Joanna took me in and literally learned a whole new braiding style to her Im like 5 mins. Not only that but she KILLED it and I love my hair. I highly recommend her and will definitely be going back.

My experience here was not the best. I got my hair shampooed before my appointment and the girl that shampooed my hair pulled and yanked it. (I was hopeful for good results, so I didnt mention it to the workers at the time).I got my hair done here in a crochet style, but had to take it down the same day because the hair was pulling at my edges. When I took it down, my hair was noticeably thinner and shorter. I have soft, fine hair and the workers here either dont care or dont know how to handle that type of hair.I do not recommend this shop if you have soft, fine coils.

I LOOOOVE Joana, I got extended soft locs from her and she is so amazing and patient and kind. Also this is the first time in my 20 years of life that Ive ever got my hair done and I am beyond satisfied I love it, it looks SO good. I will forever recommend going to Joana to everybody I know it is 1000% worth it.

This is my second time and will continue to be a repeated customer because I am very pleased with the results of my hair.
