Hello to those that are traveling East and West Iran I-40, its a nice place if you traveling you need to stop and rest awhile refresh Dairy has a Dennys here clean restrooms the service is excellent. It has some of the things you need if you traveling you know fuel some food lots of parking so its up to you if you want to stop by here and check it out for yourself. Its a nice people that work at 2.

This guy who claims to be a local guide doesnt seem to know this Pilot Travel Center well or at all. This truck stop on Lovell Rd. has no Dennys restaurant but does have a Wendys. The only Dennys I know of is a few miles West of here at a Flying J truck stop on Watt Rd & I-40 freeway.

There is parking here, but wow the amount of crackhead that are crawling over the premises is truly entertaining!!! 🤧 😂🤣😅Bathrooms are clean and nice, shelves are also stocked!Walmart is .5-.75 miles away!

This place is awesome very friendly staff and always willing to lend a hand if needed. Down on my luck some staff covered a part of my bill. My biggest issue is and probably my only issue is the wifi is extremely limited.

A nice Pilot with a CAT scale & Wendys. Friendly people, truck parking lot is on the small side. Get here early or reserve a spot, they fill up fast.

4am 0 clean showers. Wouldnt even let me use a dirty shower. System down No employees available to clean. Had my own towels. I just needed a shower. I said please:)

If youre like me and mainly look at truck stop reviews to see what food they have, this place has Wendys. I love everything about this location other than the parking area. Its one of the smaller Pilots, but it is super clean and well-maintained. The employees are all so very sweet and personable, even at the Wendys.

I was tired from driving and I needed a place to rest, I am so thankful they let us park and rest for the night. The bathroom is super clean, nice staff, and gas prices are reasonable. I would come back again.

9pm. Wendys is closed even though the sign on the interstate says open 24 hours. No sandwiches or salads in the cold case. Nothing on the roller grill. So no real food to be had. Sorry excuse for a truck stop.

This is a small pilot. Parking is limited to about 11 spaces and the inside convenience area is likewise small. There are no tables inside in which to sit down and rest however, the staff that works here is very friendly and accommodating. I actually enjoy talking with an older gentleman with a salt-and-pepper beard.Like most Pilot gas stores, this one has the same offerings in the beverage coolers and on the shelves.

They are running low on everything due to supply chain issues. Nice people though. And clean.

Rented parking space there online, when came she said there are no parking spaces available and refunded fee, if I knew I would go somewhere else, you will only find out when it is too late, And I spoke with manager.

Came in at 10 on a Saturday morning. Ordered a shower on the app and was third in line. Once it came my turn, it just cancelled my shower. I went up front to ask an employee about the issue and they only said the showers were not available and provided me with no reason. With all the traffic due to construction on the I-75S ramp, I cant get down to the Flying J two exits down, and I am not about to drive back the wrong direction to get a shower. So now I have to drive for at least an hour through Oak Ridge to get to another Pilot/ Flying J to find a shower farther down I-40W.

This is a great place, to get a quick bite and to get something to drink.

I love Pilots fresh ground coffee.

Parking lot is smaller than other locations. Very tight squeeze in some spots. Inside staff is friendly. Rest room was clean.

I made a reservation on 8/17/2021 when I showed there to get my ticket for my reservation the prime parking spots where already full. I talk with manager and she said theres nothing I can do. I will never reserve there again.

The real question is why can this pilot charge twice as much for coffee as the one across the street? And when asked why the cashiers onlyExplanation was a snarky “this is a travel center”. I love pilot and go every day for coffee. But this is thinks they are just better than the rest and it’s just not the case. I hope you guys see this.

Last night I went to this gas station to buy water because of the fact of me and my family were dehydrated after roller skating. Only for the manager to follow me around said store with a bucket, and once he acknowledged that I noticed him following me he approached me and said that he already had an encounter with someone earlier who looked like me and asked if I was in cahoots with them because of how I looked (mind you I just got in town that day from NYC) and from there he proceeded to say that if “you people” are just going to steal then just get the f out of the store. To which I then called him out on his disrespectful tone and demeanor that he approached me with and I proceeded to have a back and forth with him and even the cashier who flicked me off. All in all after that encounter Pilot has lost not only one customer, but I have notified corporate and various friends and family of the neighborhood to be mindful of this form of prejudice at Not only this pilot but other locations.

Shower was clean, and hot. Parking lot was clean, and I had no problems parking even though drivers complain about it being blind side.Store manager was pleasant, but young red headed girl had an attitude.Some customer service. If youre unhappy maybe try changing jobs

This is one of the cleanest, fastest Pilot in East Tennessee. With a rather fast Wendys. The Truck parking is small but, very efficient in terms of rolling them in, rolling them out. Car parking is all in front of the store with an area to the right side for night sleepers.. as in it has a darker ambiance but still bright enough to see the area.. If your travelling for business or pleasure I highly recommend this location if you need to take a break, refuel or just stretch your legs.

Brother reserve spot trucks parking all on the side of the scale blocking me in I called to ask the store can you ask them to move I’m leaving at 2 AM she says nobody comes in till 5 AM so I need to call the police to get them to move it’s ridiculous

The cashier was nice enough to let me get a plastic spoon, even though I didnt purchase anything on this stop. I had packed yogurt for a snack and forgot a spoon!

So I bought a broom handle and brush b/c of a p/u that required clean trailers they magically dont provide brooms to sweep out said trailers....$55.62 for a broom 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ greed....so I returned to the p/u and you guessed it they had brooms/a broomKept broom for a month and a couple days finally had enough time and energy to deal with the return processMagically pilot/flying j has a its been over a month we cant take it return policyI wasnt asking for cash I wanted pilot points added to my cardGuess thats asking to muchSays a so called to busy to come out of the office supervisor

I was very impressed with how clean this rest stop is. Very well kept up. Prices are very reasonable and the selection is astounding for a convenience store. If you need something, it is probably here. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Whether youre a trucker or just stopping in for a fill up. You cant go wrong here!

Fantastic experience with friendly staff. Food at the Wendy’s was good and filling. I ordered the taco salad which was more than I could eat in one sitting.

Get your fuel needs with truck lanes available def pumps (truck lanes only). Also get your belly full with Wendys and surrounding fast food. West Knoxville traffic can make it a pain entering and exiting. Awesome mobile app.

The prices are great for a truck stop. I have bought many things I use daily there that aren’t available anywhere else like a bluetooth adapter. The prices for gas are not the most expensive but they aren’t the cheapest. If I need gas in the middle of the night or in a hurry I tend to stop here

Always a pleasure doing business with the pilot travel plaza at exit 374 Lovell Rd. In Knoxville Tn. This is a smaller truck stop than most I seen. However, its always been one of the most cleanest, well stocked and fresh made coffee 24/7 365.

Coffee was hot and fresh. The steak, egg and cheese bagel was awesome. Staff are friendly and great you as you walk through the store.

Ill never say a bad word against this place, i helped rebuild it back in 1993. i have only had one issue there one time and that was simply because there was not enough employees on duty when i went in. this was my #1 fill up spot on my way out of town back home to Georgia for years. the people are always friendly and the place is kept fairly clean with no real issues

I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas. Id like to take a second to say with all the rush people seem to be in these days and the things people have to do and go through on a daily basis not to mention kids, work, and trying to be in a hundred places at once, there were many Americans unable to be home or with their families do to either the military or work or some other issue. My thoughts were with them yesterday as I also was working and away from family. However I wanted to take the time to acknowledge one family in particular. With everything everyone was doing Christmas Day, one family took the time the come to the pilot truckstop in Knoxville Tennessee and put Christmas cards on all the trucks in the parking lot. You dont see people doing things like that much anymore and we need more people like that or doing things similar to it. I would like to personally thank the Presley family for taking time to put a smile on this drivers face anyway. Thanks to Doug, Joyce, Mercedes, and Gabriel Presley. Your thoughts are much appreciated and I hope you had a happy holiday yourselves. Everyone please be safe as you travel and remember there are others around you and their safety is as important as yours. May God watch over us all. We had a great experience here. We had a great shower in a clean place, parking was pretty decent, but most of all the service was awesome! We had a shampoo bottle explode in our shower bag, and they were nice enough to let us borrow the dryer after we rinsed it out. Which saved our butts. They also were very helpful with letting us use the bigger shower as it was the two of us, and didnt act like we were bothering them. Very good place to crash for the night. Thank you guys for the great night, and you can bet we will be back when we come back through. You guys are a great example of a truck stop thats there for the truckers. Keep up the good work! :)

This is the best national chain style truck stop I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Mainly because of the young man and young woman at the fuel desk. They are both have such positive attitudes, and are extremely customer oriented. Also the shower had good water pressure, plenty of hot water, and was exceptionally clean. Although its not on my approved fueling stops, any time I am running through this area, this truck stop will be where I stop for either my 30 minute or 10 hour break, and I will spend my personal money here.

This was a very good pilot. Not as big and clean and shiny and nice as most. But it did serve our purpose. Gas prices were good. Bathrooms okay and staff was friendly. Could be a bit cleaner but we got gas Wendys and a smile and thats all we need it for that day.

2pm on tuesday, my worst problem was getting a level spot I liked, they lean a little driver so after backing into 2 spots I settled on the third. I thought about McDonalds across the street, did a Google map check and found the turkey walk path, it starts on the Northside of McDonalds. Walk that paved path back and you hit the good stuff..olive garden for me. Figure easy flat 1/2 mile in and the same back out. Check Google about anything you want back here and nice. Be careful crossing that pilot street ..very very busy. Enjoy and you can thank the bunny.

Pilot is always a great place to grab a quick snack or a hot dog on the roller grill!! And of course the employees are always so kind and personable! Its like you have known them for ages! 10 out of 10 reccomend!! Also they often have great 2 for 3 deals on drinks!!

Its a truck stop...

My dad is a trucker and he was parked at Pilot waiting for his next load. There was a family emergency and I needed to get ahold of him right away but his phone was not working. I called this Pilot and the gentleman at the front desk was nice enough to go looking for my dads truck in the parking lot and let him know to call home. I wish I had gotten the guys name, because this is above and beyond great customer service!! I was able to get ahold of my dad, and I can not thank your employee enough!!!

In the last 5 years I have been trucking. Pilot Flying J Travel Centers has been there for me. Clean high pressure showers competitive fuel prices could not ask for a better travel center.

Although the staff is excellent the place is great, good luck getting out of there. Have lived in the area 13years and there is always an accident every day. easy to get into difficult to get out. Best time to go here is between midnight and 4am.

The workers are the best and work hard to make sure the customers are happy but what makes it hard to work there is person doing payroll not doing their job to make sure the employees get paid on time and when you got monthly bills due,,they want their money on time or you get charged late fees, and what little money you have after bills the late fees eats it up. I feel if payroll cant pay their employees on time every time, they should be able to collect late fee charges plus their check. This is bad management practice, so wonder you still have dedicated employees still working there.put yourself in their shoes what if you had kids. No food because of non-payment!

Very frustrating that an American company has removed our American flag! Immigrants come to America because it is better than there home land. Americans support them via jobs, government benefits and programs yet they bash our culture, our history and our religion. You morons are saying that our country of hard working Americans who fought for our freedom and to keep the AMERICAN FLAG flying proudly are less important than the immigrants who enjoy the benefits of our freedom. I have the BEST experience here. Everyone was very nice,showers amazing! Water pressure was like a fire hose. Wendys visit was also exemplary...oh,and theres more than twenty spaces for parking,try close to fifty plus.....only problem is it can be tough to get in,due to busy street.

Crooked company ran by Crooks and crooked people need I say more. Just do a Google search for Pilot Oil Scandal youll see what I mean.Do yourself a favor and go to a mom-and-pop gas station give them your business at least that way it will be mostly local dont keep making the rich richer and the powerful more powerful.

Small but very nice..

I do not understand why our company uses Pilot and Flying J. We go to a few good ones but the bad outweighs the good by leaps and bounds. We are at the Knoxville Pilot. Key pad on pump doesnt work. Strike 1 but go in to pay inside. Justin the cashier is on his phone and activates the wrong pump strike 2. Walk back out to pump and realize this and walk back in and get manager Kyle who is very disrespectful, he is standing beside Justin who is still texting. Strike 3. Manager is very rude and acts inconvenienced when he has to walk out to the pump. Hard to believe the corporate office is here or that these people have jobs at all. This country runs on truck drivers. Your stores tun because of truck drivers and you allow your employees to treat drivers/customers like this.

Service was great. However being a veteran Im very disappointed that there is not an American flag flying at these locations. VERY OFFENDED!!!!! Shame on you!!!!

It was mine and my fiancé’s first time using the shower at any truck stop. We aren’t truckers so we were a little confused at first because the truckers use a kiosk to redeem their free showers. They use a professional driver rewards card instead of a regular rewards card. So non truckers just go to the cashier and ask for a shower and let them know you need two towels. It’s $12.00. They give you a receipt and it has your customer id number, shower number and a PIN number for the door. When your shower is ready they display your customer id number on a screen above the restroom area entrance. Your towels will be inside for you. I suggest you bring flip flops so as to not step directly on the shower floor and your own soap and shampoo. They do have a soap dispenser but.. eh.. There’s plenty of water pressure and hot water. There’s no time limit. It was very clean. There’s a place to sit and put your things. A toilet, sink and mirror. They gave us two large towels, two wash cloths and two “bath rug” size towels to step onto after shower to dry off. They were soft too and better than hotel towels by far. 👍

Plenty of pump space for cars and trucks. Friendly helpful employees. Never more than a couple folks in the checkout line and line moves fast. They even have 2 dkmmmúpretty rare amongst truckstops. Store and restrooms clean and well stocked.

Parking layout for semi trucks is weird. Like if you get fuel first and you cant back out you have to get back out on the street and pull back in thru the entrance. Other than that just your typical pilot. Never had a bad experience at one. Aside from the run down old converted ones

The showers are amazing. They should give everyone the benefits they give the drivers. I dont think you should have to be a truck driver in order to use the showers. They would make a lot in profit I mean come on look at all the homeless, cheaters and over-workers!

Could be better off than a week and a few weeks and months of age and the company has been the most part I am not sure what the heck out the window of the most important enough energy and I am a beautiful person to be home for a while back.

Paid for a reserved spot only to arrive to all the spots being taken. Normally if you have a paid reservation for a parking space the manager sends out someone to kick out the ones who have not paid. This establishment does not honor the coporate paid parking.The excuses used were they were women and the maintenance man went home at 10.I would hope that the owner sees this for the next person and hires a man at night to keep his buisness in order if the women wont.Please keep that in mind even if you are using the app to pay in advance.We were refunded the money however had to wait a period of time for the manager to refund it.

This Pilot is a newer pilot truck stop with a Wendys restaurant attached to the inside. They are clean and well stocked, but the staff and management are very rude and unfriendly. We were getting a hot coffee and the lady cleaning and stocking rolled her eyes and huffed a big ole sigh and told my friend she was making a mess cause she had some coffee spill out on the counter not even enough to make a full wet ring where the cup was sitting. The manager followed us around like we were going to steal something and kept asking if we needed help finding anything or did we know what we wanted. Worst customer service at Pilot I have ever experienced.

This location was a very tight fit for some of the parking spots, but what would you expect from a small lot, the employees were friendly, the bathrooms were clean & spacious, and the Wendys cooks made everything I ordered as if they were fancy chefs, also there is a plethora of restaurants as well as a Walmart nearby, when Im town I will aim to stop here for the night again Cha!

Pilot nine times out of ten always has a clean presentable store when you walk in and I love the fact it has self-checkout......

Stopped with a 36 foot RV. Easy in and easy out. Good premade breakfast sandwiches and very clean restrooms.

Great parking. But around, the road always under construction. Pilot ladies (2) not friendly, bad face. You thinking that you bother them. Shower: clean, but no towels, fortunately, the lady saw and gave me back fast.

The store was clean and organized. People were friendly and crtious. Had what I needed and, really, do much more.

Not your typical, run of the mill truck stop! Its basically an oversized convenience store. This place has just about everything you could need -- from food, coffee, t-shirts, souvenirs, toys, cigs, lottery tickets, etc. Even pay showers, washing machines, and GASOLINE!

Lets face it: there are a lot of Pilot Travel Centers. Theyre literally EVERYWHERE. If you miss the one at the exit you just passed, dont worry: theres probably one at the next offramp.But this Pilot Travel Center is something special. Whether your pleasure is gas or diesel, you wont find better fuel anywhere. And the octane here is measured to the .0009, so you know what youre putting into your tank. And the food...well, nobody drives away from THIS Pilot Travel Center hungry. And dont get me started on the coffee!

I love therap get free drinks a lot. And their gas prices are always in line or lower than the surrounding gas stations.

I grew up around pilot flying j and no matter what state I go to, I always have good experiences with pilot.

This place sucks!! No hot dogs at night and no trays for nachos!! Had to drive all the way to the other end of pigeon forge for some nachos and cheese!! But if you want chips and a 20 oz. Bottle drink then youre good.
