Omg!!! I can’t say enough good things about this Duck Donuts!! Not only are the donuts insanely delicious, but the staff is incredible! They are so kind and so friendly we stay and talked to them for a while. Now the donuts….they are so delicious. They are cooked right when you order so they are served fresh and warm. They have so many different toppings, I really don’t think you can go wrong with any topping. My husband loved the maple bacon and my favorite was the Oreo donut with fudge topping….oh my! If you are a donut lover do yourself a favor and go check this place out! I promise you won’t regret it!

This was our first time here. Weve been to 4+ donut shops in the area and this by far is the BEST one. They were friendly and helpful with making first timer suggestions. They were FAST. And the donuts are AH-MAZING. The donuts come out very fresh and warm. I personally loved the simplicity of the new York cheesecake donut. But if youre looking for something with a little more to it, the ones was great!

Their donuts are made to order. They come to you still warm and are very well priced. We bought half a dozen for $10. We will definitely be back because they are moist and delicious.

I called to pick up on curbside, so convenient!!! I was in my pjs from dropping my cat off at the vet at 8am. There was a very nice woman that helped me place an order and my oh my are the combinations crazy! You can put whatever you want on these donuts, its so fun! Definitely a hidden gem and will pick over the crispy creme any day!

This was our second stop in this shop. It will certainly not be our last. Duck is the bomb!!! This is an absolute must stop shop!!. Highly recommended!! We were pleased with the quick service, cleanliness and wonderful doughnuts. The staff here are very helpful and pleasant. You will love it too.

Ive always had a really good experience here. I usually just get their lattes or cappuccinos and they are always delicious and hot and just prefect! The pretty girl with red hair who always seems to be there working, remembers exactly what I want, every time. Even though I dont go to Duck Donuts very often. Everyone is always very nice and very friendly. Its just a really great place to go for donuts and coffee.

I enjoy the bacon covered donuts here.. 😋🤤😁.. I believe they use cake batter or pancake batter because it tastes like pancakes and bacon when you bite into it. It just melts in your mouth. 😋

First time here. The girl working the counter was FABULOUS. I wish I had gotten her name. A very friendly, dark skinned young lady. Anyway, she explained everything and was so personable. My daughter got a choice from the photos on counter menu (chocolate and peanut butter something.) I made my own - blueberry icing with coconut and marshmallow creme. It was amazing. Daughter said hers was too. The other 2 young people working, a petite girl with glasses and a guy were both friendly also. Will DEFINITELY return. Download the app ahead of time so you can get rewards.

Donuts are flavorful and staff are always so very welcoming, sweet, and helpful in making a good selection and it really feels like a big warm hug from the donuts and the staff. ☺️ I hope to visit here many more times. My husband loves the Maple Bacon (its really good!!😌)

Great donut shop. The staff was very friendly and explained there process. Cool take on the new concept of custom donuts. These guys are different since the donuts are made FRESH TO ORDER. That changes the game no more stale donuts with cereal on the, but nice, hot fresh ones. I wish we had one of these around our city.

The donuts were delicious and the leftover ones stayed fresh for the couple days I had any. No donuts with filling was a slight disappointment.

The staff is super friendly and super helpful. They specifically ask if its your first time there and explain how to order exactly what you want. It smells like heaven as soon as you walk in the door. Pricing on a dozen donuts is comparable to any chain donut shop. Not only do the donuts look like a million bucks, theyre a freaking party in your mouth! Definitely recommend!

Donuts are fantastic, I also got a breakfast sandwich on a English muffin that was delicious. The cold brew is okay, no real flavor but not the worst either, only reason its not 5 stars!

Ive never had a donut as good as this! Each one is made fresh in front of you. Theres a bunch of options too. You can either choose from flavor combinations that they have on the menu or you can make your own combinations. I got the maple, bacon and the lemon, powdered sugar and marshmallow drizzle.I want to try all of them! However, Im only in Knoxville for two days. I HOPE we get a Duck Donuts in the Bradenton/Sarasota area!

It’s a fun novelty and it’s always a nice treat to customize your donut, but if I want a solid box of awesome donuts, I’m going across the street to Krispy Kreme (before payday), or Status Dough (after payday)

These donuts were amazing!! Everything was freshly made and the staff was super nice and helpful. They also sale coffee and espresso. Which was great as well. You can choose your different donut toppings or chose one of the ones that they have already Speacility made.

We love the variety!! My kids think its great that they can choose all their toppings! We usually get a half dozen and split all the donuts into sections so we can try everyones creativity. Everyone gets to make something original and we usually get a smores and chocolate, coconut, caramel as our stand-bys.

Best Ive ever had!

We stopped by knoxville on our way home to find a donut place. As usual, we wanted something other than the common donut shoppe . This place came up in my search on google. I was almost like a kid in a candy store when i saw that you can customize your own toppings and icing your choice of donuts. Between my husband and i we shared a half dozen, while i picked all the flavors and he just tried whichever ones sounded good. My top favorites were the chocolate with peanut butter icing and the glazed raspberry dipped with lemon drizzle. The donuts taste dense to fluffy but very yummy . Some flavors were more artificial than others, they didnt taste artificial but just sweet. The service was satisfactory and the young man helping me, didnt mind explaining to me how the process worked as well as customizing my order .

According to several employees one of the members of management staff has covid and refuses to not work, wear a mask, it even distance himself from them or the food. This mixed with the poor treatment of the staff, promises of raises to them that are empty at best, and poor pick up times means Im never coming back here. If you cant be bothered to take care of yourself in the midst of a pandemic then I refuse to believe you can even begin to care about your customers or product. Feel bad.

Donuts were very good when eaten fresh! They had a a little but of a crunch to them(in a good way) like one would find on a funnel cake. This crunch disappeared after the dont u cooled down though. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes for our donuts to be made. I will go back but not often. It is definitely worth trying though!

The best place for a doughnuts... The flavors of toppings create a wonderful bliss of harmony when you eat the doughnuts.. The establishment is clean and staff are friendly. A small sitting area is located in the window. The doughnuts are light and fluffy, to describe them I would say its a mix of Dunkin Doughnuts and Krispy Kreme, so the doughnut is light and fluffy... I will definalty be back to get more of these treats...

THE BEST DOUGHNUTS IN KNOXVILLE! I thought people were over exaggerating when talking about how good these doughnuts were, I had to try them myself. If you can make it to your car from the restaurant without eating the whole doughnut, you did better than I did! Made to order, these doughnuts literally melt in your mouth and have a crisp exterior. I like mine with cinnamon and sugar, but the toppings are endless. A must try!

The donuts are good, but I ordered online for an 11:00 pickup. I arrived at 11:05, and could not even get any one to acknowledge me for 15 minutes. Eventually a man (whose mask was around his chin, not mouth or nose) begrudgingly told me hed be with me in a minute. 10 minutes later I had to shout at him that I was here to pickup my order and he said they were behind. Another 10 minutes later I finally got the attention of a woman who handed me a box that had been sitting on the counter the entire time I had been waiting.

The donuts were great. After explaining to me about an issue that I had, I have to say that the overall experience was wonderful. Thanks guys!

Excellent concept for donuts. Walked in and was asked if we were there before. Since we had not, the wonderful person behind the counter told us ho we the order process works. All donuts are made to order and the toppings are included in the price. Answer, yes. The coffee was equally good. The donuts are made fresh to order.

A little pricey but if you want hot fresh donuts 🍩 its worth $1.95+ each.

Customizing donuts to fit your personality, flavor profile is rewarding in a sense. That being said, every donut made is going to be different in some way and I respect that. I enjoy knowing people will make my donuts differently and that is a part of the experience. Dont hold back, get all the things you want. They (donuts) will stay good for 3-4 days after purchase without said product spoiling.

I was a little disappointed that there arent fillings to the donuts but when I finally bit into one in realized why filling was not needed. These donuts truly melt in your mouth and they are a breath of fresh air from the typically sugar covered nightmares Im used to.
