Went for paint brushes for ceramics and on the way through the store and back up front to check out I picked up 6 other items (all on sale), open up their web page on my cell phone and got 40% more off, totalling less than $100.00. JoAnn fabrics and crafts center has a huge selection of hello lovely products in the hobby section.Great for making handmade body scrubs and bath bombs, candles and more.

Avoid this location for framing services: poor customer service, poor excuses about delivery time and did not meet even low expectations. They could use A LOT of training in this area (there are signs at the framing counter to ‘buzz’ them for help but don’t bother wasting your time engaging in any conversation with the rude person in that dept.) Otherwise they have an OK selection in most other areas and plenty of staff to provide other help.

I didnt actually find what I was looking for there but usually I do really well at this place They have lots of things to purchase. I love the material to make things with and if youre looking for a unique material this might be the best place in town theres just so much of it! The people here in the cloth department are top-notch and know what theyre talking about. This place is a heck of a lot better than the hateful terrible people that own hobby lobby so please support this place instead. If youre starting a hobby or need something for jewelry or crafts this place is good because they have coupons Dont forget to check it out on their app or online.

Love going to this store. Got great prices on fabric, beads for making jewelry, and throw pillows for my couch. Cloth cutting counter was speedy despite it being pretty busy in the store.

I normally love Joann due to them offering way more coupon options than any other craft store. I own a small business, so I can use all the discounts I can get while starting out. However, they are never stocked with the items I need (specifically the polymer clay). Every time I go into the store, the stock is at the same level it was the last time I visited. Unfortunately, I am going to have to start getting my supplies elsewhere.

Lines for check out are always long. Plan on spending 20 minutes minimum in check out lines. This has been happening prepandemic too, so they have always had long lines

Absolutely had a wonderful experience. The lady that help me went way above expectations. It wouldve taken me 2 hours, with her help it took us just 30 minutes.

Not impressed with this particular Joanns. They’re very poorly stocked, especially with yarn, but their redeeming quality is the fabric selection is good. Also, none of the employees were friendly at all. I didn’t meet one employee who smiled or were friendly to any customer.

One of the few craft stores left that can compete with Hobby Lobby, many come here for the classes so parking can be tricky. Check out the clearance as they do good markdowns at times. Frequently, they have a coupon in their ad or by email.

This was my first trip to Jo-Ann fabrics. The fabric I was looking for I found. The cashiers were very helpful.There is quite a variety of merchandise in there just not fabrics... You should go check them out for fabrics sewing items yarn just a multitude of projects you can do.

Always a great place to shop. Love the large yarn selection. Would like to suggest they put a changing table in the restroom. Hard to change a baby in a shopping cart.

Its always way 2 hot in there. The employees at the cutting table have got to be the rudest I have ever seen.. checkout .is always backed up. . Its like everytime i go in there i have a bad experience due to a employees beyond nasty attitude and improper customer service ...stuff is priced so bad its insane like ribbon they charge 8$ for a spool u can get for 2-3$:elsewhere. Bathrooms are dirty & outdated. I would much rather go to any store like hobby lobby, michaels, acmoore, etc.

We were in the store yesterday and would have enjoyed our shopping experience if one of your workers wasnt so loud. You could hear her talking as if she standing right behind you...only she was 2 aisles away. I now know your employees dont like that the spray paint is locked up.

A very well rounded craft store that offers a little bit of everything. Im happy to see they are starting to carry better lines of merchandise in various crafts and not just sewing. My only complaint is some of their prices are outrageous especially compared to other retailrrs.

Just ordered some stuff from the store online for in store pick up! Get there to pick it up it’s not what was needed. Tried to exchange it for what was needed cashier cuts me off and tells me I can’t. Ok cool deal I get there are things that have to process and so forth. I get outside and see that the receipt says scan barcode to return item. I decided to go back in and see what that means. She gets the manager who was very short and rude with me! I have done a ton of business with this particular store, but after this incident I will take my business elsewhere from now on. That was completely uncalled for. General manager should really look into his cashiers and his managers. This isn’t the first incident with this particular cashier either.

I like JoAnn stores. They have great sales. There is a good selection of crafts, fabric, ideas, etc. The fabric is a lower quality than 5-6 years ago but most of the store merchandise is good. I was at this store in Knoxville Tennessee recently. Its quite an old store I think. Heres my beef about MOST JoAnne stores Ive been in around the States....they. are. Slower. Than molasses!!! Every store! They can have 3-4 people stocking, one or two people cutting fabric, one person at the checkout and 5-6 or more people WAITING to get fabric cut! Isnt the reasonable and customer friendly thing to do to wait on people? In this instance there was a huge return of fabric that needed the managers assistance. Another lady had stack of 10-12 pieces of fabric to be cut. I waited in line over 20 minutes to get my choice cut. There were five people ahead of me they waited as long as I did and more. I finally asked the manager if she could call for more help at the counter. This was a very frustrating time. But it happens to most stores! Please work a bit faster!!!!!

JoAnn is a great place. A little expensive, but they have good sales. I guess I just chose and expensive but fun hobby. I found everything I needed to make gifts for everyone.

They have everything needed for sewing as well as arts and craft projects. I found their staff to be very helpful. I was looking for a foam heart wreath and this is the ONLY place that had them. The store is huge with so much to look at. They have some beautiful home decor items as well. Very impressed.

I hate admitting this, but I was very selfishly aware of the time in which I ran into the store. Knowing exactly what I wanted I figured, Surely Ill be in and out in the 6 mintues to close time. However, its simply not my fault that the store was so perfectly clean and there was no one to battle with while attempting the social distancing dance that happens while looking at the same endcap. I mean, I got distracted and lost and items kept jumping at me that I had to catch...needless to say, the employee that used her mom voice when telling me she was closing her register and that it was no big deal it happens when I apologized, brought me right back to my own retail working days. I had become one of those people! Ahhhhh! Thank you kind employee for not treating me in a manner that my blatant disregard for your store hours deserved!

Placed an order online and it took a little longer than I expected. Went to pickup the next day due to the late hour it was ready the day before. Still had to wait in regular checkout line but once I was at the register it was fast and Barb was amazing. I would recommend having a dedicated line or checkout for online orders. Not that that line could not be used as a regular checkout between online pickups. I was under a time crunch to get everything ready for a girl scout activity that afternoon, otherwise the wait would not have bothered me. In any case, I still give 5 stars because everyone at Joanns is always helpful and friendly. Barb was no exception. She even shared information about us coming to classes as a troop and how much she loved doing classes with girl scout troops.

I very much enjoy shopping here. Every time I go the cashiers are super nice and always share tips about my projects.

Nice store. Would love more fabric varieties offered - mostly geared to quilters. Wish they carried more of a clothing fabric selection.

Picked over! I was shocked at the empty shelves. They are UNDERSTAFFED and it made me leave with not purchasing a thing. I could not get any help in the plastic storage area which was a mess and not a thing had a price on it. I used to work at a Joann Fabric store and this was an embarrassing moment.

I needed a custom frame made a few weeks ago. While the price was out of my budget. The middle aged woman that tends the frame counter is top notch! We talked for about 20 minutes and was very helpful and funny. She needs to be part of management. Very pleasant experience.

You almost always get ran over with their curbside being on the curb not designated spots! Cars come from both directions causing traffic and more traffic or drivers not paying attention.

I enjoy coming to Joann Fabrics and Crafts. I always find beautiful fabrics, quality yarn in all lovely, colors, craft supplies, etc. The staff is so helpful and courteous. Its a beautiful place to shop and I always have a fun experience here. I check out the new craft items, and love looking at their great craft books.
