I have been ordering from BB for almost 8 years, and there is really no limit to the good things I could say about them.After waiting for over a week for a router profile to show up from another supplier, I called Kevin Smith out of desperation late in the day because we could not afford to wait any longer.I thought it would be along shot, because I didnt see what I needed on their website, but Kevin found it through OceanDiamond, had it drop shipped over night, had me a tracking number the first thing the next morning, and I had the bit in my hands a few hours later!Yet again, Im left to wonder why I ever even fool with ordering from anyone else. Thank you so much!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Trying to return items is like pulling teeth. They do everything they can not to stand behind defective machines and leave me (the consumer) holding the bag - even when I reported the issues within their 30 day window. They simply brushed me off numerous times then say its been too long for them to do anything about it. STAY AWAY and deal with another company is my advice.
