The couch I bought from Rooms To Go is AMAZING! I am thoroughly impressed with the quality, style, and comfort of a piece I had only seen the floor model of in a different color! The salesman that worked with me, Vito, is 5-stars! He made sure every detail was taken care of for me and checked in periodically during the wait and delivery period to make sure everything was satisfactory. He didnt rush sales, took all the time in the world to make sure I purchase what I wanted, and had very impressive insight as to what would match my current decor I had in mind, and he was 100% right! Super helpful and knowledgable staff. Could not recommend their store, their staff, and Vito enough. Thank you Rooms To Go! Ive only had this sofa one day and have received a plethora of compliments and I know exactly where to send them for one of their own!

0 stars! Had to put at least 1 to post publicly. Purchased a queen sized bed frame on September 4, 2021. Was really excited for delivery on October 30, 2021. We were told it would be delivered between 7am and 11am on Saturday morning. We woke up at 6am to rearrange our furniture to make it easier on the crew delivering our new bed. Got a text @ 7:17am stating they would be here within 56 minutes. After waiting and waiting I finally called just before 11am to see if everything was okay. At that time I was informed that they had discovered that my bed was damaged and that I would not be getting it my bed today. The damage was noticed @ 6am. So why text @ 7:17am saying youre heading to my house??? After wasting most of my day I drove up there and got my refund. I highly DO NOT recommend.
We stopped in to get a new mattress and Craig was the nice gentleman that helped us! He was polite, professional, knew all kinds of facts about each mattress and followed us back and forth several times while we were trying to narrow our choice down to the right one. He was not pushy at all and very helpful. We will definitely be back if he is the one to help us furnish our next purchase!! Ask for Craig!!!
Nice furniture store - better than most actually. What really set it apart was the customer service. My sales person was Konstance and she was pretty incredible. In fact, I made sure to ask for her specifically. Very pleased with the service.
Would not suggest buying any type of furniture from here. I will NEVER be using them again. My delivery date and time frame has changed three times. Was suppose to be the second delivery on the list but that has changed to the fifth after changing my plans to be home because they couldn’t make it on the first day. No one asked me when I wanted the delivery date to change to. I’m expected to be here when it arrives but they are not held to the same standard. Customer service has you on hold for 30 minutes before you can speak to someone and they are closed on Sunday. This is the worst and most unreliable places to buy furniture.

The high star rating is for the price and ease of purchase. Going into the store I knew exactly where and what I was buying the sales person Michael just had to ring us up. I asked if they have any of the memory foam pillows. He says I dont know and finishes the purchase and off he ran. I literally walk 5 steps and there are racks not one but multiple racks holding all different brands of pillows. Flagged down another sales rep she cant help because Michael was our rep she even paged him. We walked all over the store finally found him chatting in an office. I ask him if we could add on the pillow to the purchase. He say oh no they cant reopen the ticket. Someone else would have to separately check us out. 45 mins later someone finally sold us the pillow. Absolutely ridiculous that he didnt know they sold pillows and could not be bothered the complete the customers transaction because the big ticket item he already got credit for. A good sales person wants repeat customers not bad reviews for poor service.
I don’t normally post reviews. How ever Over the years I have come to realize how important reviews are even if it’s for that one employee who needs to hear from an outsider that they were appreciated for the dedication they showed. Vito was a huge help and out of three other local business he really set aside from the rest. His character made us feel very comfortable and he worked hard to get us to answer questions that ultimately helped us make our decision. He made us laugh and answered all of our questions. I hope someone above Him sees this post because most of the good help is long gone these days and the ones working through these hard times are the one that we should notice. It’s important to notice the hard work and dedication it’s far and few between. Thank you Vito I really appreciate you.
The service and price were great! Super happy with the bedroom furniture we are getting for my daughter. If I have one critique, they need more timely delivery (almost a month out) but I love how up front they were about the cost of everything. I dont like when stores act all coy about their additional costs.
I have done my furniture shopping at various Rooms to Go stores in different states and I have always had a positive experience.The furniture is well-built and lasts, they stand behind their products, and their employees offer great customer service.Never any need to shop elsewhere!
Drove 2 1/2 hours to Lebanon, TN to pick up an ottoman. The feet had to be screwed to the bottom of the ottoman. When I went to assemble it the feet required 8 screws but it had no screws, but it had felt pads for some reason. We tried to call “customer care” and after a couple of attempts and a couple of hours on hold they agreed to mail us out the rest of the screws. Several days later we received 2 screws but we need 8 screws. We did the phone call song and dance again and today we received 4 more screws. We are still missing 2 screws. The last time we contacted ”customer care” we were told that we agreed to to install the legs our self when we didn’t have it delivered. I’m okay with that but we paid a premium price for the ottoman and we should at least get what we paid for. The local Knoxville store was good but “customer care” is a joke.

Today we bought two theater loveseats. All reasonably priced, very good quality and very stylish too. Highly recommend Konstance and Rooms to Go!❤️
Came here shopping for sectionals a month ago. We were helped by Russ; he was great, informative but not pushy. He helped us find something we liked that was in stock. We called back to place the order the next day (had to measure to make sure it would fit) and Elliot helped us; easy process, arranged for delivery a week later. The delivery was great, good communication on when to expect arrival. All was great. Discovered one of the throw pillows had a snag in it, contacted customer service and have just received the replacement. Also, we were told of the 30 day price guarantee, noticed our sectional went on sale this past weekend, called, spoke with Brianna and promptly were credited the difference on prices. Very happy with our experience. Loving our sectional. Thanks to all who helped us!
We were able to find what we wanted without high-pressure sales. There were tons of choices and pricing was clear and easy to understand. We will definitely think of Rooms To Go when we’re looking for furniture again.
After searching 8 different stores in Knoxville as well as countless stores online, I finally found the chair for my new office at rooms to go. The staff were attentive but laid back. I felt no pressure whatsoever. The salesperson was super helpful, friendly, and engaging. Clean, bright atmosphere and the staff all wore masks for health safety. Bravo! 10/10

I was pleased with the sales representative in her voice and manner. She very promptly met me at the door and conducted me to the various models of mattress that I had come to look at in the brochure. She did suggest one of the higher priced mattresses at first as I expected but I quickly told her that was not in my budget. She then showed me several less expensive models from which to choose. I selected one that felt good and also a box spring to go with it. My hoped for delivery day was not available but I was given one that accommodated my schedule. Delivery was efficiently carried out and my niece is happy with my selection. This is the second time I have made a purchase from this store and I have been extremely pleased with the sales persons I have dealt with as well as the delivery persons. They have been kind, courteous, and efficient.
I visited this Rooms To Go location and received the best customer service that I have received in a very long time. I was immediately greeted by Roy, who was so kind, listened to my needs and showed me furniture that he felt would fit my needs. The store manager, Steven also engaged me. I had just left a different furniture store (different company) and had received the worst experience. These two gentlemen not only made me forget how terrible my recent experience was, but helped me find everything I needed in one visit to their store. The showroom was clean, organized and merchandised beautifully. Thank you Roy and Steven for outstanding service. I will be back.
This is what might happen if you order a sofa from Rooms to Go in Knoxville. But, it’s actually worse than this. The drivers and the store manager Steven Daniel la will not give me any insurance information to file a claim. It gets worse. The delivery drivers would not take the sofa back. It was dirty and missing 4 legs!!! This is not what you would expect from a NEW sofa. They have basically refused to resolve these three issues, very deceptive conpany. Would recommend buying somewhere else.

When you first make the order everyone is so nice and helpful. I go my order in 2 weeks that’s when the problems started!! One on the pieces on my sectional was broke, so I called them that same day and my salesperson said they would call me back about getting it replaced. That took over a week for them to call back and told me it would be over a month before they could send the new piece. Then of course they cancel that delivery now still waiting. This is not acceptable!! Worse customer service ever!! Every time you try to call customer care it’s over 30 minutes. Will NOT be going back!!
My husband and I have always shopped with Rooms To Go. We recently purchased two bookshelves and an entertainment center online. The packages were shipped through the distributor, Walker Edison, from Salt Lake City, Utah. When they arrived, the boxes were in fine condition. I opened them the next morning to get to work building the bookshelves to discover that both bookshelves were broken. Both of them, in the exact same spot. My husband immediately called Walker Edison and the woman he spoke to gave him some excuse that it had to be a shipping problem. My husband explained that the boxes were in perfect condition. Even the styrofoam inside of the boxes were in perfect condition. Only explanation: they had to be broken when they were packed. The woman refused to do anything about it other than replace the parts broken, which my husband explained were the main components of the bookshelves. He asked for a replacement and they flat out refused. We then spoke to Rooms To Go and told them at this point, we want a refund. Rooms To Go told us they would pick up the broken bookshelves when they delivered our other delivery (mattresses) and that would get the refund process started.. A week goes by, they drop off the mattresses and refuse to take the broken bookshelves and entertainment center. We have been trying to get someone to do something about this since the date we received it. We have called Rooms To Go every other day for the last two weeks. They keep making promises to refund and were still waiting, with three giant boxes piled up in our apartment. DO NOT ORDER FROM ANYTHING THAT SAYS WALKER EDISON. You will receive broken furniture that no one will do anything about.

Me and my mother went to rooms to go to purchase a set for my new apartment. The man who helped us was very nice. We paid over $3000 for a new set of furniture but got terrible service getting it moved over. The two men who moved it over were very rude. They rushed the entire job threw the furniture around and had bad attitudes. They trashed the apartment and couldn’t complete the bed because it was sent to us wrong. When we tried to look at it they got upset with us for trying to make sure. They told us we were out of luck and left the room incomplete. We called up there to get it fixed Saturday and they told us it would be fixed next Saturday… now it’s Saturday and they are telling us they can’t make anymore. Don’t waste your money here. You are only getting half a room.

I had a very awful experience. When I purchased the furniture I told the sales man what I wanted but he forgot to add a nightstand. I didn’t realize that until couple of days later, when I called he said that the item was not added to the order but can add it and it would be free delivery, never received an apology. I had to wait 2 months for that one night stand to get delivered, when they delivered it they said they weren’t allowed to set it up because it is a door-drop delivery. What??? I already paid for delivery and set up when I bought the bedroom set it, is their mistake that they didn’t add the nightstand. When I opened the box to get the night stand out one of the drawers was stuck and wouldn’t open. I waited 2 months and received a defective furniture. Very disappointed. I will never purchase anything from them ever again.

We just got our new living room furniture from here. Its great had a great sales lady named Angie, she was wonderful. Didnt beat around the bush about things, was honest, wasnt pushy. We showed her what we wanted and that our minds were made up, she got us took care of, she set up delivery, the delivery guys were great it went smooth, they were very professional. Great furniture, big oversized to accommodate our family, 2 growing children, and a 61 decent size husband, so that everyone is comfortable in our seating arrangement with there own space with our Cindy Crawford, Palm Spring 3 piece sectional. Will return when new furniture is need or we decide to update other furniture. Thank you for all your great help.
My buying experience was great. Delivery service is a different story. My delivery was inconveniently rescheduled due to a “ driver emergency.” When my furniture was finally delivered they never finished my set up!! I had items missing that were delivered to my home and I had to set them up! My accent chair was left sitting on the floor because the delivery team said the wrong chair legs were sent with b it. A MONTH later my chair is still sitting on the floor with no legs. No communication at all! I guess I will have to order and install those myself too! At this point Rooms to go needs to refund me for the set up fee!!!

It doesn’t stop there. A week later I came back in looking for the ideal bedroom set for my master suite. He was once again incredibly helpful in showing the desired sets best aligned with the look I was going for. Both weeks he was super professional and tolerated my- not so well behaved- four year old. His professionalism allowed me to overlook my son’s difficulties in public and focus on the purchases that will help make our new home ours. Thank you so much! I purchased a sofa in beginning of August with Annettes help in the store. She was delightful to work with; she gave me her card since I needed to go home and measure the space to ensure the sofa would fit. I called her the next day and she was able to place the online order and set a delivery date. About 3 weeks later, I decided I also wanted the matching love seat. I called and Annette was not in that day, but I was connected to Paige. Paige was awesome! The loveseat price had increased in the 3 week span between my first order, and she price matched the sofa/loveseat bundle to the original price. Paige went above and beyond to help me and it is so appreciated! The couches are also great quality and Ive gotten lots of compliments. This Rooms To Go location is great and I would recommend RTG to anyone!
Went in to purchase several things. The sales lady came up introduced herself. I told her what I was looking for and she said ok. She then turned and walked back over to a couch and played on her phone. She never did check in with us. My husband had to go and get her so we could ask questions to which were not really answered. One was about delivery pricing oh it just depends on what you buy. When I was asking about one specific piece. Did not even try to sell me anything was too worried about her phone. She wasn’t alone there was several people on the store but all but two reps were on the couch on their phones. Total disappointment.
Evan roach was our salesman and he did awesome. Even after we changed our mind he was more than happy to help us. He was not pushy he allowed me and my wife to look around and come to him when we were ready and we love that. Honestly I wish there were more salesman like him! He even connected to us on a personal level with us having kids and him having a two year old himself. I believe he should get so much praise for his hard work and his understanding of the furniture. Please thank him. He is one reason I will buy more furniture from rooms to go when I need more.
It has a nice layout with friendly staff. But its WAY overpriced. We picked out a furniture set and then got the exact same set at another store for almost a thousand dollars less. I couldnt believe it. Still, anything with good customer service is worth at least four stars on its own, and I love that they just let you look without being stereotypical pushy salespeople.
Konstance was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family. The other sales people were not nearly as personable and only seemed to care about maximizing their commission rather than helping the customer. I wish all of the other sales people were more like Konstance!
I went into purchase a sofa a mattress and headboard with cash money. No one greeted me or spoke to me and I was in every place in that store. I bought furniture there before! Not anymore!!! I will pass this on to my friend who is associated with this company. I’m shocked and disappointed.

Our sales experience in the store was excellent! Eliot Craig was so helpful and showed us several options of furniture that Rooms to Go had in stock. He was very informative and not at all pushy. They had just what we were looking for at competitive prices.We have a delivery date just a few days away and hope everything goes as promised.Update: Furniture was delivered on the date and time promised. The delivery team was professional and polite. They assembled, tested and placed the furniture exactly as we wanted it. They cleaned up and carried away all packaging materials and gave a brief instruction on the use of the power sofa and recliner. We are very happy with our entire process with Rooms to Go.
Would give zero Stars if possible. They will take your money in a heartbeat but will not deliver your furniture in a timely manner or give a refund in a timely manner. This is ridiculous I have waited for an order for over 8 hours with no communication until I called to find out what was going on and upon getting no real information I went ahead and just canceled my order.
Experience was great! Milek was fantastic! He didn’t hound you at all. He checked in once and awhile until we were ready and the made sure everything was perfect multiple times!!! Highly recommend him!

Awful experience. Will never buy there again. Purchased a bedroom set. Delivered the wrong bedrails. Waited a week for the correct replacement. Delivery scheduled between 12-4 PM. Received call that driver is delayed and delivery could be by 8:00PM. No guarantee though.Terrible customer service. Was on hold with their customer care center for 50 minutes. No one picked up the call.

Because of the staff we are now loyal customers of this store. The manager Steven proved to truly care about his customers and went out of his way to make it right when we did have a small issue with a piece we bought. Katy and Craig have been helping us with our purchases and we could not be more pleased with them. So friendly and helpful. These people are hard workers and are definitely the reason we will continue to work with this store.

Super great experience! Went in to look for furniture and was so pleased with the trip. No one bothered us, no pushy sales people pressuring us to make a purchase. We walked around, looked, sat on a few couches, finally finding one we loved and the purchase was super simple and easy. They have multiple people willing to help and many kiosks to check out on. Paige Buchmeier was wonderful! She sat down with us and talked over what we wanted and how soon it could be delivered. No pressure and we didn’t feel rushed. We felt confident in our decision and she helped in that experience. She definitely went above and beyond and we really appreciated her help!Rooms To Go has my business from now on!
I needed a new living room set, so I headed to the store. I was met my David, who showed me several sets before I opted on the one that was the most comfortable and had everything I was looking for. I wanted to sit on the loveseat one more time before paying, so David and I went back to LR set and after I sat down, I asked him to. I reclined all the way back and said, “Gibbs, Dinozio, and McGhee just got to the crime scene and there’s a dead LCDR.”…..we both laughed and I handed him my credit card. After purchasing both pieces, David walked me out and shared that no other customer has ever asked him to sit down on their new couch before. I then told him, this was the BEST retail experience I’ve ever had and will be back to see him for future needs!Anyone in Knoxville needing anything for the house should stop in and request David….you too, will receive the best shopping experience of your life. Very nice experience. We were met at the door by a nice young lady who asked what we were interested in. She let us look around and then joined us. She asked what we liked and helped us find the bedroom sets matching our needs. She checked what was in stock and could be delivered quickly. Very pleased with her and the selection available. Our furniture was delivered 2 days later. The delivery experience was also 5 star.

Russell was amazing! He did a great job and so knowledgeable.However deliver was fine but the product was broken and after calling customer service and the chat line we made no progress in order for some compensation regarding the broken product. All they could offer was to send it back out again however that means we would miss work and money and they say youre a Valued Member but thats a lie. They wouldnt do anything for us not even an apology or offer a half off credit for the broken product. Last time rooms to go will get our money! We hope Russ realizes the company he works for and deserves better.

We ordered a dining room table and was scheduled for delivery on June 19th. We waited and waited and there was no communication. So after the delivery time was up we contacted them and we were told the driver had an emergency and they rescheduled for the June 22. Well June 22 is here and we get another message saying their driver has an emergency so they cannot deliver again. Needless to say we will not ever shop here again and don’t worry there will be no rescheduling this time around. Customer service was horrible sat on hold for more than 20 minutes and when they did answer they asked who are you on hold waiting for, anyone that can cancel my order. They respond well they have to wait until the truck comes back with the product before they can cancel our order. If I could give a zero rating I would. Spend your money elsewhere not here because they do not value your time or your money!
Delivered a mattress to our bedroom and not only installed it the wrong direction but took pictures of it in our bedroom! Never asked permission, just took photos of our bedroom. Who does that? It’s not groceries or DoorDash, it’s our bedroom. To add injury to insult, we had to pay $50 for delivery. All other mattress companies these days usually give you free delivery. It crazy! I called their customer service and never received a call back. I call33 the store and I am awaiting to see if someone follows up. Our sales rep (Mary) was very great but I don’t understand this especially for a paid service in this day and age. No respect for privacy. Not installed correctly. No one even mentioned the possibility of refunding the delivery fee and who charges them these days? I would not recommend them at this point and I will update my review if someone calls back.
We went looking for a couch, and Craig, one of the employees was super helpful. Very nice and easy to work with. We decided on a couch and a loveseat, and Craig made the process so easy. Very quick. He was easily one of the best people I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. Thank you Craig.
Sales and showroom service was excellent. Allowed us to take our time with this big purchase with no pressure. Delivery and customer care were not. Furniture set delivered with broken legs and stains on each item. When purchasing new furniture, it’s expected to be new...not stained and broken while wrapped in plastic. After 3 days of being on hold for greater than 3 hours each, finally reached someone in customer service (online chat) who said it would be another 2 months before the furniture could be redelivered. Decided to attempt to clean the stains ourselves and ordered replacement legs which were sent overnight, however not even shipped until 3 days later. Very unhappy with the customer service aspect of R2G. The stains are very difficult to remove so our “new” living room furniture looks like yard sale items. This was my first time purchasing from them and will certainly be my last due to the horrendous experience with the company.

That’s what it get like anyway. He put a coffee table at the couch I wanted and had to move it all the way across the building. WOULD HAVE EVEN NO STARS. TWICE CANCELLED DELIVERY WITH ME WITH BS EXCUSES. THEN JUST SETUP DELIVERY WHENEVER THEY WANT. Went to the Store and the they were wonderful and letting me know what was going on and working the problem. The delivery service right now it terrible.

Did not receive my order as. Promised. Was supposed to get a bed and two pillows. Not only was the delivery an hour past the 4 hour window I spent sitting around waiting, when it did arrive it was incomplete. I called customer service the promised they would over night the missing pillows to me. Three days later they are still not here.
Great experience! Malik greeted me yesterday and was very helpful showing me many different types of mattresses. I got his card and came back today to purchase. Thanks for the help Malik!
I ordered furniture at the end of May. Delivery was two weeks from the day I bought it. Waited until 12 in the day of delivery (my time frame 8-12) and got a call saying driver had an emergency. Multiple attempts to call customer service. Waited 3 days with no response. Another deliver scheduled for 3 days later another phone call saying driver had an emergency after waiting an hour before my delivery timeframe was up. Still can’t get in contact with customer service. Trying to get my money back and can’t get anyone on the phone. I have never bought from rooms to go but will never buy with this company ever again. Take my advice and go somewhere else.
We went in wanting to look into getting a new set of couches for our living room and immediately we were greeted by Craig Sunderman. He asked us if we needed any help and we said we were just looking around. Most sales people will hound and harass you like crazy. But not him! It was wonderful he let us look around freely and occasionally check in on us. When we finally decided we wanted a little bit of help he was very helpful and polite. He made things quick and easy for us. We plan to purchase bunk beds in the near future and we will most definitely be going through him again. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
Some delivery dates were excessive. Our sales person, Malik was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us locate the pieces we wanted, and was patient while we made up our minds. He got a wheelchair for my husband who was using a walker, and pushed him all around the store.
This place dont deserve not one star. I came in and not one employee greeted me and not only that the ones that were acknowledged were all white. Well I was planning to purchase over 3000 in furniture but nevermind .
Family member bought a bed and frame sales women told mother about plat form bed and all it does and the day it would be delivered after she purchased the items she wanted
Salesman Craig was really good. Knowledgeable and no pressure. Good selection, good prices. The whole covid thing is making a 6 week delivery though which is no fault of the establishment. Overall very satisfied.
Very good experience selecting and ordering new furniture for our new home. A realistic delivery date was set for Mid April in a post COVID world, I would say that’s a positive. Assuming the delivery goes well we will continue to be repeat buyers. This is our third purchase from the Knoxville location. Furniture quality is very good for a budget brand.
It was nice that the salesperson didnt walk around the showroom with you. Angie was very nice and checked in periodically to see if I had any questions.

Had an amazing sales lady in the store. Thats where the good service ended. Delivery on many items were WAY out past Christmas so we picked one that would be delivered 3 weeks after we purchased it and would make it here in time for Christmas. Delivery scheduled for 12/17. Took off work to be home that day for delivery. Received confirmation and time for delivery the night before on 12/16. 12/17 delivery time came and went, skipped right over us although we were supposed to be stop #2 that day at 9:15. Finally received a call that it was not going to be delivered. Spent the entire day trying to figure out why we werent getting a delivery, where the furniture was and when we could expect it. Got no answers as to what happened other than we were not getting it. Now we have no furniture for Christmas and no clue when we will get it. Horrible horrible customer service. Will never purchase anything from them again.
Awesome experience, and friendly staff. It was a pleasure being shown around the store looking for our first living room set as a married couple. I felt that the staff was very knowledgeable and willing to help find the right feel and look for our future home and would definitely shop again!
I went in and a nice lady greeted me at the front. She directed me to the kids area and the sales person back there just sat there in a rocking chair rocking and staring out the window. He clearly saw me but must not have been very motivated about making a sale or informing me on anything. It seemed pricy and he was not at all helpful so I just left.

Went thinking it would be too pricey for us but it was very adfordable especially with Financing available and the staff that helped us was very good at explaining things and helping us out! They even set up and deliver for a small fee!
Annette was so helpful in sending pictures to help me see if the furniture would work in my living room. The care kindness and personal care she gave is amazing! She took her time in making sure I got what I was looking for.
Nice place, the guys working the childrens area were great help. Not enough choices for desks though. Really high prices.
