Would not recommend doing business with them. To make a long story short, they sent me defective equipment and did not fix it until I filed a dispute with my credit card company and a BBB complaint. Their communication, quality control and customer service (post-sale) are lacking. Go with a bigger name competitor (Rogue, Life Fitness, etc) that has better customer service. Aside from the defect, the machine itself is super heavy duty and of good---but not great---quality. I think for the price its not bad, but if I could do it again I would pay a little extra and buy from Rogue.

Picture does not do justice on legend fitness (3133) power rack. I’m amazed on there quality control and attention to detail. Can’t recommend this rack enough at how great it is

Terrible place to work.... They victimize and take advantage of people in difficult situations. They barely pay minimum wage, make promises for increases & advancement but they never seem to materialize. I often heard that this is just a hobby for the owner.......The equipment they provide is all sub par & broken. If you need a job go right up the road to ProPac... dont waste your time with this company.

We ordered a half-rack, seated calf raise, and a leg extension/curl plate-stack machine from Legend. The equipment is excellent quality and their customer support is even better. Worth the investment.

Im a small gym owner and we needed some help during the COVID shutdowns in April/May developing a plan to get the best equipment for my members do to their homework workouts from what was still available. Well clicking around on Amazon and other retailers was a waste of time. Im super grateful to Ryan and the rest of the crew at Legend Fitness. Purchased a Performance Series Half Cage from Legend during the Covid-19 shutdown that had derailed essentially all home gym equipment sales. Legend was able to take and complete my order when other companies were simply rejecting new orders. The quality of the cage itself is great, and I expect it to last a very long time.I did have a minor issue with one of the safety arms, but when I pointed it out Legend shipped me a replacement arm at no additional cost to me. (Ive been helped by Ryan Walker throughout this process, who has been fantastic)I would purchase from Legend again, pandemic or not.

I recently purchased a Fitness Bench (decline, flat, incline) and a Leg Extension/Leg Curl machine from Legend Fitness. The quality of these equipment are equal to, if not better than, the equipment I was using at 24 Hour Fitness. The staff at Legend Fitness were very patient with me and answered all of my questions. They come with an exceptional warranty and are designed for heavy usage and heavy weight. I will definitely consider Legend Fitness for any other gym equipment I need.

Fantastic experience dealing with Ryan Walker from Legend Fitness. Ryan was always quick to answer my questions, update quotes, and place orders for my garage gym equipment. I absolutely love the adjustable box jump cushions and bumper plates that I ordered and the pricing was great. Will definitely be ordering with Legend again soon!

I purchased the plated loaded lat pulldown/low row, plate loaded leg ext/leg curl, and plate loaded calf raise. All three pieces of equipment are incredibly solid and commercial grade! Fantastic machines, very durable, and feel great to use. Amazing equipment and excellent customer service from Ryan, you cant go wrong with Legend Fitness!!!

Amazing Customer Service and top of the line equipment at a fraction of the price of other equipment companies!As a CrossFit gym, most of my equipment was from Rogue Fitness and mainly involved free weights... but when we expanded our facility early last year I wanted more equipment/machines than free weights and researched every equipment manufacturer out there before finding Legend Fitness. Not only did I find there products better quality than there competitors, it was more customizable, and a fraction of the price!!In regards to customer service, I actually picked up the equipment myself on a flatbed trailer to save money (which I dont recommend in hindsight after driving through high winds and a ice storm LOL) but the whole team at Legend came out when I arrived in Tennessee and loaded it up, secured it, covered it with tarps and plastic wrap in preparation for my 24 hour drive back to Colorado. The guys from the shop even called me a few times along the way to make sure everything was holding up.Highly recommend them for both commercial and home gyms!

Leaving one star. Worst service I have ever seen! I put our recreation facility out for bid and had it bid on by both legend and a legend supplier. I picked the legend bid and was surprised when they said since they had a supplier in the area they would have to withdraw their bid. Okay, whatever I chose their supplier and ordered the equipment. When the equipment was shipped their was not one piece from legend that was not damaged! Its been almost 3 months and nothing has been rectified. Most the equipment needed full replacement do to damages in paint, instead of sent new equipment they sent a bottle of touch up paint.If you are a high school or a recreation facility DO NOT ORDER from Legend or one of their suppliers. If something goes wrong they put all the blame on their supplier and wont take any responsibility. Id say go with Hammer Strength, Dynamic, or Atlas. You will probably get better service.

Got my quote from Kieth OBrien. Paid for my deposit then suddenly the next day Im told that I was misquoted. No big deal right? Well what if its a $2,500 difference. How does one not notice a difference of $2,500?! Ridiculous. But no biggie because you get what you pay for. So I go ahead and pay the difference. (5-5-2020)On June 3 I get a shipping date(after working to get information) of 6-29. Guess what? It never did. I call and ask my regional rep for info (KEITH OBRIEN) and Im still left without an answer. July 1 comes and its finally gunna ship again(supposed to)July 6, Suddenly I get told they company has tried contacting me, so I scrolled to calls and emails to make sure I didnt miss anything. They never tried to contact. Then I get told that IM THE REASON FOR THE HOLD UP! Even tho Ive been constantly trying to figure out why it hasnt been shipped. Im sure if I was a big spending school trying to renovate this wouldnt have been a problem. Legend does not care about the little guy. I cant wait to get my product so Ill never have to deal with this company again.EDIT. EDIT. EDIT. EDIT.Rack finally delivered on Wednesday. Rep told me it would be installed and trash taken away. So I call my local legend rep to inform him of the equipment arrival. He tells me that he cant make to install because of a busy schedule but that he could make it the next day. Recommended I leave MY FUSION CAGE IN MY DRIVE WAY until the next day? LEGEND OWNER can try to compare me to other customers but reviews are here to inform future consumers of the situations that may occur. This entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth that exists every time I use the equipment.
