Big O Tires is fantastic! They’re the most honest people I’ve ever dealt with, their staff is knowledgeable and courteous, and they’ve always done an excellent job. I’ll never go anywhere else.

I bought a 2021 Wrangler and instead of using my free oil changes at the dealership I went to Big O at the Cedar Bluff location. I had a oil change and a tire rotation due to transferring my old wheels onto the new Jeep. MISTAKE! Everything was fine until I get home and 3 hours lake every bit of oil is in the floor of my garage. After contacting Harry the store manager, attempting to have Tom Coke the owner contact me, I still have had no refund or even a apology. I had to have it towed to the dealership, the intake taken off and cleaned out and over $800 dollars later still not even a refund of my oil change I technically didnt get. I know mistakes happen but they dont care!!!!!!

Had my old changed, my husband and I have been good customers for quite a few year, he had bought tires and had front end work done, I also had work done on my car. Veterans owned means nothing if you are not honest.. They said after my oil change I needed a front end alignment and a new battery.. I decided to get a second opinion. went to Alignment Professionals on N. Central, been there before, did not need a alignment or a new battery, Big O said I needed a battery. I will never go back, dont like being taken advantaged of by up selling. Sad, because I have been going to Big O for years. I am finish and will never go back. My husband is a disabled vet, shame on them. If you need front end work go to Alignment Professionals, they are honest and will not do work you do not need. They will tell you the truth.

All the employees are helpful and friendly. I regularly get my car maintained here, and only once did I ever have a (minor) problem - which they fixed. Excellent customer service A++!

Listen yall, this is the ONLY place you should take your vehicle. Especially if youre a veteran. I have worked and lived all over this country, and this is one of the most respectable establishments Ive ever taken a vehicle to.

My wife’s car was falling apart at the seems and we were backed on bills so bad and that is our only means of transportation. We had no choice but to bring it in and have it looked at with our last few dollars. Harry gave me the absolute BEST experience and payment plan I could ever ask for in a car repair company. I’ve always had my grandpa do my car work because Every time I’d take my vehicle to a mechanic they’d drain me of every fund. This location is on point! Went in last minute for new tires, and alignment. I was surprised. It was an hour and a half before they closed. I was squared away in less than than that. Great place for car maintenance

This is a really delayed review because I just ran over a pothole. I bough the Big ‘O Tire Tire Protection Plan 2.5 years ago, and I just came to say they really do honor your warranty. Tire replaced, and I’m good to go! I will ONLY buy Big ‘O Tires and/or the TTP (non Big ‘O Tire brands) for life. Brandon at this store was awesome in helping me from a few states away when this happened. I visited an NTB and they didn’t know the warranty was better at Big O!!! Don’t buy your tires anywhere else!!!!!

My very first visit several years ago was great! However, over the next couple of years the service has just been so-so. I think after purchasing a vehicle the next most stressful thing is going in for service. Rarely, if ever will you leave without the suggestion of spending an unexpected amount of money for something you were completely unaware of. Although cars and service are necessary, it helps if you have a pleasant and trustworthy experience. My visit yesterday was both! Jennifer brought back all the pleasantries and trust that had been missing. I appreciated her taking the time to explain every part of my service. I think I most appreciated the visual aides. My visit today wasnt quite as stellar. I went in for a full synthetic oil change that was listed at $59.99 and I had a $20 coupon, but somehow the service still cost $74.00. Its not so much the issue of the cost, but an explanation would have been nice. One question; Is there an option for something else on the TV in the waiting area? 2 hours....

I just moved from a small town and was really sad to leave my mechanics I have had for years. Coming here they have been so nice it kind of still feels like my mechanics at home. So it has been a very welcoming experience. They go above and beyond for their customers. Just wanted to say I really appreciate them. They have really helped me out a lot and will be coming here for the years to come. I will highly recommend them to someone that is looking to get their car fixed. They do great work!

Had been to several tires shops and no one could get the width of tire I needed and staggered sizes. Others could but they said it would be two different manufacturers. So I remembered seeing your store so I stopped in and the guy was very helpful and got my tires ordered. With in a few days they came in. Very satisfied! Will shop here in the future

Great experience!Before visiting Big O, I purchased a full set of new tires from a big box place and after wandering aisles aimlessly for 3 hours waiting for them to finish the install, the technician informed me that they could only install 3 tires and he just gave me the other tire... I asked why and was told the machine couldnt do the last tire. He suggested a come back a different day.Not wanting to waste any more time with people who had no idea what they were doing, I asked around and was referred to Big O Cedarbluff. It was easy to make an appointment and the staff was friendly and helpful. The service desk representative actually explained why my tire couldnt be installed (a problem with a cross-threaded lug nut) and offered a reasonable solution.The wheel was fixed, the tire installed, a cup of coffee was enjoyed and I was on my way in about an hour.Will definitely visit again.

This is the second time I have used this store. As was the first visit, the gentleman who greeted me at the service desk was attentive, courteous, and patient. All that we discussed was completed as promised. Ill being returning when my cars needs dictate it.

Got me in much faster for an alignment than anywhere else in town and at a better price. All employess were very nice and straight forward, I will be coming back here for future tire needs.

This was my first visit. I came in 30 minutes before closing on a very hot day. I needed freon and the young man was extremely helpful. He even came back in to tell me how much I needed and the cost before he just filled up the AC. Great service. I will be back.

DONT GO TO BIG O TIRE. I got into a wreck in February. It wasn’t too horrible but it bent my back passenger axle. I kept driving on it so when I went to get it fixed they had to fix all 4 rotors, all brake pads and the back passenger caliper. In total this cost about $1400 which is a complete over charge but I was just happy to get it fixed. When I came to pick up my car they told me that It was safe to drive but I had to come back the next day and fix the master cylinder. They were incorrect on that fact and I should have known they were crooks when they told me that. Well it’s been 2 months since I got everything fixed and my back brake started grinding and skipping. I went to go fix my brakes today and the caliper that was supposed to be new was shocked and definitely not new. There was only one brake pad on the back passenger side and there is no possible way that I put as much wear on it as there is. They also lost one of the lug nuts On the back and completely broke what it goes onto. I will be taking legal action because their negligence put me and anybody who got in my cars life at risk. I’ve taken pictures The only thing Big O does is mess up the car you brought in so you will keep coming back to spend more money like every big business does, and I really believe that they took me for stupid in thinking that I would not A. Find out about they’re laziness or B. Do anything about it.

The guys at the Old Cedar Rd. in Knoxville TN 37923 are Great ! !They have serviced my car for years now. Oil changes, alignment, even struts, shocks etc. My car is a 2007 Nissan Murano with 90,350 miles on it. It has a lot of life yet. I trust the guys at Big O Tires to service and care for my car. and their prices are good also. Nancy Moat

Nice and courteous staff. I got a nail in my tire and went to have it taken care of. Turned out there was no puncture in the tire and they checked/pumped all 4 tires for me. Free of charge. Wouldve given them 5 stars but I couldnt because I waited for about an hour for them to complete when I was the first and only customer the whole time (some one working there was late that morning). Go there early in the morning if you can, usually less traffic (less wait time and quicker service I assume).

I took my car and truck in to fix a tire and an oil change. I can not believe that the coupon does not cover the filter, oil and the disposal fee. The bolt was stripped when it was taken out. An emergency plug is what I ended up with. If the technician couldnt get it out he should of asked me and told me the risk and let me make the call. They couldnt find one. I think it was $350 new. I warranty covered my tire at this store but not at the one on Kingston Pike. They didnt have my tire in stock and had to order it but never called me Monday to let me know it was in. I work 3rd shift and stayed up till I called them at 1:00 pm so yeah Im done. I would of been better going to Jiffy Lube where the oil and filter are covered by the coupon..

This place does nothing right, the best one you had, you just closed out in Clinton. Why would you close one that listened to their customers, respected their customers, retained their customers. Great fast friendly work. 4.5 rating, always positive feedback, you close the best one, and leave this hole open. What county people dont deserve Big O Tires, only leaving one open and the wrong one, has cost you several thousands customers. Really bad move.

Had a screw in my tire brought it in took about ten minutes the service was very fast and friendly, I will be bringing my vehicles here for service for now on.

I was VERY pleased with my most recent visit. My vehicle was serviced in a very timely manner and the car is handling much better than it was before I took it in. TJ, was very courteous and very helpful.

Very quick and efficient work on my BMW by the techs here. From what I can see of my mount and balance of two front tires they were installed correctly, tire pressures are spot on and they even properly mounted the tires on the balance dots. I was in and out in less than 30 mins, thanks for a positive experience guys!

We usually go to the store on Clinton Hwy which has always provided impeccable customer service. This location leaves a lot to be desired. I wont return to this location despite its convenience. Clinton Hwy, sorry I cheated on you with a less than desirable alternative.

Had an appointment for 3pm. I arrived early but they didn’t take in my car until 3:45. They charged me an hour for labor but only worked on it for about 15 minutes. I’d be ok with this if they charged labor by the hour and got it back to me sooner, but they just let it sit in the garage until they finally gave me the vehicle back at 5:30. They weren’t waiting for parts or anything. They just let it sit. I’m not going back. I’ve had to many Bad experiences with this location.

I don’t have a lot of free time- so when I bring my truck in for service - fix everything agreed upon. I went in for just Tires and alignment. the guy suggested rear brakes i agreed . He stated the front brakes were fine at 50%. 2 weeks later my brakes are grinding I have to come back. Guess what ? Now I need front brakes. So did they not check it ? What happen? Did the front brakes wear the remaining 50% in 2 weeks? Doesn’t sound right. I would never accuse anyone of being dishonest. The guy at counter states we told you they needed to be replaced the first time- as he timidly backs away from the counter. I specifically remember the prior entire conversation I wasn’t told that because if I had -Price was of no consequence- I wanted everything fixed. Now I’m back here waiting again- very dissatisfiedSo in total I’ve spent over $1500- and I’m not upset about the price. I’m upset over the service.

I have bought tires from Big O before. This visit was not about tires. I had a serious problem and after examination, the young man who was going to repair my truck and the manager discussed everything with me. Basically Big O does not have all of the equipment to fix what was wrong. These men were as nice to me as they could be. I have no problem with any of them....

The store I originally bought my tires was closed on Callahan so I brought my truck here and was treated fairly I will definitely return

I spoke with another mechanic after I left Big O because I was not comfortable with what I had been told about my brakes. As I suspected, the other mechanic told me that I had been taken advantage of, and wasted $32 on services that should not have been done on my car. I will never go back to this group. I also had to wait for over 2 hours to have my brakes inspected when I had a set appointment. To top that I heard mechanics in the bay complaining about working on some of the cars, saying they should be paid more to work on older models. I left feeling unwelcome and taken advantage of.

Didnt have the exact tire I came to get however they did go and get a similar set from the warehouse near closing time. I also got an oil change which was cheaper than what Im used to paying so I will definitely be a returning customer.

Had a new set of tires put on a few months ago. Had a small unrelated issue and took it back for diagnosis. Damon, Josh, and Drew went way above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was taken care of and my family is safe in our vehicle. I would reccomend this shop highly to anyone looking for honest diagnosis and top quality service.

These guys did an awesome job! If you are a women, this is the place for you, very trustworthy and honest. They did an alignment for me and few months later I broke down at weigels and they came at closing time in the cold and got me on the road again without charging me. Highly recommended

Very disappointed!! Ive been a cutomer of Big O tires since they took over NTB which was 30 min away for me and even changed locations after 2 in Knoxville closed down one of which was the location I was patronizing. So I now drive 48 minutes to come to this location. I had gotten an oil change 2 tires for my car, needed a tire for my SUV and they had me buy a new rim for the one I needed a tire on because the rim was bent. I said okay got the rim they had to order the tire had my SUV for 7 days a full week. I paid left and the next day my low air light was on in my SUV which should not have been since when they did my oil change and checked my tires and had another New tire the others were purchased from Big O in August of 2019 so fairly nee still as well. We have another vehicle so took that one on vacation for the holidays and were going to deal with the tire when we got back since my husband checked the tires and the air was coming out the one we had put on the day prior. When we got back I spoke with TJ store Manager and let him know there was an issue with the tire, how far away I lived from theit location and asked if I should make an apt. He said No just come on up when its convenient for you since your so far away and Ill get you taken care of in between customers. I said thanks and a few days later called to make sure it wasnt busy and to go up there someone named Chris answered and was not friendly said it would be an hour and half wait if I wanted toccome regardless of what I said and what I was told. So I went there anyways and there was only 2 people in the waiting room. Others were pulling up to come in as well. So I was not put inbetween customers I was there waiting with 3 kids because of their issue for an hour. Just to be told there is a nail in my tire that cant be seen or fixed. But if I pay another $131 to get another new tire thats what can be done. Beware this is not the place for honest, loyal people. They will nevet admit there was a problem caused by them. So the same day I got a new tire a nail magically stuck it and cant be seen...... wow just wow!! Never again!

Warm and friendly southern environment. They were helpful to my teen who took my truck in with a check engine light, afraid to bring it home to me with it on. She was unaware that she could have done that at Advance Auto on the hill. Also unaware that she had no reason to feel she would be blamed for a check engine light. The staff were very kind and understanding. They helped her understand what was needed and removed the light that she feared would cause her stress. I have and will continue going to this location that help to make the atmosphere one is comfortable in.

Asked for a quote online for a couple of tires for $130 per tire, supposedly with everything included but total was a bit over $300. That’s not the worse part, the charged my credit card $940. They said they fixed the issue that same day although its been 24 hours and I have not seen the credit post back into my account, $600 worth!Big mistake coming here.1/30/19 Never got a response from the owner although I sent him an email as asked.

Very slow service both times I have been there, they do not carry headlamp bulbs so I went to jiffy lube next door. The other time I went for an oil change and tire rotation and they brought the car out without having rotated the tires. Ill give them another try because it is veteran owned, but step it up please

Went in to get new brakes they said I only needed front 3 months later my back brake roters are destroyed instead of paying 100 for pads it came to $450 because everything thing needed replacing they dropped the ball very incompetent they wouldn’t take responsibility it was like talking to a rock It’s sad they made a mistake and I had to pay for it

Stopped in to get a tire plugged, and they did it right: pulled it off the wheel, did a patch plug from the inside, and rebalanced the wheel. Tried to pay them, and they deferred: Future business! Oh yeah, theyll get my future business.

They kept trying to change the price of whar I was needing done cause they started out $300 more than another place quoted me for same work. Then when we said no they lowered it several times but was still over $125 more than other place. I took it to the other place though they had to keep my car longer. BIG O Tires always has mechanics standing at the road waving people down & flinging signs, seems like they have trouble staying busy.

Stopped by with a nail in my tire. Staff was very nice, and said the tire needed to be replaced. That didnt seem right, so I took my car to Tire Barn on Kingston Pike and the patched the hole no problem.

These guys are amazing, as is their work. I will take every car I ever have here.

Bit pricey for tires but the people there are good people who are really helpful

I had to take my car in multiple times to fix various gaskets that were bad and my car was leaking oil. It was a little frustrating at first, but they kept working with me. They even did a few small services for free, like tightening the battery cable that was causing my car not to start. They were very friendly throughout the process.

Went in for an oilchange and was pleasantly suprised as an associate met me at the door i didnt even have to find someone that alone was nice. The service was fast and efficient. Will definitely come back again

Went in today 1/3/2018 to have an alignment done on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon.. had a god awful shake between 35-45 mph figure I threw a balancer weight off..I run 35’ inch Nitto Trailer Grapplers.. so it would never be a perfect alignment.. but these guys at this shop were awesome walked me through every step during their process and made it very easy and no complicated.. no hard up sales or anything... **** plus the have coffee ready and available***👍👍. Drove it home felt like a new ride. I highly recommend this shop for any of your vehicle needs.

Although this Big O branch was not familiar with Tire Racks Road Hazard Insurance/Replacement, they worked with me to satisfy the programs requirements and install the tire in short order.
