The customer service is great, the service was prompt, and the product looks wonderful. There was miscommunication about the order (my fault) but the people at Tennessee Stone took care of me on the same day and made sure I got the product I actually wanted. I would definitely recommend going to view the product in-person before you buy it. They have more options than listed on their website, so you might be pleasantly surprised.

I very much appreciate the personalized service. They were nonintrusive and laid back, but quick and knowledgeable to address all our questions. They held our order for months as we completed preliminary landscaping and were considerate in delivery; there were no errors, hidden fees or frustrations. I highly recommend them.

Weve used this establishment multiple times and will be using them again in the next few weeks. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even if you are just buying a small bit of river rock (used for my wedding) or a small order of brick (for our small shed) they go out of their way to make sure you get what you need.
