Apparently people leaving good reviews had a much better experience than I did. The couch I sat on in the showroom was NOT the couch I received. My couch is extremely uncomfortable with VERY stiff seat cushions and back cushions that had very little stuffing which resulted in awkward leaning back. In addition, some seams on cushions are double stitched but others are single stitched therefore not matching. Then the fabric pulled loose all along the front. Bassett sent a repair person to my home twice but some issues can not be remedied. I told the store manager the only solution I could see was to return the couch—he told me that was not possible. BEWARE!!! What you sit on in the showroom will not be what you receive and after you buy it you’re stuck with it. If you’re interested in a Bassett couch I’ll gladly sell you mine!!

We had the best experience at Basset Furniture! The staff is so friendly, experienced and helpful. Highly recommend anyone there! They even made a layout of our home we are buying to make sure that the furniture we bought fit!

Excellent sales staff. Described what I wanted & why. She took me right to the perfect sofa & mattress. Had been to 3 other stores, they didnt even come close, but ran me all over their stores. Very pleased with my purchases, very pleased with the delivery.

I was able to schedule Saturday delivery without any problems, which is great when you have to work during the week and work far from home. The delivery was on time and I received a call before they arrived. The sales staff and delivery staff were very friendly and helpful.
