The attendant made little effort to understand what I needed, fortunately I researched on Google beforehand so knew what to ask for. They also tried to sell me accessories I didnt need. Chains like this need to train their staff how to deal with customers, it gave me a bad impression of Sally Beauty.

Very nice employee. She was very helpful with a product I was looking for. Store was really clean and stocked.

They are charging for bags now. Not the reusable kind. Just a paper bag with their name on it. They should be ashamed. I will go elsewhere from now on.
