I called and got transferred around the store to a young man that seemed to have an attitude of lethargic disappointment in taking my call. I asked the gentleman a couple of simple questions about a product I really like and that I have bought from them in the past. That is when his air of ennui became most apparent. I told him since he didnt seem to know anything and didnt seem to want to help me with an answer that I would call the manufacturer myself, to which he mumbled, yeh, I guess you can find the number. And with that, I politely ended our call. Hopefully, he can catch up on his nap and be more prepared for the next client. I did give them two stars for having a pulse and taking my call. As a concrete contractor Ive been using the for years and yesterday was the last straw. Theyll bend you over every chance they get. They charge $9.49 for 1 Philips head drill bit, charged me $10 extra per bag of intergal color. Later guys southern rebar treats me right.

I do the landscaping for Mister Hines hes a pretty nice guy he seems very sweet when I speak to him so if you need any building materials advice to go to Mister heins com.
