Verizon started double-billing me so I tried to contact them to find out why. I would call and would be put on hold for over an hour and no one would answer. this went on for about 3 weeks. So I went to the local store off of Callahan Rd and talked with Mike. I told him that I was being double-billed and that I had already paid the correct amount to Verizon but they had cut off my phone anyway. He told me to pay it again. Everything went down hill from there. The only way I could get in contact with the anyone that would help was to call Verizon for new service.

Spent an hour to activate a phone. Was told my phone was defective when the salesperson (name unknown, never introduced) had not pushed in the sims card fully. He constantly pushed my new phone across the counter versus picking it up. I think he hated his job. Worst experience at this location which use to never be the case. Very disappointed

Knowledgeable and friendly. Had a retail store tell my wife she would have to buy a new phone. Took her to Verizon and she did get a new phone through the insurance at no cost. They even helped her transfer everything from the old phone to the new one. Very pleased.

Not happy. Sold me 2 items, both have had nothing but trouble and have only had about 5-6 weeks. Ive talked to Verizon tech, multiple people and have been to Broadway Store. Total of about 60 hours trying to get things to work! Nobody knows how to fix problems. Tech said they were just a customer like me. Ive used Verizon for 40 years, never had a problem with service or devices till June. I now have 2 devices that dont work properly and havent made my first payment. I think they lied to me telling me these were the best 2 devices they sold. Never buy One Pluss 8 phone or tcl tablet! I threw my money away for useless devices!!!!!

Overall good.. they did a good job, but couldnt transfer my 86 year old Moms contacts from her old phone. Gotta start from scratch, a little frustrating. Just a glitch in the software I believe.. been with Verizon for years. So, overall good, our family has all of our accounts with them.

Multiple times in this particular store after a purchase they refuse to assist with data transfer, etc. My daughter had issues with pics transferring with her Icloud. The employee told her nothing he could do and for her to check with Apple. We then tried the Cellular Sales branch in front of Ingles on Emory RD and the employee was helpful and performed the task in about 10 minutes.Not the first time this has happened in this Verizon store. Lazy and no desire to offer any additional services or support. You should definitely consider making your purchase elsewhere.

I purchased a IPad on line. When I received it the numbers on the box and the number on the I pad did not match. I called Verizon and told them and they told me to take it back to this store and that they had made me an appointment and noted what the problem was. When I got there the girl at the front, Julie, said I did not have an appointment but would help me. When I told her the problem she went and got another person ( Lauren). Lauren told me that the iPad I handed her did not come in the box I gave her. Which it did. She refused to help me and Accused me and my husband of lying. I will cancel everything I have with Verizon and go somewhere else. I have been with Verizon for 15 + years and have never been treated so badly in those 15+ years.

Needed receipt for iPhone to prove to Apple we own the phone. Guy tried to tell me he didnt have access, so asked for manager who never bothered to come out but at least got receipt I needed even though original agreement was missing/incorrect price. Which is shady but it is a phone company. Youd think after being with company for almost 20 years they wouldnt try to get one over on you but alas its 2020 and apparently the new way to do business.

I came across a young man that was to help me change out everything from an old device to a new device. Very rude to me. I am going to continue to stay with the Verizon store on Kingston Pike in the Bearden area. They are so nice and friendly and always want to help you figure out your problem.

What a joke! Bought a new phone with a protector that had warranty. Sales man said it could survive a 60 drop! Well 2 weeks in & it couldnt survive a 2 fall out of truck! Went back to Verizon & they said they didnt sell any products like that & I had to buy another phone! What a JOKE!

I went in t ok the store to try to pay my bill. Because I have a company account they couldnt access it. I was new at the time so I didnt have a clue on what to do. They all was almost running to me when I first entered. As soon as they seen they where not going to get me to buy a phone no one helped. They scrolled their phones and tablets. The didnt want to talk or lend anything. This store is only interested in commission and not seeing a customer to the end. Find another Verizon store and skip these sorry people.

My husband and I visited the store for the first time just before Christmas. Naturally the store was very busy. We were waited on very quickly by a somewhat pushy but seemingly nice salesman. The guy did his job and we purchased two phones and screen protectors. When the phones came in, I took mine back to the store so the salesman could move my data to the new phone safely (I had an old phone from ~2003) and install the screen protector. All went well until Mid Jan when my phone went dim and nothing would restore it to full brightness. I took it back to the store and was helped by a genuinely super nice Gentleman; I wish I could remember his name. He discovered that it was the screen protector barely covering one of the sensors causing it to dim. He replaced the screen protector and now my phone works great. Overall the store is run well and theres plenty of staff to offer assistance.

I been with these guys since 19964 lines on my bill was over $320 a month without any phone payments. I Left went to cricket $100 a month unlimited 4 lines. Verizon would not work with me when I tried to talk to them about it they simply said youll be back.Ill never go back. Over 20years I gave this company my money on time every month.And they could care less if I leftGo to Cricket. Service is way better for us !!

Id give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. Ive been a Verizon customer since its inception, and I am appalled by the way I was treated today. NO one wanted to help, only did the minimum because I refused to be turned away after having MADE AN APPOINTMENT online and left work to get there. They did NOT complete what I needed done, and, I was not allowed in the building, had to stand out in the heat. For the amount of money I pay every month, they should be bending over backwards with customer service. I get that times are hard with COVID - Im a nurse in a hospital - but that doesnt change the basic requirement of simply being nice and doing your job. Terrible, terrible experience.

After over a decade of being a die hard verizon customer, tomorrow they will be losing not only my personal business with our 3 lines, but also our corporate account(s) due to an employee screw up that resulted in a $300 charge for a replacement phone that was not properly filed under insurance. Its a shame, but a different a employee I spoke to tonight says there is no way to remedy the situation, despite it being their screw up. Its been a good run, Verizon. You should train your employees better and take care of your customers with a little more humility.

Can I rate it a 0?The service my friend received at this store was UNFATHOMABLY BAD. Not only did the service tech not help her, he walked away DURING a conversation and announced he was using the bathroom. He refused to transfer her phone information, provide service of any kind, and asked what do you want me to do about it?. Even though her cousin works for Verizon in the corporate office, the service was some of the worst either of us have ever witnessed. Do not go here, do not expect to be helped. Maybe try Turkey Creek instead. Its possible they understand what customer service is.

Purchased my daughters phone from them the day before Christmas. Have nothing but good things to say about them. Very helpful in all aspects, from helping her,way the pros and cons of the 2 phones she was interested in. Helped get the phone up and running before we left. They took my phone away from me and took it behind closed and locked doors to speak to a manager. Sure didn’t like that, I don’t expect to ever go back. The guy was nice? But why can’t they do everything out in front of the customers
