Oh my gosh... Take my money!!! I am plus-size so at most places I end up in a dark corner shifting through used Cato-brand polyester tee-shirts printed with metallic stars. Not here!! There were 4 racks of clothes that fit, in good condition, and of the higher end brands. Theyre accessory game was pretty high as well! They do a color-tag system so something is always on sale. The service was excellent, and the store is just so put-together. Ill be stopping by again! Thanks!!

We were traveling with the family to Tennessee. Decided to visit a Consignment near me. Next to New came up and we headed over. I was pleasantly surprised. The store is super clean! Staff very helpful! The owner very engaging with customers! My teenage daughters purchased several cute outfits and I found a great pair of shoes and a nice dress. I give them five stars! I hope to visit again someday!. Thank you ladies!

Best place to shop for clothing ever! Great name brands, very helpful staff. It makes it very hard to shop at regular stores as you find the same thing if not better. This is my favorite consignment shop in Knoxville.

I took some very expensive jewelry and handbags, shoes and other items in and asked for them back if they didn’t sell. A lot of my items didn’t sell and then never returned. I know what these kind of stores take because I worked at one for four years. All of my stuff was very nice, clean and in date. I took a vintage YSL necklace in that was worth over $400 and it never sold and it was never returned to me along with a lot of my other stuff. And when I asked about it they were very rude and told me they would look into it and get back to me and they never did. This was a while ago but they never did call me. So be careful about taking stuff in there if you want it back if it doesn’t sell. A lot of it they will not return if it doesn’t sell. They tell you it will get donated. And most of the staff is very rude.

Im plus size, so when I go to thrift stores, difficult to find that section. They made it easy, decent selection. and very good pricing! Friendly staff, and smelled wonderful upon entering the store! Will come back when Im in town!

I find this store to be very current, and up to date. It smells wonderful in there and does not smell like a consignment store. They run sales all the time and always have the best purses, and clothes. I love to go in every week and see whats new, love there displays always well put together, find the employees very helpful and personable. This is my favorite consignment store in Knoxville.

I love Next to New! They have a wonderful selection of name brand items for a fraction of the cost. All of their items are in pristine condition, and everyone that I met there was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back soon!

I prefer Repeat Boutique and Wear Else! In my experience, both of these stores have a larger selection, better sales, and significantly better customer service. Dont even try to get into Next to New on a Saturday. They have only 2 fitting rooms, which are ALWAYS taken. Ive had limited luck here only during the week on off hours.

Great merchandise to fix my fashion fix

Awful customer service. I️ called ahead trying to get an idea of what they were looking for and I️ brought in those items. When I️ walked in the lady didn’t even look up and just said what do you need? And then explained to me condescendingly what a consignment store is and that my clothes were better sold elsewhere. Without a goodbye greeting I️ left I️ will not return. Unless you’re over 60 and pretentious wanting to purchase used clothes I️ wouldn’t recommend this location.

Was just in there today and found a beautiful top and because it was Tuesday I received a 10% discount on top of the affordable price already on the item!!!! I was pleasantly pleased!!!

I love this shop!!!! I have been able to find all the designers I love from Louis Vuitton to Chanel. I have also been able to find Lululemon and I cant forget to mention Free People. So, if Im in search of a vintage or new designer handbag this is where I go. If Im in search for something everyday or classy this is where I go. Even if Im looking for something to get my workout on in Next to New is where I go.

Love! Love! Love! Quite a variety of upscale clothing. I dont feel like I have to pick through it like some consignment stores.

My experience with this store was horrendous! I will never go back! I had some lovely high-quality, freshly dry cleaned clothing I purchased at stores like Bloomingdales & Neiman Marcus that I was bringing in for them to sell. However, prior to me bringing the clothes in, I was made to feel as if I was not worthy of even having my clothes looked at. The woman who greeted me sized me up from the moment I stepped into the store. It was like the scene in Pretty Woman where the sales staff immediately assumed you were not worthy of their time. In fact, I was so offended by her body-language & condescending eye contact that I asked her if I should even bother bringing my clothes into the store. She had her mind made up before I brought anything in that my clothes didnt meet her standards. She used the excuse that my clothes were more than 2 years old. First of all, having been in her store before, I knew she accepted clothes that were more than 2 years old, because I had purchased some of the same clothes when they came out new several years ago. Second, I only purchase high-end, classic lines of clothing that rarely ever go out of style, and I only brought items that looked as if they were brand new or had never been worn.

This is a repeat store with high end clothing, jewelry, shoes and purses.

As far as quality of the merchandise and cleanliness of the store: everything is wonderful.The staff isnt very nice though.

I rushed across town from Maryville to buy a Henri Bendel bag. I was on the phone getting a prognosis of dying loved one and the woman (I have another term) was helping someone else. She informed me at 5:59 that they closed at 6 and I to leave. I guess she isnt much of a profiler because I left the Louis bag, Bendel and Chanel and hoped in my Range Rover at 6:02 in my rolex and so forth. I guess I didnt appear I could afford to shop there... right ... I would recommend Repeat Boutique or Kristi anyday. And lady, may you business wither and die. Dont let me bother you to spend the $4k. Good luck with you customers and service. Run to Repeat.

Not a horrible place altogether. That being said, almost every employee there might be dressed semi-professional for an upscale boutique setting -- but personality wise all but a few are trashy and stuck up. Every time but maybe once that Ive been in there I have seen employees treat myself and everyone else as if customers did not have privilege to address them, an employee, with a question. You also get to hear employees gossiping, sometimes about a customer whos still in the building! They will stop helping you to chat it up with someone who walks in that they know. You can find some ok to good items there; however, they also have clothing there such as Old Navy jeans listed for higher a price than you would pay for brand new jeans from there. I would not suggest trying to sell there, the one time I did I had Prada shoes, Dooney & Burke and Coach purses, and $300 Coach watch with case and receipt, and many more great things and the only thing they were interested in were a couple of Abercrombie sweat shirts that were years old! With some of the junk on their racks this made absolutely no sense.

Very rude on the phone when I calledOn my items . Do not recommend selling anything there . Sold some purses that were very expensive when I bought them and got hardly anything .They told me one thing when I took them In and changed the story later on when I asked . I fill like I was took !
