My old iPhone 6S Plus was barely working, & I needed a newer phone badly. Sprint/T-Mobile wouldn’t give me a good deal on a newer iPhone, even though I’ve been a loyal customer for 15+ years. A friend of mine told me I should try The Phone Exchange. I’m so glad I took my friend’s advice! I purchased a used iPhone XR at The Phone Exchange on April 21, 2021. You can’t even tell the phone is used. It’s in pristine condition & looks brand new. Adam helped me find the right iPhone for me. He gave me a great price & even gave me a military discount & gave me $75 for my old iPhone 6s Plus. Adam is a true asset to The Phone Exchange! He is a model employee! He was very courteous & went out of his way to help me in every way that he could. He even set up the iPhone XR for me so that I didn’t have to go back to the Sprint/T-Mobile store where I had just been treated like dirt. Today is May 8, 2021, & the iPhone XR is still working great! It was well worth the price I paid for it! Thank you so much, Adam! Over price for a used phones.i can get new one cheaper even name brands. Sorry, but true. They do know there stuff. Not enough parking. Sorta hard to see from highway. Does have some what a decent selection of cell phones and accessories. But cutting price by 30 dollars on a use phone is still wrong it is used. Not new. Customer personnel does know how to make a sell.

Ryan (I believe that was his name) was extremely helpfel in assisting me with tracking down a Galaxy S8 active. I have gotten phones for my son here before but this was the first one I bought for myself because I didnt like the new ones out compared to it. Extremely reliable place to purchase used phones in great condition!

I called to get a better phone than what I had. I was told they had some good phones for $69.00 so I drive over 65 miles to get a phone they sell me a iPhone 5 I thinking I got a good deal. Til I get home and try to download apps. It tells me the phone is too old to use any apps. Even Facebook. I call then the guy that sold it to me told me well its better than what I had. But if I want to upgrade it would cost me more money and I have to pay a $35.00 restocking fee. So Im going to lose $35.00 off the phone I just paid $80.00 for and have to come up with a lot more money that I dont have to get a phone that will work with the apps I use. It wont even let you download free apps from the apple store because it is so old. So I dont think you should buy stuff from them. They are not trust worthy. I trusted him because I dont know much about phones so he took advantage of me very upset that Im stuck with a phone that all I can use it for is to make calls.

Absolutely exceptional customer service and support at this store with awesome stock!!After an ad on Craigslist for a lavender Verizon Galaxy Note 9 then recording it had been posted 11 days prior, I anxiously awaited for The Phone Exchange to open at 10am so I could call to verify its possible availability. It was, much to my joy, still available! I explained that I couldnt get the until after 5, the gentleman I spoke to allowed me secure the phone until then by me placing a deposit on it.We wound up purchasing not just my Note 9, (which is FLAWLESS!) but also a Samsung S3 Frontier smartwatch for me, and iPhone 7 Plus for my husband. The gentleman who waited on us was very patient with my husband looking at numerous phones, my indecisiveness between two smart watches, was very knowledgeable all items he pulled out of the display case and also helped us with cases for the phones to tide over until my heavier duty cases came in the mail, my husband got an amazing Pelican Marine waterproof case for his at a great price.Today I had to bring the watch back due to an issue with it not charging, they immediately replaced it with another dock, which has since 100% fixed the problem, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, wit the assurance of being able to come right back in if there were any more issues.All in all, we are over 100% satisfied with the purchase, the upstanding customer service we received and the support I got today with the watch. I would not hesitate for a second to buy from The Phone Exchange again!

The guy behind the counter gave me attitude when I told him I could easily get more money out of my phone to sale out right. He kept saying, Do it! Do it! IPhone in brand new condition including battery. Offered $75!!! He said they offered the most than other places! Guess What? I got same quote at another place! Oh, and they sale my type of phone in worse condition for $219!!!! Their not going to make that kind of proffit off me!!! Thats as bad as a cheap pawn shop. So, Ill sale my phone for $100 as I thought I would get easy or just give to my grandson to watch cartoons on. You can be assured Ill never consider The Phone Exchange for anything. Just remember, dont pay their advertised prices on their phones because you see the percentage they go after!!!

Excellent service! Had an issue with my used unlocked iPhone that I had bought from them. They looked at it and determined I was an issue they couldnt fix so they swapped it out for another of equal value. Great service all around. Highly recommend them!

I was shopping for an iPad and found a secondhand one here in excellent condition. They even gave me some trade in credit for the older iPad Mini I was looking to replace. Highly recommend the phone exchange. Had An issue with my provider, and they took care of everything. They were helpful and patient. When they couldnt fix it they sat on the phone with page plus for 30 minutes trying to get it fixed. They ended up giving me a new SIM once they got no help from the provider. I am grateful, and would recommend to everyone.

Poor customer service. Wanted to break my screen protector to look at my phone. Offered me a measly $80 for a S9+. Dont waste your time or gas.My serial number is not bad since I am the owner of my phone. If you cannot judge that it was my actual screen protector that was cracked and not my actual screen then you have no business evaluating phones. So you are not honest and you definitely lied to cover your incompetency.

These are very knowledgeable people and if you need a pre-owned phone and a reasonably priced service provider, this is the place to go. On a recent trip to Hungary I needed an unlocked cell phone for which I could buy a SIM card from a Hungarian service provider. This store had the right phone for thst.

I went to CPR first they quoted me a price that was a quarter of what I got for it at The Phone Exchange and the young man that looked at the phone over was pleasantly engaging. I purchased a slightly used Samsung phone at The Phone Exchange a month ago and I could not be happier. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I usually don’t do ratings. I went in on a Thursday night to get s quote on selling my wife’s phone. I was quoted 150. I was not quite ready to sell it. So I went back on Saturday and the offer dropped to 75. The shops person became upset when I mentioned the previous ouote and practically three me out of the store. I am doing this to let others know tho I was treated.

I traded my IPhone 5 for a 6. .....these guys were very knowledgeable and fair in their pricing.They guarantee their phones .As a senior,I really appreciated the kindness and patience they showed me.I absolutely love my phone and so far,have had no issues whatsoever.I totally trust and recommend these guys and their business.

Out of all the buy/sale/trade shops in the area TPE is by far the best & most honest. They offer honest prices if youre selling & the prices on phones that are for sale are very fair, equal to or better than Swappa dot Com. Ive bought, sold, & traded here & always came away feeling like a mutually good deal was made. The most important thing to remember is that they stand behind what they sell with a warranty so if you buy a phone youre not going to be stuck with a lemon. Bought an iphone 6 from them. Before purchasing all questions were answered positively however one, he didnt give us imei number to verify but we were asked to pay cash then no receipt was given except a piece of paper stating no returns, no exchange, and no feature function guaranteed. Two of course after we paid we walked outside called carrier and they said this wont work. We walked in and said it wont work and no exchange or returns, needed to talk to the boss man. When went back to talk to the boss man he was ready to fight and almost jumped out of the counter to beat me so ran out. DONT GO HERE AND HUMILIATED!
