I had a wonderful experience at the Bare Minerals boutique at West Towne Mall! Anna listened to my needs and went out of her way to make me feel like a valued customer. No question about it...I will be a repeat customer the next time I need natural make-up and excellent customer service. I am very excited to try out the lovely palette of Rose eyeshadows (see picture below). This will be a nice addition to the items I am already using (pressed face powder, cream to powder blush, and self-sharpening pencil eyeliner). Thank you for being so helpful and attentive!

Anna at Bare Minerals went out of her way to make sure my account information was up-to-date, and made some great color recommendations for an eyeshadow palette. Not only did I feel like a valued customer today, I look forward to my next visit! I am really looking forward to trying out my new eyeshadow shades, and believe that they will coordinate nicely with my other favorite Bare Minerals products: pressed powder, cream to powder blush, and self-sharpening eyeliner. A coworker of mine recommended Bare Minerals to me so I thought I would drop in and check it out one evening. There was one girl working, so Im assuming she was busy preparing to close up and keep track of other customers stopping in. I felt like I was holding her up, so I didnt want to ask a lot of questions. I liked the eye shadow and lipstick I bought but I think if I go back it will be earlier in the day.

Excellent skin care line for those without dry skin..... I have very dry skin especially on cheeks and forehead. This left me feeling even dryer and sadly a bit flaky. This product line is exceptional for friends and family with normal or oily skin. I feel it is a 4 star only because of needing to improve products for those like me with dry skin.

Highly, highly, recommended these products! They will even let you try samples and take them home FOR FREE if you ask! Very well trained staff

My experience at bare minerals was amazing!! They were very personable and knew exactly what to give me to match my skin tone. They found me some amazing deals. I love the feel of their make up.

I had an allergic reaction to some chapstick while I was at work. I went into this store to see if they would touch up my face where I had the reaction. I have worn bareMinerals for 6 years and I trust the product! LORI touched up my face and took great care of me! Definitely made my day and I was ready to head back to work. I went in here after having a bad experience at a different makeup store trying to buy Bare Minerals. It is a store that sells all brands. They rushed through the color matching and wouldnt give me any advice on what type of concealer and foundation I would do best with. She just kept saying, just whatever you prefer.I almost just gave up and went home, but decided to go to the Bare Minerals store at the mall. I just want to say that I had the BEST experience here. I was greeted promptly by Tyra. She listened to what I wanted and made wonderful suggestions on what to get. She tried out different products on me and got a perfect color match. I ended up getting a new kit. (I have been wearing Bare Minerals for 15 years, but wanted a new look with all the new stuff they have been getting in.)Tyra made my day at the Bare Minerals store and I wont be going back anywhere else to purchase makeup. Long time user. I usually get the 8 gram / .28 Oz size oh, it doesnt sound like much but it lasts about three months using every day. Only have to use once for a full 24 hours, will touch up if needed. Provide light to full not cakey even coverage, great price. Have fallen asleep wearing a few times and does not clogged pores irritate my sensitive skin. Recommend to everyone!

Hands down had the best experience with Lori today! I don’t go into make up shops often anymore, because I have a toddler for a side kick. But today I decided to be brave and take her to the mall to check out the BE store. I honestly needed to replenish a lot of my make up. I was either lacking or my face was having reactions to stuff I’d used for years. Not only did I save money, but I feel in love with all the products she applied to my face. Lori was amazing, personable and also patient with my toddler. Whom wanted to give her “huggies” before we left.

I usually dont comment or rate but I had the best experience at this store. Tyra was great! She was so good at her suggestions and listened to what I wanted. There were other ladies in the store with the other girl working, we all had such a great time, they both made you feel very comfortable and not rushed. If you need any makeup go to this store an see Tyra! Shes the best.

Staff is great. Unfortunately bare mineral is discontinuing alot of products that the older crowd like. We dont we a r frosted eye shadow, the new face moisturizers are like putting baby oil on your skin and on and on.Bare minerals is becoming to disappointing. Ive be a customer since 2005. Will probably go back to Elizabeth Arden.

Ive not been in a bareMinerals store yet. I know noting about ther custmer service. What I have done is work customer service sinxe 1987. What I picked up on in the oast comment was that an OLDER woman as working. IT hegs to question the age of the person posting the comment. I got on this site to see where the cl8sest store is to me. Well it j6st eo happen, the closest one is WEST TOWN MALL. I have loved this mall since it opened. YES, Im that OLD. Im still young enough to want to look and be better. I believe bareMinerals can do this for me. SO, j6st saying, one bad review does NOT a business make. Ill be there by November 23. Whos to say, the post wasnt made by a spoiled wealthy brat under 30, that can be rude and ugly to anyone 8f her choixe. THank you bareMinerals AND West Town Mall, FOR YOUR SERVICE to Knoxville and at least 5 surrounding counties.
