0/10 do NOT recommend they sell lemons! I haven’t even had my car a year an every month there’s something wrong with it. My transmission has completely went out so now I’m out of a car that I haven’t even had a year & do you think their willing to fix or trade it NO!!! They only want your money an don’t care about the issues you have with their vehicles

We are VERY disappointed. The suv weve been paying for & keeping insurance on, has messed up yet again! Weve been without a vehicle for 2wks almost. Cant get ahold of Shane & FINALLY the shop guys tells us, IT has jumped time & THiS has been the problem this whole entire time!?! Seriously..?? & yet.. still nothing??? Appreciate it..Thanks!?

Would not recommend! Purchased a 2011 hyundai elentra and shane was wonderful and worked with the downpayment with me but i had my car not even 60 days and it began having major problems (a thermostat problem, bad ball joint and then the car wouldnt shift properly at all and had transmission problems) i was going to make a downpayment of 1000 to be put in a diff vehicle and shane was out sick i spoke with a sales man named nick he was EXTREMELY rude and told me what i had the right to do with with my money soley bc of the way he treated me i decided to no longer be a customer so if you do go i would recomend bringing a service tech out to check the car first hand and DO NOT GO TO NICK shane and other associates were very helpful but due to the one rotten apple it spoiled it for me!!

I have done business with different car lots up and down Clinton Highway because of poor decisions I made dealing with my credit. When I found C & C Motors I found a car lot with good dependable and reliable cars that were newer models and decent mileage. I bought a 2008 Nissan Altima two and a half years ago. I had met Shane for the first time at C&C Motors through Nick. Nick and Shane both worked with me even though I had poor credit. Its going on two and a half years now and I have never been late no more than one time on my payments. They got me hooked up with a company called Car Financial which reports to the credit bureau. Through this time my credit has improved tremendously through making my payments on time and being able to find a nice Dependable reliable car through C&C Motors. Not only have I bought a nice car but have became friends with the owner Shane and his wife. I have to say theres some of the nicest people I have ever met and done business with. Now that I have my first car under $1,000 from being paid off. Shane is now looking for me my second automobile that I will purchase through C&C Motors. Not only did I purchase a good car but I have made some good friends that I see you in my future. I wish I could say that about their other competitors on Clinton Highway. My experience at C & C was awesome. I needed tires for my mothers van and had researched prices for a week. I had purchased my last vehicle at C&C a couple years ago and have never had any issues with it. I remembered they had put new tires on when I needed them.I decided to check with C&C and get a price quote for my mothers tires. IM GLAD I DID! C&C gave me a price nearly 40% cheaper than the 2nd lowest price! From now if I need any kind of car service Im gonna check with C&C first! Shout out to Shane and the whole crew at C&C for having great prices and great customer service!

Took my daughter to buy her car from them. She bought a 08 Civic had the car 1 week and it broke down, was told to tow it back to the car lot and they would look at it. I ended up driving back from Alabama to put a fuel pump in her car myself at their own garage due to the incompetence of the service techs. cost me a whole 28 dollars and a half hour to complete the job.the car lot was wanting to charge 150 dollars to put a used fuel pump in. As far as the salesman they are alright for a used car salesman. But they will definitely not help you at all once you have bought their junk cars.

Everyone here is great. I came in one day, told them my struggle, let them know what I was looking for and how much I had to put down and they found me a great car. They also have taken care of some repairs, minor and major, free of charge. Which is a huge blessing and I am forever grateful. Thank you c & c auto!

Ive known of 3 different people whove bought a car from here and within a week they had to have it towed to the lot.. then they will make you pay for tow and everything else. I would recommend not coming here they are nice to your face to sell you a car, but when problems occur there the most shady company. Make sure you get a warranty or will regret it .

Do not trust C&C Motors, they are only after money. I came in yesterday looking for a car, and found one that I loved that the salesman, Shane, showed me. I was ready to sign and pay yesterday, but he told us he wanted to check out and fix something first, as well as clean it. He told us to call back in the morning once they had had a chance to fix it, then come in and sign the paperwork. Because he didnt want to sell it to me and something go wrong down the line. (Sounds so great, right?) I call back this morning, and he isnt even there until late today. AND he already sold that same car (that he was suposedly putting in the shop as we left) after we left yesterday. So dishonest. Its hard finding a car, and finding a car lot you can trust with your business, this is one to cross off of the list. Do not, do not, go to C&C Motors.

Yesterday I was shopping at wallmart and locked my keys in the car ....I had no way to get them out and my insurance company would not answer! So I called Shane and he sent someone down to wallmart with a spare key to unlock my doors for me ...free of charge ....they were there in less then five minutes! We purchased a 2010 Kia Soul here less than a month ago. The car suddenly dies on the side of the highway and has to be towed back to the lot. They take the car into the shop, saying initially that it may be a blown headgasket as the car was sold without adequate coolant in the vehicle and also bad spark plugs They later determined that the headgasket wasnt the source, it must be bad gas and that they would run out the gas and add a treatment. At least at this point Scott indicated that we would only have to pay for the spark plugs, but theyd take care of us on the labor. A day later we are contacted to come and pick the car up. It dies on the highway in the exact same fashion less than five blocks from the dealership and has to be pushed into a parking lot. After thirty minutes of waiting for a call back were told to leave the keys in the center console and they would be by to get it. We have already been charged $160 dollars (turns out that the labor wasnt covered after all) to repair a car that was purchased from here less than a month ago, and still are no better off than when it first broke down. While we were initially very excited about the purchase, the expense and the run around after it became clear that they have sold us a lemon has made the entire experience of dealing with this dealership a costly and inconvenient nightmare. We are still paying for a rental, still waiting for this to be made right. There are many other options on where to purchase a car; I would urge you to explore your options before making a deal with Scott and the team at C&C Motor Company.
