Great service ! I was looking for a remnant for my workshop and someone referred Kitchen Tops to me. I got there and someone at the front desk immediately took me in the back to go through some options. Seeing the stock it was obvious my needs could not have been met over the phone so I am glad I decided to go in and see what they had onsite. They could not have been nicer and I purchased exactly what I needed. I then liked it so much I went back another day and a different person took me back and pulled out different options for me to look at, never once making me feel like I was taking up too much of their time as they let me decide on a color. The staff up front when I first got there and after I left all acknowledged me and were very friendly.

We went to Kitchen Tops looking for a sample piece but after talking with Ashley, ended up ordering new counter-tops for the entire kitchen. I was looking at resurfacing, but she showed us how their prices and quality would outlast that process. They went above regular customer service and finished the new counter-tops before a long holiday weekend. The owners are amazing and wonderful. I couldnt be more pleased with my new kitchen and the service they gave me. I have already recommended them to family members.

We were promised cabinets installed before a major company event and due to a miscommunication did not have our cabinets ready and was told there would be an upcharge if we wanted it installed in 5 days (way past our original agreed date).Presentation: 3 from their online reviews and pictures we figured this would be a decent company.overall: Disappointed.

I, Armstrong Remodeling, have been using Kitchen tops now for over 12 years as a contractor. I would prefer to use them over any other counter top distributor, especially Lowes and Home Depot, which tend to order their tops from somewhere like Kitchen tops and pass on the up-charge onto you. Kitchen Tops is very fair with their prices, and the quality and craftsmanship their employees put into making them surpasses the standards. Dont try to do your own tops, its worth spending a few extra dollars and let Kitchen Tops do it for you.

My project was completed on time and within my budget. Very responsive during construction and attended to every detail. Crystal was helpful every step of the way and the completed project looks good. I’ll be sure to contact them for any future work. Thanks!

We have shopping around for a while now for counter top options for our bathrooms and kitchen. During this time we were told about Kitchen Tops by a family member who has used them before and its been quiet a blessing! My cousin has the tops in her bathrooms and I love the options they offer to give you an individualized product. Not only are her top/basins beautiful and quality material but the installation is sturdy and just what weve been looking for. I stopped in the get an idea of the selection and process for ordering and was blown away by the friendly attentive ladies in the show room. One of the ladies showed me samples of different types of counters and explained their lifespan, another talked to me about pricing for the counters, ordering, and installation. They were very thorough in answering all of my questions. After having purchased counters (and installation) for another home from a bog box store it was so nice to have the personalized service from a small business. We look forward to working with Kitchen Tops on our kitchen remodel soon!

My last experience did not go very well, and Im starting to see why. This time everything went as expected. Crystal was outstanding and was able to find a 15-year-old product that we were afraid was not in stock. All the work is top quality craftsmanship, and it was completed on time, and delivered when they said it was going to be. When I came in to pick up my order, I was forced to be an unknowing party to the dressing down of employees by the owner. This made me very very uncomfortable, and was embarrassing for all employees involved. Great customer service starts with treating your employees right, and what I heard today was not right. It seems to me that this could have been done somewhere in private and not done right in front of customers.

My experience hiring Knoxville Kitchen Tops was excellent. Everything was as ordered, the timeline was as promised and they went far beyond any expectation to help solve a problem created by a prior contractor. I am very thankful for their service and highly recommend them for your project.

People here are very incompetent and don’t have a clue about customer service. The staff at the front desk needs proper training on customer service and how to take orders. It’s not rocket science to know that any countertop will need a overhang, especially if this is your so called business. Do your self a favor and run from this raggedy place.

The owner of kitchen tops came out to my house after hours, and personally helped me to remove an old cast iron sink from one of his counter tops. We had struggled with this not wanting to damage the counter top. His knowledge/willingness to help saved us a major problem and money. Thats Category of One service!

Ive used Kitchen Tops twice now for WilsonArt countertops in my home. Both experiences have been great. Amanda was very helpful in the ordering process and Matt in production resolved an issue after the sale very quickly. The pricing was competitive and they beat the quoted completion time.

Do Not purchase from this company; they have the absolute worse customer service. They refuse to take credit for their own mistakes and correct the issues, instead they try to force a subpar product on you, despite the fact of being dissatisfied. The lady’s at the front desk are unprofessional and unknowledgeable about the product they sell. The manager is never available, she just sends word through her employees and completely avoids responsibility. I will never shop here again and will deter everyone I know in need of counter tops from using this company.This is in response to your latest response on 6/11/19.1. I provided the size of the vanity BASE; read the dimensions directly from the confirmation email. YOU are the professional, this is YOUR business, so you should know that there is a 1-1.5 inch standard overlay when measuring counter tops. I don’t/didn’t know that until my contractor told me after I explained the mistake you guys made.2. I was never told or shown at the time of purchase, or anytime for that matter, that if the measurements where wrong they could changed.3. When I called to say the measurements were not correct, she laughed at it. Then once she got herself together, she tried to offer me some type of “filler” to I guess make the counter top fit; but no i’m Not accepting that i did not pay money for some half done job/correction.4. It took you guys days to get back with me on how you were gonna fix the problem, matter fact my husband tried to call and discuss it with you’ll and they hung up in his face. Every time from that point we could never speak with a manager as you were ”unavailable”; guess they didn’t have phones where you were. At this point I no longer wanted to correct the mistake, I just wanted my refund so that I could move on. My project was closing up anyway and we did not have another 2-4 weeks to wait on you guys to try and fix the issue.5. You said that you front staff is knowledgeable of the product, but knowledgeable is knowing to include the 1-1.5inch over hang, knowledgeable is knowing to ask the style of edging I would like on my counter top (which was never asked), knowledgeable is knowing to ask what type of bowl shape I want for my sink(which was not asked until the next day when she called because she forgot to ask during the initial order), knowledgeable is knowing to ask what type of faucet do you plan to put with sink. In fact one of the staff from the back had to explain to me the various types of faucet styles. Please don’t insult my intelligence, I have spoken with my contractor and with another counter top company and they both say that you guys were at fault. I’m just glad you are available to talk all of a sudden it just about took an act of Congress to get you on the phone—a week later— like I’m going to be willing to work through this and let you redo the counter top....no thank you!!6. Lastly, I don’t care if you have been in business 1 year or 40, I care about the quality of service my husband and I receive and the integrity of the business when an order is mishandled. You guys have shown me exactly what I need to see, which is why I do not choose to work with/support this company any further, so no I do not wish to let you guys make a new top for me.Yep, I sure did want to continue this; and I said what I had to say, just to set the record straight on what really happened. I honestly could careless anymore; I got my money back and placed an order with a better trained and more professional company (Smokey Mountain Tops). Thanks for showing me how NOT to order counter tops, I know now for any future projects. Maybe I should have wrote a review earlier, being that this is the only way to get you to communicate 😉.

My husband and I purchased counter tops from here. We paid extra for the beveled edge that was coming off in less than a year. I called a few times and was suppose to receive a call back but never did. Its bothered me for so long because we saved up for these and they look awful. I moved to the Knoxville area in June and started on my kitchen remodel immediately. I wasnt sure what I wanted for countertops in my new kitchen so my search began for a fabricator and installer. I found Kitchen Tops and couldnt be more pleased with the company and the the end product. They answered all my questions, the countertop choices were impressive, the total cost (measure, product, install) for the better quality product I got was less than the price I was quoted at the big box stores. I would recommend Kitchen Tops to anyone who is remodeling, building or just wants to give their bathroom or kitchen a facelift with new counters.

Two months ago, my husband and I went to Kitchen Tops and ordered new countertops. That day they set up an appointment for someone to come out and measure and they came out a few days later. Within 3-4 weeks, they brought the new countertops and sink for our kitchen and they are absolutely beautiful! We couldnt be any happier in the quality, the friendliness of the staff, the price and the speed of service. The fabricator did an amazing job! One of the ladies in the shop followed up to see if we were pleased and I told her yes but that we scratched the countertop when we grouted our backsplash and she called me back and offered to send the fabricator back out to repair the scratch for us at absolutely no charge! They really bend over backwards to make their customers happy and I really recommend them for quality work and service.Debbie and Steve Levan

---------I wouldnt even give this company 1 star if I didnt have to----------------My wife ordered a bathroom countertop and shower surround from Kitchen Tops over 5 weeks ago. At the time of purchase she discussed with one the male employees that she would need him to install the products. The man gave her a quote for installations and came to our house to properly measure for the shower surrounds etc. Two weeks ago same man came back our house to measure the shower surround one last time to make sure nothing else needed to be done before he could set the stones; he then discovered that HE had measured the shower walls 4 inches too short all the way around. We had to wait an additional two weeks for new shower walls to be made. I called back today to ask when they would be installing the walls and they said that we were not, and never had been, on their installation list. After asking the guy what he was talking about and reminding him of all of our previous conversations, the guy proceeded to cuss me out and hang up on me. This company is TOTALLY unprofessional and I would never in MY LIFE refer them to anyone. Thankfully my wife purchased all the products using an American Express card because I will be refusing to pay the charges....especially since the new shower walls we had to wait 2 additional weeks on are still 2 inches too short. Take your business else where or pay the price!!!
