I love Walmart. I always spend more than I intend to but I can always find what I need thru the app.

Well stocked at all times and the cashiers are efficient. Clean and almost no complaints but one. Ive been here at least 100 times but can never find an associate for help. I had to call twice

Out of all the Walmarts I have visited, I like this one the best. Its usually well stocked, other than during the worst part of Covid. Returns are accepted without a hassle. Bathrooms could be kept cleaner and I really wish theyd fix the broken doors.

Always spectacular staff. Extremely nice and curiosity. I never have to track anyone down to ask for help. Definitely one of the better Walmarts around Knoxville

A couple items were out of stock. (Envelopes and face masks) Many shelves were almost empty. Restocking needs to be better managed. Usually this is a nice store.

This was the shopping cart situation at Walmart on Clinton hwy yesterday. I shop here often so I know it is not the first time, and it will not be the last. The cart bays in the parking lot were over flowing. The cart bay inside the building was totally empty, but there was a whole line of shopping carts against the wall by the cart bay with 4 guys sitting or leaning on the row of carts! Also, there was no carry baskets available. I ask the guy up front. He said they have about 3 and he hasnt seen them for quite a while. So I had to carry everything around the store in my arms. Thank goodness I didnt need many items and I am physically able to do that! This store needs some new shopping carts as well! I think they have every old shopping cart from every store sent to this store. They are horrible.

Did a pickup order, had to take 2 substitutions. Overall not bad

I usually go here to buy my babys formula. It is a special lactose free kind in the Ready to Use bottle. It is almost NEVER in stock and I am usually required to search several different Wal Marts because they never order enough. Staff can never tell me when they might have more in stock.

This is my go to for everything on my weekly shopping list. Conveniently I can purchase our beauty essentials & groceries not far from the house either.

They have a lot of items in their store. the only thing I didnt like is that its so spread out and its hard for me to find anything but I guess Im just not used to this one. Most of the associate will help you find what you need. its easy to check out. I went to self check out and I did not have to wait in line. I am handicapped and it is easy to find a parking spot up front. I would recommend this walmart to anyone. It is one of the better walmarts that I have been in.

Arrived here at 6am and was able to get in, get what I needed, pay at the automated register, and get out. I doubt that I was inside Walmart longer than 5 minutes! GREAT!!

My wife didnt feel safe. There was only 1 check out lanes open unless you do self checkout. This is why America is beginning to hate Walmart.

I like this Walmart. Really nice employees..clean... mostly organized. Lately, they have been outta a lot of stuff more than usual.I understand that last yr everything almost everywhere closed/shut down for awhile. It was gonna catch up to us at some point.

This store was well stocked and very clean. The employees where very help when you needed assistance locating a certain item. They had plenty of checkout to lanesopen for those who were checking out no long waiting lines I would refer this Walmart to others.

Just your average Joe Walmart. Store is always clean and organized when were there, and I like the self-checkout lanes with the big bagging areas. I havent seen those in any other Walmart.

Walmart on Clinton hey never has stock. They have security camera everywhere. Basically only self check. The self checkout did not even have enough money. They made me go to consumer service to get the 4. It made me feel every uncomfortable. I did not like that the bell every roll I went on. It like they don’t trust the poeple who are paying there hard earn money. Like that just ridiculous. I understand poeple steal but to treat everyone like a criminal is wrong. I will never shop at this Walmart again.

I hate going in walmart, especially in the evening. They should require a dress code. Ppl walks in practically naked and no sense of propriety. Most lanes are closed. Ppl standing around.

As for the service they are great. They have many items to choose from but I dont like shopping here because I feel like their prices are too high. And the food I get is often gone.

This is usually a great place to shop for about anything but the last few times Ive been there the shelves were empty with no sign of being restocked. The employees have been very rude when you ask for something and when it will be back in stock. This Walmart needs new leaders and needs to step it up me or my family will not use this particular store again very disappointed with the way its being run and the employees they have.

Normally, I would give more stars, but tonight...this location was horrible. I searched for an item in the Sewing & Crafts section on my own for about 15 minutes. When I couldnt find it myself, I went to the desk to ask for help. I stood there for another 15 minutes & I ended up calling the store. I informed the employee on the phone that I was actually in the store waiting for assistance & could she please send someone to help me.She then put me on hold & announced over the speakers that a customer needed assistance in the section I was in. I dont remember her name, but I would like to thank her b/c she was the only one who helped me.About 5 minutes after her announcement an associate came up to me to help. I explained what I was looking for & she proceeded to go down one of the aisles I had previously looked down & said she thought it should be here. It wasnt. She explained thT she wasnt sure exactly where it would be, but she could ask the associate & to please give her just minute.I then stood there for another 15 minutes with no one in sight. So, I finally left the section w/o the item that I needed to purchase.Honestly, after all that, if I had not promised to bring my children something home that was available at this location...I would have left & never returned to that location again.I always go to Walmart & even specifically this location, and never have any problems. I actually spend a good amount of money with this company. But tonight Walmart, I was Honestly appalled at the way I was treated. I will definitely be going to other stores, or at least other locations, to purchase the items my family & I need.Thanks so much Walmart!

I belive this is the cleanest Walmart I have been to. Staff were really nice and helped except for 2 woman but maybe they we having a bad day. I will be reviewing other walmarts in the area as well.

The store really needed to be stocked especially the grocery section. My cashier William was very good. My items were bagged great and he was very friendly.

Shelves were bare no one could me find my needs store was nasty

Brought a vehicle in the service department on Saturday to have oil changed and new tires put on and their systems were down. Could not accept any vehicles. Brought the vehicle back today (Sunday) after calling to confirm that they were accepting vehicles, just to be told by a rude manager that they weren’t accepting any more vehicles. Another employee said that they were at 4.5 hour wait. This department is open until 7 p.m. and there was time to do the work, especially since we were willing to leave the car. They just didn’t want our business because they are lazy and want an easy Sunday. Walmart used to be a good place to get minor work done on your car.

The staff was very rude. A young lady rolled her eyes at me when I asked if I could roll my mother through the isle where her buggy was. And then the womens bathroom was out if toilet paper and when I came out a young lady walked by and I said excuse me and she looked at me and as I tried to ask her to let someone know the toilet paper was out she started just walking off before I could finish my sentence. It was very rude... yall need to re-train some of your people to be more courteous to your customers.

Hardly any cashier you ring you own stuff up. Nobody realy talks to you. Store is ok.

They have a huge selection. Sometimes I think because of the covid-19 that they run out fast. So you have to get there early in the morning. But we was waiting in a line and a young lady named sunflower told us to come on through she was amazing. God bless you sunflower

This Walmart has a lot of self checkout lanes that are card and Walmart Pay only (no cash). Makes the line move a lot faster!

Do not go here for grocery pickup. Multiple times we have had long wait times and today we were stuck waiting in 100 degree weather for over an hour because they had lost our groceries and had to re-pick them and we didnt know until like an hour in. On top of this, we didnt even receive a lot of the items we ordered so now we have to find time to go somewhere else to get those items.I AM NOT BLAMING THE WORKERS. The workers were very nice and were working the best they could. From what I could tell, they were overrun because there wasnt enough people working and not a manager in sight. DO BETTER MANAGERS!! If someone cant come in, or you dont have enough people, is your JOB to fill in. Help your employees ffs because they deserve so much better than this. I dont know what these employees are getting paid, but its not enough!!

Pretty poor quality for the price if things and there always out of stuff. The employees seem to really hate their jobs to. Krogers is better for anything food wise. Walmarts not what it used to be.

Good inventory, good employees for the most part, except one employee who refused to help me find something because the exact item that I pulled up as an example picture (which was in stock btw) didnt pull up with the correct store. She needs to find another job that works with her rude attitude. Other than that, fantastic.

I was so glad to be able to go in the dressing room.Walmart on Clinton Hwy have got some nice roomy fitting rooms with a bench to sit on inside the dressing room.Also I got good customer service early in the morning...

I used to love this Walmart but the last month or so it has been terrible!! Im assuming they are short staffed or something and the staff they have are rude and disrespectful. All the self checkout aisles are for cards only. If you are spending cash then dont go there!! They only keep 2 registers open for people paying cash so the lines are backed up into the womens department. Unless you want to spend 2 hours waiting to check out then you better have a card to pay with.

Hate this place. Only go when I have to. Terrible service, poorly stocked. The worst every time I go. Most of the time the employees will just watch you struggle with items at checkout. Other times they are just flat out rude!! They close multiple cashier lines after you are in line already. They are the worst EVERY SINGLE TIME!!

Only reason why Im giving a three star: Staff barely acknowledges you and if you say thank you for helping, they dont say a word. I understand if you dont like your job, not paid enough, etc... BUT, youre in customer service.

The Clinton Hwy Walmart is a pretty decent location. I dont go there often as much as I used to. I dont live in that area any longer...like I said it is a decent location to shop.

There was no lines open had to check myself out with over $200.00. Asked for cigarettes because the registers that sells them was closed they told me they couldnt help me. They said I can go to there gas station out side in there parking lot. That is another stop with three kids. So I left everything and wont be back to that WalMart ever!!!!!

Hey what am I to say? Walmart is Walmart. Right? We all complain about something they are doing or not doing but we are always there to witness the thing that gives us the material to complain haha. I think Walmart is making great strides and improving your customer experience such as putting the infrastructure with online shopping and also getting the customer out of the store quicker with their advanced Express checkout and now theyre made beta testing their app that allows you to scan your items as you put them in the cart and then you just have one scan exiting the store. This is a great improvement cuz probably the majority of customer complaints was the time it took to get your things paid for and out of the store. But you know theyre pretty smart people over in Bentonville and Im sure theyre working on this very diligently hey we all know what Walmart is and we all know were going to be able to find bargains there on many of the items we either want or use regularly

Hate that self checkout is card only. You would think with a change like that youd have more than TWO registers open.

Been going to this walmart for months and I haven’t been so Humiliated in my life! Asian lady that works at the self check out is very RACES! I’m black African American female. My fiancé and I was at self check out checking out my grocery ( with our ebt card) it was other self check out occupied with other customers ( different race) there as well but that lady came and stood right behind us and watched us ring up our grocery which they wasn’t stocked on and letting us know what we didn’t ring up and was watching her scanner to see what we didn’t ring up at the time. Keep in mind we wasn’t done ringing up our grocery. She also was standing right behind us watching us like a hawk while other customers was ringing their items in peace. She’s very rude and this isn’t the first time I’ve seen her being rude to customers I will be taking this situation further if nothing be done. I will not be going back to this Walmart EVER AGAIN!

Go to Walmart in Knoxville and they have one aisle of Tennessee Volunteers stuff. Ridiculous

Huge store and only 2 cashiers. Stood in line for over 20 minutes just to pay for 1 item. They seriously need to hire some help.

We all have ran to Walmart from time to time, for one thing or another, planning on a quick trip in and out. However, I always find myself leaving there flustered by the time I leave, every time. Ive never understood the fact that they have fifty check out lines, but at most, only three open. Regardless of the time of day, day of the week, holiday season or observing their customers waiting in these insanely long, slow lines, do they ever open even one more register. Attempting to create the illusion of addressing the issue, they added their self-check out center. Ill run through just a few of the obstacles you face in this area... youre still waiting in a line longer than necessary. Only to be next in line and the attendant inform you, its cash only, or card only, and if youre using the opposite of which ever theyre excepting, youll need to go to the back of one of the full service lines...about half of them have signs taped up informing its closed or needs servicing...you scan an item, bag it, to repeatedly be asked to please place your item in the bagging area, freezing any further action until an attendant comes to assists you...Your attempting to pay, insert your card, if optional, your asked if you want cash back, you select yes, and again youre waiting for assistance, to be informed self-check out isnt doing cash back currently, but that you can go wait an hour through a full service line, or use their $12 service fee ATM. In all the time wasted standing in their lines, Ive thought of hundreds of ways they could resolve this matter. It seems theyre oblivious as how to address or correct it, completely unconcerned by inconveniencing their customers and uninterested in assuring great customer service.I did receive a response on a previous rant of mine on this issue. Basically stating that they attempt to save us money by keeping their labor costs down in order to keep prices low. Im confused how they can afford to pay about a hundred employees to walk around the store, talking on their cell phones or standing around gossiping, but not four or five to open and run a few more registers. Sorry about my long rant, but I spent forty-nine minutes there earlier, simply to try and run in for something for a headache. I honestly feel I deserve a refund, considering I left there with a much greater one than I began with.🤨😒

Typically I always have an extraordinary experience at Walmart but this time, I was pretty uncomfortable due to other customers and some of the staff and then upon check out I really felt extremely rushed

Parking for this store is terrible. The parking lot layout is ridiculous. Looked for mens socks, and the area was almost bare. Incredibly limited selection. The app told me that store had Tree Hut body scrubs, but there were none. Completely sold out. Saw a lot of frozen meals open in the freezers. This store is not very well taken care of. Used masks littered the parking lot. .

Better shopping experience today than ever before at this walmart..actually had the place stocked and the registers werent too backed up

Normally I have a decent experience here, but yesterday the self check out took my $20 and never gave me change or processed my payment. The supervisor at the time lacked genuine concern for what was happening and lacked all qualities of good customer service. Even after explaining what happened several times, she continued to question the validity of my story and acted as if I was not telling the truth. After several minutes of explaining myself over and over, and several minutes of her telling me theres no $20 in the machine, all of a sudden she finds it right there in the machine...... vexing situation that could of been smoothly resolved with better leadership

I had a great time shopping! I hadnt been out of the house for over 2 weeks, so I had a lot of shopping to do! Prices good, selection good, but always a problem when checking out. Only two cashiers and long lines. I did self checkout with $292 worth of items. I would have given 5 stars otherwise.

Dirtiest Wal-Mart Ive ever been to. Every employee I encountered was rude or just didnt want to help me. I found CSM that was very helpful and friendly. I will drive across town just to go to a different one!

Seems stupid I work all day come to Walmart they are 16 card only open lanes and 2 cash only lanes Ive been standing here for 20 mins and no one in the card only lines id like to meet the brains who came up with this one no more qal mart for me hey heres an idea how anout split the number of lanes up

Had all the items I need, but a lot of the shelves in the aisle with air filters were messy. The mess was most likely caused by other customers, so I do not blame the staff for it, it has hard to know if a certain item is in stock or not though. Lines were short, and had no wait time to get into a self service checkout. Overall good experience.

Being handicap is hard to find thing or get a cart or find some one to help they do have some great price but if you cant get a ride cart if you handicap its hard to shop and the new check out well if the machine has a good day its ok not enough tellers when you are checking out did try the pickup your food drive up and they bring your grocery it was great had some items and didnt have some items the only thing if you got the wrong item what do you do havent got that yet

I only shop here at night and it is almost always stocked, clean store and bathrooms in electronics area and most employees are happy to help.
