Very friendly,helpful and didnt have a problem taking their time to answer inquiries about various models of sewing machines and embroidery machines. We walked away with a great deal on Pfaff. Highly recommend stopping and get your sewing on.

This shop is awesome! They have a huge selection of super cute cotton prints (suitable for all ages) at great prices. I was also very impressed by the care they put into safety measures during the pandemic. Masks were required and they also limited the number of groups in the store at a time. True customer service!

Due to COVID the business requests that you knock before you enter... after following instructions, the woman’s body language and tone made me not even was to enter the store... maybe she’s not used to adult men come in to the establishment, but it was off-putting to say the least.She was more interested in selling expensive machines than doing right by the customer and assisting me with me needs. Getting into conversation about new machines... the way she would have to go to the back to check her price sheet for each product was...interesting. All prices quoted were extremely expensive, and would change thru the course of our conversation. I don’t think she realized I was taking detailed notes. I’ll go somewhere else for my sewing needs in the future. Heck, I’ll shop Amazon before I come here again.

Lots of beautiful fabric even with a massive demand on it. Manager is top notch and very helpful. Also a great place to get sewing supplies, a new machine, or have one serviced. Very friendly staff.

Great place

I purchased a machine from them a few years ago. it broke last yr i brought it in for repair. i purchased another machine while in repair when the machine was done i picked it up and paid 49.19 brought it home and stuck it in the closet as i was using my brothers i bought. i recently went to use the babylock for a thicker peace of fabric and the same broken issue is still there.i called. brought the machine in today. lady was rude. blamed me. talked to me like i was a child. told me they wouldnt charge me if they didnt fix it. well i found my charge in my bank. they may of messed up and not even fixed my machine and sent it home on accident. admit your mistake and fix my machine. instead they were rude and accused me of breaking the machine and lying to her. and wanted to charge me again. I WILL NOT GO BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ..not to mention its under warranty
