Erika at the printing center is awesome. I was on an extreme time crunch and she went the extra mile to make sure my order would be here in time. For a small business that is in the learning stage- this is a tremendous help. Thank you, Erika!

No staff at the printing desk ever, try to find a staff member by roaming the aisles... when I do they say they are busy. Just trying to print 6 copies and the self service printers aren’t working

I went here for the fedex center to ship a few items. Online it has listed that the store does packing and shipping. After waiting for someone who could help, I was told they didn’t have fedex boxes to ship my items. False advertising for the store to list that they do packing when, in fact, they do not. Employees were not friendly or helpful.

Bought 3 Canon ink cartouches from here and 2/3 were faulty and unusable. Make sure you hold on to your receipt and dont miss the return date when buying ink.

Great service!!! I had no clue what I needed, but my store computers were all down-Ryan knew exactly what I needed. He knows his stuff! Made a confusing situation easier.

Frustrated that an office supply store would not have more than 6 monthly dividers in stock. I know it is back to school time but certainly someone needs to think ahead so the inventory is plentiful. I really do tire of people saying they can order it because when you need something now you expect the store to have it.

Usually office depot is pretty good but this time around they didnt have my ink for my brand printer in stock. I guess its not their fault in the long run because I think Lexmark is discontinuing the ink which is going force me to have to buy a new printer

Friendly & Helpful Employees two days before Christmas...impressive!

The service there sucks ....every single time we go there one of the general manager will either follow us herself or have one of the other workers follow us...weve tested it to see if they are really following us by walking around the entire store.... Sure enough they are following us..... Just because we have tattoos and coloured hair does not mean we are gonna freaking shoplift -_- Ill be going to Staples from now on

Made an order to have something printed and put in a 3”, 3 ring binder. Order was not completed properly due to not being put into a binder. Sales associate tried to give me a 1” binder when I paid for a 3”. Sales staff was kind enough to retrieve binder I paid for and put documents into the binder. I’ll probably use someone else next time I need things printed.

Everytime me and my girlfriend goes into office max, the general manager follows us around herself or gets one of the other workers there to do it for her and its annoying AF and I really wish she would stop because she makes us feel like we are criminals when we arent! And she ONLY follows us around or gets someone that works there to follow us around... But when she ISNT there, we dont get followed!

I cant believe that they take more than 3 Days To laminate a paper work not professional enough too much work for them to handle I am real disappointment
