JOHN... thats the reason for my score. I first talked to John on the phone to explain I had ordered something online and was coming to pick it up. His genuine friendliness and helpfulness is uncommon in this day and time. He immediately located my order and told me what I needed to bring to the store. When I got there he was beginning to wait on another customer but asked if I was Carla. When I said yes, he went immediately to get it... same helpful, friendly and knowledgeable John as on the phone.

Robert was professional and waiting on me when I got there. All of the staff there is helpful and very knowledgable.

If you need a new iPhone battery, I urge you to skip the apple store and go to Batteries plus Bulbs. I had an appointment at the apple store, but the place was packed, and I was told they were 15-20 minutes, behind and that it would be a cpl; few hours to install a new battery. You can make an appointment online at both places, but I promptly told apple Id go somewhere else and headed straight over to BpB. I arrived 15 minutes early, and was met by a smiling, friendly person at the counter and although he inquired about anything else I might need for my phone; he quickly accepted that I was there for my battery ONLY. He provided a coupon for $10 discount and they immediately took my phone and installed the new battery in UNDER 1/2 HR. And the person I checked out with was as friendly and smiley as the guy who checked me in! THANKS!

The person working this morning was so helpful, gave me great advice and got me the right product right away. Easiest experience I have had at a tech store.

I always had a positive attitude from the employees when purchasing products. They are very knowledgeable with their products also their website also provides detail of the items sold in their stores.

Don’t waste your time going here. Complete unprofessional and they do not stand behind there work. Had my remotes programmed here at Christmas. Remotes stopped working and they want another 90$ to reprogram them. I’ll happily pay someone else before I give these people another dime of my money . Do yourself a favor and go some where else

Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient staff. Good quality work. I find the employees here are at the top of their game and very knowledgeable. They always try to help customers find the best solution for the least cost. I was unhappy on my last visit when one customer came in defying the Knox County mask requirement (despite BIG signs on the door ) and none of the 4 employees who spoke to him asked him to comply or step outside). This is just part of the job now to protect other customers (like me) who are inside.

Scheduled a last minute glass repair on my iPhone XR online. I came early and they were able to repair my phone within thirty minutes. Very reasonable prices too. Definitely recommend.

Excellent inventory and sales reps. I had been warned that nobody sells iphone batteries but Apple, which is inconveniently located in a large mall. I called Batteries Plus, and they had my battery. Now, this store is my first stop for everything that requires batteries, from my autos to all devices.

I come here for all of my watch battery replacements. Tip: get the lifetime replacement plan. Staff is always very friendly in this store. I’ve been here probably six or eight times in the past and it’s always a good experience. I even get my motorcycle batteries here.

This is the only place I go when I need batteries or bulbs. I have been dealing with them for several years. The staff is always very helpful and courteous. They do not rush from one person to another. They take the time necessary to help each customer. I just purchased another AGM car battery and as usual, the service was fantastic. If you dont know exactly what you need they will explain the pros and cons of each choice.

I am highly impressed with the customer service of this store!!! And I can’t recommend it enough. I recently took my old Samsung tablet in to have a new battery installed. During the install the screen was damaged. (The insides of tablets are very small. This is easy to do!). I was told that Batteries + Bulbs would purchase a new screen at their expense and install it. If that did not fix the problem they would purchase a new tablet for me. WOW I was stunned!!! They installed the screen and it works GREAT! I won’t be going anywhere else for my electronic repair needs or battery supplies. THANK YOU!!!

I saw one employee calmly being yelled at and handling the situation gracefully.The man who helped me was incredibly friendly and told me it would take about 20 minutes to change out my battery. Pretty sure it only took around six (I didnt have my phone) and he even applied a discount for me. The battery works great now. Very satisfied with my experience.

Prompt and exact service regarding a problem with my car battery. Left it on a charger overnight and determined a problem with it. Replaced it the next day as it was still under warranty. The employee realized there seemed to be something weird about the voltage, so he replaced for no charge. When we arrived at the store he carried it right out and placed it in the trunk of our other car. Great service.

The employees here are super nice. They provide the wonderful service of changing out all my watch batteries. They have a neat deal (which you can ask them about.) I go in needing a new battery in one of my many watches. I walk out having paid nothing with new battery installed and time set correctly. They have every battery you might need plus other cool stuff that you might not have known existed. They also sell light bulbs. They have good prices on standard batteries.

Would give this location a 0 star if I could. Called last week to see how much to replace a watch battery and was told like 12.99 for single replacement and 18.99 for lifetime replacement with mo mention of it depending on the type of watch. Went to the store to get my watch battery replaced and was told because of it being an Invicta it would be 39 for single replacement and 59 for lifetime replacement. This is a very poor business practice not to mention that different watches are different prices, if they would have asked I would have told them it was an Invicta.

Quoted 5-7 days for a phone battery replacement and at day 10 I had to call for an update. Turns out the battery was on back order so they ordered from a different source. Have to wonder if theyd ever have called or just let it sit on back order. The battery replacement itself was fast and done within an hour. Just wish they had better communication and surprised there seems to be a total lack of automated communication.

I have to come here to get a specific type of battery, but the staff has always been very nice especially the first time I was there to find one. They helped me figure out which one I needed really quickly and patiently. Also yes, this place is pretty much entirely JUST batteries and light bulbs of different types. My friends were very shocked by that, haha.

They didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, but that is because it is not made any more. The gentleman who helped me was courteous and friendly and he answered all of my questions. They had a great selection of hard to find light bulbs and batteries just as the name implies. I will definitely keep them in mind next time I have a need for them.

I had issues with my remote entry fob. I went to Toyota and was quoted $180 to get a new one and to have it programmed. I went to Batteries plus bulbs and those guys were amazing. They saved me about $80 and had me out of there in about 10 minutes. I cant tell you how much I appreciate it. Thanks guys.

Good people working here! Theyve changed my battery only in a matter of seconds. If you walk in the store prices are higher than what you can get on their website. So order your new car battery on their website and go to the store.

There are many places to buy batteries for my boat, but after the experiences Ive had at Batteries Plus, I will NEVER shop anywhere else.When I went to use the battery in my boat last week, I found it flat at unable to take a charge. I returned the battery to Batteries Plus and was greeted by Boomer, who met me outside and insisted on carrying the heavy battery into the store. He conducted an initial test of voltage and amps and explained that they would attempt to revive the battery using their equipment. The interaction could have stopped there, but it didnt. He and some other members of his team then proceeded to offer several suggestions as to what might be causing the parasitic drain on my battery. They asked questions to better understand how the battery is connected, and also asked about my charging equipment. There was no attempt to sell me anything, but rather to just find the solution to my problem. Quite frankly, this is how doing business used to be done, but it so rarely happens anymore.After several hours of testing, Boomer called to tell me that it was determined that my battery was shot. My battery warranty on this battery had been exercised previously. It addition, it was obvious that my boat wiring had again caused the battery to fail. Despite this, they allowed me to again swap the battery for a new one. I cannot say enough about the commitment to customer service Ive experienced at Batteries Plus Bulbs. I cannot recommend this store as well as Boomer and his associates any more highly. They are fantastic!

Was looking for an egg shaped cell battery but didnt have any luck. I did all most fall few to their parking lots condition,it is very uneven you could say its got some bad pothole in it.

We needed our key fob recoded. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Tommy was amazing. He went above and beyond and we left with three programmed key fobs for less than the dealership quoted for one. Would highly recommend!

Its easy to order what you need on line, and when you go to pick it up you can be certain you got the right size before you take it home. We already tell others about your store when we hear they need certain types.

These guys took care of me, even without taking a penny from me. I bought a new laptop and and SSD to install into it and couldnt find the right screwdrivers to get into it. I drove all around town and spent lots of money on multiple tools. I went here as a last resort. They dont sell these types of special screwdrivers, but had one on their workbench and just GAVE it to me, then gave me a bunch of coupons, and introduced me to all the guys there. They saved my day and earned a new customer!

The online ordering process was super easy. Within minutes, the item was ready for pick-up. It was a couple of days before my wife was in Knoxville, and when she stopped to get the large battery, the staff was very helpful in carrying out the new battery and carrying in the old one.

I buy all my oddball batteries here. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful. For a few dollars more you can get lifetime replacement on watch type batteries. I have a Tag Heuer watch that is supposed to be replaced by the factory only for around $75, but batteries plus does it no problem at a fraction of the cost. Also, they have great deals on LED household bulbs. Im currently replacing all my household lights with Duracell LED from here. Ive also had a car battery swapped here!! A+

Tommy went above and beyond. I came in with a dead battery on my key fob. After he replaced my battery it still wouldn’t work. He tried multiple scenarios to get to the root-cause of the issue. When he checked my car battery it was EXTREMELY corroded. He could have sent me on my way and told me it needed be fixed else where. BUT, this Good Samaritan foxes it! He cleaned off all the corrosion. The nuts/bolts were so corroded he had to use a dremel to cut them off. I’m so thankful there are still good people in this world like him! I would definitely recommend going here for any of your battery needs!

The employees (Boomer, Ro, John, and Ryan) provided excellent service and had batteries for all of my boating and household needs. They also did a great job educating me on marine battery maintenance, how to repair and properly protect cell phones.

Never got confirmation of my order. had to print my order with order number. and take that to store for pick-up. They were very good at store .
