Took in my Pixel 3 XL in to get a cracked screen replaced. I was nervous not using anyone but google, but gave this shop a chance (partly because they charge much lower than the big competitor who google recommends to do the repair) and I cannot say how happy I am with the job that was done and quality of the work. The price was 30-40% cheaper at least! Also The gentlemen who helped me was very knowledgeable and got the job done in under 2 hours. I will recommend this place to all my friends for phone repairs.

The absolute worst cell phone accessory store to ever exist. The manager, Chris, gives off a creepy vibe and is unkept. He quite frequently walks to other stores around the mall and chit chats with other employees from other stores. There is a no refund policy at the store, only trades. The phone cases are over priced and their brand in particular is extremely outdated in designs. The only good thing about this store is Kirsten, she is very helpful and attentive and always has a smile on her face.

This is my favorite and only store I purchase my phone accessories from! The prices are great and the employees are very friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend!!!

This store is TRASH! I would not recommend to anyone! The charger I purchased did not work. I tried to return it only to find out they don’t do refunds. Oh, and if you are thinking about getting your screen repaired here, think again! Your device will never be the same!!!TRASH! There’s a better store on the opposite end of the mall, near finish line and belk!!

At first I enjoyed the store and was a return customer for awhile. Got some protection glass for my phone and would come back to get it fixed. Been needing replacement glass for the last 4 months and they keep saying they need to order it. Went in yesterday from Maryville because I figured after 4 months, surely theyd have the glass. Nope. I got a half hearted attempt to see it was there. Mind you this is for an s8 Active. Its not like Im asking for glass on the galaxy s2. Its a newer phone and they still dont have basic protection for it? Will never be back again.

As far as I know theres only one in Knoxville and they give a great deal on fixing your iPhone this place is awesome they have any and everything their stuff is there to help you they will figure it out for you Im telling you this is one of the greatest stores in the mall are awesome staff is so great thereI cannot embrace enough how great the story of the name Gregg staffing sleep or get anything for any kind of phone you need in there and they can fix anything at a great price

Me and my husband went in earlier today and the manager had a terrible attitude with me just because I heard some clicking on the phone case that I had tried on my iPhone XR.. terrible service. Me nor my husband will be returning there ever again.

Return policy sucks. With such limited inventory trying to return a car holder bought less than 24 hours ago and they only give store credit. They lost 4 shoppers.

Awful service. I was rushed to make a decision and when I was hesitant about a purchase, the sales associate asked why gen assured me hat my problem had been fixed, when it had not. Cheap quality phone cases. Otterbox is wonderful. No refund policy, so be sure you like it when you buy it.

I recently had my screen replaced on my Ipad Air and when I dropped the Ipad off, besides the cracked screen, it was in very good condition. Upon getting the Ipad back it looks as if the Ipad has been flung around a room as the edges have scratches and nics every half inch or so...I would not recommend this store to anyone look to have products repaired.

I bout a case and screen. Protector from this place dropped my phone from knee high and it shattered the whole phone and they can’t replace it I will never buy from them again

If I could give lower I would the customer survice is complete garbage. I walked in was spoken to and then was never asked if I need help then after about a 10 minute wait I asked for help and was told I could wait. I will never do business here again .
