Adam went above and beyond to help me find THE PERFECT rug that was sold out. He found the last one in all stores and called them. They were able to take my payment over the phone and ship to my house within two days. All at the clearance price. Customer service is A++++!

Rather pricey for quality, but I guess thats whats being offered out there. The one staff person we spoke with was polite and cordial. Another problem (to us) is the shipping charges. If its not in the store, customer has to pay for shipping, even if shipped directly to store.

There delivery people are awful. I first received a delivery time for between 1.30-3.30. they never showed. Then instead of being first the next day they called me at lunch and said they would be there between 1.30-2.00 It is 5.20 and they still have not arrived. One miss is ok if it has to happen but this is ridiculous

Its pottery barn. Prices are high, but great quality!! I bought a serving plate and pic frame. Both are wonderful. Also our cashier was such a gentleman. Very nice.

Will update again. They are trying to make it right.I have been a faithful customer for many many years for both PB and WS. I had been first on the list to buy a floor piece of furniture, but when I went in to check on it, they had sold it to someone else. Likely a friend or family member. The assistant manager even had the nerve to tell me they cant tell who is on the list first etc. BS as I have been checking in for months. They will not get another penny from me. Loyal customers obviously is not needed at PB.

Pottery Barn Teen online: I would give them a zero star if I could. Do NOT stand behind online orders, make returns difficult, customer service takes at minimum a 30 min hold time. Shipped order missing product, will not make it right. Do not recommend doing business online with this company!

Most unfriendly group of people I have ever encountered! No one speaks when you go into the store. No one looks up to acknowledge you are even there. I do most of my shopping at Pottery Barn online and have found that experience to be great.There is a Williams Sonoma (sister store) in our mall. The staff and shopping experience there is exceptional!

Cant say enough bad stuff about my experience at this store and with Pottery Barn in general after going above this store. Was the Knoxville store on January 7, 2019 and made a larger purchase for several items. I was moving in a few weeks and needed furniture for the new house. I was concerned about delivery time and Debbie, the sales associate said it always comes quicker than they say but it would be up to 6 weeks. Ok, I could live with 6 weeks. It took Debbie about 45 minutes to check me out, I dont know what all the difficulty was but at the end she gave me a bundled of printed papers, which was essentially my receipt for all of the stuff. After I got home I was reading through the information and see a May delivery date. No mention of that from Debbie so I call the store and indeed, several of the items, the most important items, were not scheduled to ship until May. I said thats unacceptable, I would have never purchased if Id know it was multiple months out, and at that time I was informed it was a non-refundable purchase. I wont go into the details but many phone calls later, I eventually got all my money refunded. Within days of the refund, Pottery Barn, went and charged my card again. I opened a dispute with my credit and many weeks later, once again, Pottery Barn refunded all of the money. Now here I am in June a full 5 months after the mess started and Pottery Barn has charged my card again. I havent been in the store, or on their website and out of the blue they randomly charge my credit card.. Im sitting on hold with PB as I write this and my phone is at 13:46 hold time. This organization is terrible. And everytime I call somewhere there, someone else was supposed to have done something to correct this. I will never purchase from this company or its affiliates again.

Felt like I was in the way - one sales person almost pushed me out of the way to get to another sales person. No apology, no offer to assist. Thats OK - Ill stay out of the store so sales folks can chat freely without the inconvenience of customers milling about.

Went into West Town today to be rudely told by a sales associate she was on the phone and have a lady at the register that had nobody else th the yell at me and say I wasn’t next in line. I have two living room sets, over 30 pillows, silverware, dishes, curtains, holiday decor, at least 20 different bedding sets, pictures, mirrors, towels and much more from there. I’m sure you can imagine how I felt after holding $300 worth of pillow cases that I still purchased after being treated so rudely. Needless to say I’ll be returning those and never shopping in your store again. After spending close to $30k there I guess I’m still not a valued customer! Worst most rude group I’ve ever had to deal with!

We recently moved into a new house and I wanted to fill our living room with new furniture. I went to the Pottery Barn in Knoxville to get some ideas and the staff there were very helpful when I was looking at sofas. During a Memorial Day sale, I ordered the Pearce upholstered sectional and Benchwright coffee table online. It came to about $4000 for the furniture with almost $300 in shipping.About three weeks later, I received a phone call with the Williams Sonoma shipping department to schedule my white glove delivery. We scheduled it for a Monday, about 3.5 weeks after I had placed the original order. On the Friday before, someone from the shipping company called me again to say that their co-worker had made a mistake by scheduling my delivery on a Monday; the only day the company would deliver to my area (Wears Valley - 25 miles from the Knoxville store) was a Wednesday. Wednesdays dont work for me and I questioned as to why I was paying almost $300 in shipping and having to work around the shipping companys schedule. The response was pretty much that I had to take it or leave it. I called Pottery Barn customer service to see if they could remedy the situation and was then told that in actuality, all of my furniture wasnt actually at the warehouse so they couldnt even deliver it yet. I was told that I would get a call from shipping when all of my items arrived. 1.5 weeks later, no call yet, so I decided to call them. After arguing with the shipping company, I was told that they would do a Tuesday night delivery (now 6 weeks after I ordered the items). Tuesday rolled around. I posted my current furniture for sale and moved it out in preparation for the new furniture. The slotted time for the delivery came and went and no one showed up, no phone call from the company to explain why. I called Pottery Barn customer service and they had no explanations either. I would expect that a company that prides themselves on customer service would have done anything and everything to remedy the situation. My furniture should have been on the truck and on the way to my house first thing. But no one knew where exactly my furniture was and told me that I would have to wait another week for my furniture to be delivered. At this point, I had lost all faith in both Pottery Barn customer service and the Williams Sonoma shipping department. Even though they refunded my shipping fees, it was too little too late. I canceled my order; Pottery Barn lost $4000 in revenue and a frequent-buyer customer. If you live within a certain distance of the Knoxville store, I recommend only purchasing what you can take home with you. Buying any big-ticket items from them and having to deal with the shipping company will leave you frustrated and empty-handed. Not worth it.

I was in the Knoxville store today. Ask if they could wrap a Christmas gift for me I had purchased online at PB. I have been a frequent customer at the Knoxville store since it opened for many years. The employees were not friendly and definately did not want to wrap the gift for me. (I guess because I didnt purchase it at the store). I would be in the store more, however my 86yo dad is in poor health, so Im shopping online this year. I have spent lots of $ in their store. So surprised at how I was treated today. Very disappointing.
