Went to exchange some boxes out. Todd Lambert assisted with my transaction. He was excellent! Super friendly and fast! Parking lot is small and no parking on a Saturday morning because of a small restaurant that’s in the same center.

Its rare today to have great service. While I have issues with Comcast as a whole, this gentleman was a shining star: Todd Lambert. While I was rushed out of the store for not wearing a mask a while back, Todd came outside quickly to assist. He made sure all my phone questions and needs were met with exceptional professionalism and a joyful attitude. It was a pleasure working with him.

I like the store on Kingston Pike better, they are friendlier. I tried the Broadway store this time because it is closer to my house.The person that assisted me mumbled and it was extremely hard to hear what they said. That is, when they talked. They kept looking at the computer screen and never said what they were doing.I eventually involved another employee that walked by.The Kingston Pike employees seem better trained in customer service.

Good Luck on finding a parking space. Several busy shops and a very small parking lot. Also spaces very tight. If you have a large vehicle be ready for a dent.

First, the store is beautiful. They did a really excellent job putting everything together. When I went up to exchange my modem, the gentleman was extremely efficient and friendly. I was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes. Very professional and super easy experience. I was worried with these other reviews but I dont know if they went to the same store or what. It was a good experience.

Why doesnt xfinity stream any NBC stations other then peacock on their own app since they own NBC that to get msnbc or CNBC you need cable

I needed help with my email account not coming to my phone. I have 2 accounts. 1 automatically downloads, the other one never downloads. The guy did not listen to my problem and told me he had been doing this same thing all day because of a system problem. No, my problem has been like this since I got my phone. He only frustrated me. No help whatsoever!!

Went to drop off a relative who had recently passed away equipment. They wanted me to sit there and wait for what would of potentially been 45 minutes to an hour to drop off a cable box. Have to find a better process guys, maybe even a self drop off station. Shout to the young black man working there who said he would take care of it.

Took about 15 minutes to find a parking space. Beautiful store.. the old place on Asheville hwy had better parking..easy to get in and out..👍 Broadway is just as busy as west Knoxville..hate where they are..

In the first place i went to the old place. They didnt let people know they were moving. The girl didnt seem very knowledgeable and was a little rude. I bought a tv antenna. Get a lot of channels now. We love it will never go back to cable again. Dont know what took us so long.

I have called xfinity customer service many of times and its an act of Congress to get a human being to talk to, then its a foreigner hard to understand. I had 3 issues to resolve. Zach was fantastic, I was only in this store for 15 min and all three of my problems were resolved. Far better then calling them.

Phone service with xfinity was marketed as no line fees and no hidden fees. But halfway through my first month I’m finding out there Is in fact a 25$ a month line fee and a $10 service fee on top of the $45 unlimited plan every month. This was never discussed with me. I also apparently can not get internet service through xfinity because there was another account at my address that has an unpaid balance. Was told this only after I left the store with my equipment and paid the first months balance for internet. Will probably be taking service elsewhere

Don’t ever go with xfinity! They have the worst customer service around. They care nothing about you. I just went to use refer a friend to snag them a new customer and they excluded the entire state of Tennessee for no reason. Thanks for constantly screwing over your customers!

We have been with Comcast for probably 25 to 30 years they went up $70 on our bill I thought they were disrespectful I know they were didnt try to work with me to get my bill down well over $200 I know people that have two modems that are getting it for $180 I didnt try to work with me at all and multiple TVs we only had one all right number three

Stopped to pick up cables and activate service at 10am. Store was locked up tight. Comcast representative on phone stated the store was supposed to be opened at 9am. No notice was posted on the door.
