Just purchased a new elliptical from Fitness Solutions after doing some shopping around. They had the right combination of quality and price we were looking for. I was able to get same day delivery, and the delivery guys were fantastic. We had tricky (turning) stairs for them to maneuver, and they made it happen. Fast and very friendly and our day one impression of the equipment itself is that it is sturdy, quiet, and smooth.

Excellent store. They really pulled through during the pandemic when it was next to impossible to find weights. Me and my wife now have a killer garage gym! Staff is professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Our experience with Fitness Solutions in Knoxville was excellent at every level. The owner of this store spent a great deal of time answering our questions about the treadmill we wanted to purchase. After pricing this product at other places, we were pleased by the competitive price point with the added benefit of having service available if needed. The gentlemen who delivered and set up our purchase were timely, friendly, and professional. We were happy to have the added benefit of supporting a local business.

I highly recommend this business. I used Fitness Solutions to purchase a piece of equipment for my PT clinic a few years ago. They were able to find a less expensive, but similar quality machine for me which I really appreciated. They provided the delivery and set up which went without a hitch.I have sent multiple friends and clients to them for equipment needs. We have been looking for an elliptical for home use and we headed there. They had a large selection of good quality machines. Richard (the owner) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to choose, buy and accept delivery of the machine all in one day. Richard and Steve were adept at maneuvering the machine through a small doorframe and placing it exactly where we wanted it. Great local business for your fitness needs!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and speaking with them helped us decide on a bike that was exactly the kind we needed.
