My son and I came into the Cumberland Avenue store and wanted to upgrade our phones. Linwood did a good job taking care of us and helping us find the right phone. I would recommend that you come into the store if you need to get new phones or if you need to service your existing ones.

The personal with whom I dealt had me in and out the door in 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this true Verizon store as opposed to authorized Verizon sellers and stores.

Stop texting people unsolicited advertisements.Edit 1: A case number is not a response. Instead of pretending you are going to do something stop tracking internet users and stop sending text message advertisements.

The female helper was rude. Very unsympathetic of the accident that happened with my phone. Told me to file an insurance claim and lectured me about my case when my phone was in the case when the volume button broke. Maybe she woke up on the wrong side of the bed 🤷🏾‍♀️
