never give this company business again. Too bad there isnt a zero star for this review. They dont deserve a 1 star.

Nice folks. They had the cart we were looking for and even helmets..... kinda need those helmets. The cart was for a 6 year old but they had a few more toys for adults including a few sweet looking boats. I recommend them fasho

Great service very good employees. They took a lot of time to speak with my son and find him the right bike for him. My son got the Bike on Christmas day and has been riding the whole time. He is loving the bike and the price was easy on the pocket book. I highly recommend them, great selection, very helpful and the price was right.

I came here for a repair on a moped I bought here (later found out I’d paid $700 more than retail). The repair took weeks longer than I was told it would. I went to pick it up early before it was finished because I needed it to get to work. My battery had been drained and they’d lost my keys. I was told I would get a replacement battery free of charge to carry me over until the last part came in. Connor then told me I could only get the battery if I left a good google review?! Let me clear, my battery was fine before I brought the bike in for repair. I was then told I would get a call when the last piece came in, and the repairs I’d paid for could finally be completed. That was December. Never got that call.

I called in about a drive belt problem I was having on a utv that I didn’t buy from them. They got their mechanic on the phone and he took the time to help me troubleshoot and figure out what was wrong. I’ll be using these guys in the future. Thanks for the help!

I have no idea why everyone thinks this place is so good. The mechanic that they have over charge and when you ask for a diagnostic and you tell them exactly what you want. They take the time up doing what they want to and in the end as customers we get to suffer because of the incompetence of what we are wanting. Like I said to them I hope karma comes back around 10 fold. And just for the heads up they charge 90 for one hour of diagnosis. Then a 10 service fee then taxes and just some more BS. Best of luck.

Whats great about this place is...service, the fact they can work on engines that others wont touch, and product selection. Read earlier that they carry Chinese junk hers ht problem with that statement, practically everything made in the good ole US of A is made in Chinese or there bouts with very little being made domestically except maybe the Harley Davidson. The products they offer are quality products with warranties at a considerable savings youd find elsewhere for comparable American made products and did I mention service? They also service the equipment whether or not you bought it from them. Says allot about the ethics of the business. Find that somewhere else around here? I havent until today, so Im pleased with this location, they fill a market that was missing here in Knoxville.

Outstanding service front start to finish. Had my sons bike fixed in a few days and the cost was more than fair. Our offroad toys will never be repaired by anyone but STAR POWERSPORTS. Thanks again guys

Best place to buy an atv

Great selection. Were located 2.5 hours away and the owner was willing to meet us late at night to make the sell. He was nice and very respectful.

Just recently bought a 4 wheeler from here for half the price of the big name places. It is Chinese made and doesnt have suspension but for the price I am happy. This thing is wicked fast though. Service took time to answer all my questions. Selection was huge. Ill buy again from here and return to service my toys.
