No one ever came to greet us, we had to go looking for someone after 15min... but decent selection

So I just went to Daltile in Knoxville to do a return of a box of tile ($33.22). I have traded with them for about 6 years, have spent close to $25k ( between remodel of Petsafe Village and homeowner referrals for jobs I was doing )during these past few years. They have now changed management and crew members .I carried this box of tile (40lbs) inside, up 6 steps, sat it on the counter and asked for a refund . Keep in mind, I had my orig receipt, but it was from May 2018. They have no return date policy. I have had 9 jobs going since the orig purchase date . Keep in mind, my husband and I are Tn State Licensed Contractors for residential and commercial work.The new manager, Randall Lyons, was probably the rudest person that I have ever encountered in a business . He was very rude, short words in speaking to me, made comment they no longer stock the product I returned, stated it has to go to dumpster etc. I asked if he needed me to carry it back out and he said “ I’ll just handle it“! Well... what he likes is NOT my problem. I have called corporate to file a formal complaint against him due to his actions and attitude.So if you know of this place or trade there ... I highly suggest you don’t! They will no longer get my money or my referrals. I can’t deal and won’t deal with men who have tantrums.Completely unprofessional and uncalled for.

Good suppliensource for tile and sundries. Good staff with well rounded knowledge.
