Just had lovely black quartz tops installed. The only problem is the underside edge that hangs out over the cabinets is an ugly, dull gray. When I asked them about this, they told me this is how it was supposed to look. Surely not. My only option has been to paint it with black enamel so it will match the top somewhat. After a days work and a stiffback it looks better. I had other issues as well, but this was the biggest letdown. You may want to look at all your options before you jump in.

They are a good company to work with and always tried to make sure the customer was happy. Jason, the manager, is incredibly professional, puts the customer first, and is truly in the business of making a GOOD business.

The whole package was almost perfect. Rheta was perfectly taking care of everything within the selecting and quoting process.Chance and his installer crew did an amazing job.I gave just 4 stars, because I think the drafting and design department needs to work a little bit on the communication with the customer.

We just had countertops installed in our new house in the kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms by Smokey Mountain Tops and they did a great job. There were a few small glitches along the way (only one related to them, several to other contractors we used) but they resolved them quickly and to our satisfaction. They gave us a better, less expensive alternative to supports we planned on using for our kitchen island and definitely cut all the holes for our faucets with the exception of the one top mount sink we got for the laundry room (which, of course, they wouldn’t cut since the holes are in the sink). All of the employees were prompt, professional and Covid compliant. We would use them again and recommend them.

Smokey Mountian Tops were very friendly and professional from start to finish. They helped us decide between granite or quartz and then made sure to communicate with us from start to finish. Their laser measuring process saved tons of time on install and they cleaned up after themselves once they were done. We LOVE our new counters and the level of service we received.

This is our second kitchen remodel using Smokey Mountain Tops. Excellent customer service. We had to postpone our appointment for measuring once due to Covid in our house, and again because the cabinet installer took longer than expected. SMT was wonderful through the entire process. They arrived on time, made the cut for our faucet on site (I saw a previous review that said they would not do that, so I wanted to make sure I included this point), and worked in a timely manner. Everything looks great. The guys that measured and the guys that installed were very professional. Highly recommend Smokey Mountain Tops!

Excellent customer service. My husband and I had a small issue with our kitchen measurements, and they immediately resolved it. They clearly care about their customers and it shows. Our countertops are beautiful and worth every penny. Would definitely have them handle another project again in the future.

FOREWARNED IS FOREARMED-They did not care about me as a customer. They left me with 2 big chips in my kitchen island. They sent a repairman out twice to attempt repair. He could not match the filler with the actual color of the slab. Afterward I explained I was unhappy with the results. Next, Josh Fink and Jason the manager came out. They said it looked AMAZING. Yes... they used the word AMAZING. Their attitude was one of arrogance and disdain. In my last conversation with Josh I explained leaving 2 big chips was not acceptable. He said they were not willing to make it right. I asked if they would install a new slab- he said no. I made a significant investment with SMT and feel 2 gashes in my island is just not acceptable. I paid full price, I should have received an undamaged slab.Also, when they came to do the installation on the first date it was scheduled the driver was afraid to drive down my driveway! I called Josh and begged him to send another crew the next day. He said he didnt want to make the customer that was scheduled for the next day mad. I asked him did it not matter that I was mad because it would delay the completion of my project. He said NO.This delayed the completion of my project by a week.

My husband and I recently built a new home. We had a deadline to make and I picked a beautiful piece of Granite. We worked with Dallas and he did an amazing Job... He called to tell me that the first piece of Granite that came in did not meet the standard quality that he would like. He worked very hard and secured another piece and met the deadline. The installers were great and worked to perfection!! Highly Recommend.

Such a great visit today... Everyone I talked to was so helpful... Also as a pleasant surprise, I got some free pizza thanks to a wonderful man names Anthony...

Expect extremely long lead time...to come on-site to take counter measurements & return with cut top. They do zero on-site cuts (like holes for faucets) which has not been my experience with countertop sellers. Adds 2-3 weeks to process so they say. None of that disclosed at time of purchase.

I compared prices and products with a competitor, but Smokey Mountain Tops was the clear winner in all areas. So grateful I chose them. Smokey Mountain Tops did an excellent job on our counter tops. They communicated well from start to finish. The sales team was helpful, the project manager kept us informed through the entire process, and the install team outdid everyone! They were polite, friendly and knew their job. The install crew had a couple of small items about our kitchen that caused install difficulties, and they put in the extra-time and attention to detail that was necessary to ensure everything was perfect! I would recommend this company to a friend. We bought quartz countertops as part of a remodel. Becky guided us to a product that we liked while being budget conscious. The schedule discussed at the beginning was met exactly (3 weeks from measure to install). The product was just installed yesterday, but we like it so far (Ceasarstone pebble with honed finish).

My quartz kitchen counter tops were installed last week and they look wonderful. My experience with Smoky Mountain Tops has been great. Josh was my sales consultant and he was more than helpful, he actually made a recommendation other than what I initially chose and I went with his pick and I am so glad I did. Chuck came to template and its amazing to watch the precision that is used with the laser to make sure your counter top will fit perfect. The installers were also professional and friendly (they even took a minute to pet and speak to our dog who was anxious to see what all was going on in her kitchen) They put the top on and made sure the cutout was precise for my cook top and they had everything cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use Smoky Mountain Tops when I redo my bathrooms. Thank you for the fantastic product and the great job you did.

We spent a substantial amount of money with this company for our granite counter tops only to find out that after 3 years the granite is literally breaking off. When I called to discuss it they seemed to think it was no big deal. Happens with natural stone they said. Funny they didnt mention that BEFORE we decided to purchase the Granite.Update: Since this post, Ive had a very knowledgeable and skilled person come to my home and address the issue. I am restored as a satisfied customer who will continue to use this company in the future.

Great service for years

This by far was the best experience I have ever had with any company. From start to finish they were more than helpful and did a fantastic job! The install guys that came out were just plain awesome! I dont think you could get this type of service anywhere else. I am in sales and I know what it means to try to go above and beyond for your customers and they have it figured out. They went above and beyond to make our kitchen counter install smooth and easy. Our quartz countertops are beautiful! The only thing Id say is to specify how you want the corners cut, I assumed they would be a sharp 90 degrees but they were rounded.

Please read before choosing this company for your countertops.First time I went and requested a quote I did not receive it. I had to call and ask a second time for them to send it. Once I decided to go forward and already paid my deposit, they told me to come by and pick out my slab. I came and stood there for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I had to make a second trip out and come back again just to pick out my slab. THEN. They came to template my kitchen, and three weeks later, after the install date had already been scheduled (this was 3 days before install date) they informed me the original quote was off and they realized I had more square footage and it would be $700 more. I had called them two times between templating and this date to ask for updates. They never mentioned this error to me even when they pulled up my account and profile. Instead of calling me as soon as they found out it was that significant of a price difference, they waited until it was right before install. If it was 100-200 dollars I would completely understand. But this was 12 entire square feet, a 30% increase from my total amount. This should have been significant enough to warrant calling or informing me of the difference when they found out. There is NO communication here at all. I would not recommend this business to any of my friends or family.

Could not have been any better!!! Rheta in sales was very friendly and not pushy at all. Trenton and Brent came out and installed our countertops. They were very professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions and made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. They also left the work area clean when they were done.Great price and even better service. We went to other suppliers and were never treated as well as we were at Smokey Mountain Tops.

Me and my husband went to this business because we saw a product on their website. When we arrived, no one greeted us. We had no idea who worked there and we just stood around for about 5-10 minutes. My husband finally found someone to ask and they said they didnt carry the product that was on their website. Will never do business with this group. Very unprofessional.

I was told the price of granite up front ( $59-$69 or $79 sq ft ) and told to pick out what I wanted. I was shocked when I received the quote of $4,550 for 45 sq ft of granite over $100 a sq ft. What was the most shocking was the fact that I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone trying to get them to tell me how many square foot of counter top that I have. Buyer beware. They tell you one price when you go in...and then almost double the price for the quote. So I went to their competitors and got the same granite for $2200 installed. I feel like these people tried to rip me off. Always do your home work and find out the price per sq ft. I purchased from Rocky Tops...NOT a big box store. The problem is they tried to rip me off...telling me one price then charging another.

Better than expected service and help...Mark was instrumental in helping to redesign our kitchen redo...we love the final product...we had two teams for installation and removal of prior quartz...removal was difficult because of tile backsplash and tight fits...installers had impossible task to fit new countertops into a space with no tolerances for fitting new thicker countertops into backsplash gap...but, result was perfect...highly recommend SMT..
