I will not bring my mower back to have any more service at all. Customer service is awful no communication at all. We only needed the blades replaced my husband is diabadled so we had them to come and pick it up they had it for 2 weeks and had to rent a trailer to go pick our mower back up very aggravated with the whole thing plus I had to leave work to go get it

Second chance? The saga started years ago when it was Richie Brothers. The service was so bad trying to get my JD 655 zero turn serviced that I actually bought a new Kubota tractor just so I would not have to deal with JD service. Flash forward to now new name Ag Pro, updated look, hum let’s give them a second chance so I bought a new JD 3025e with a front end loader the end of 2020. That was easy enough. Then last Friday 2-12-21 I called the store wanting to put on a 3rd function valve hydraulic package on the front to allow me to use a grapple. I asked for service, when they answered and I told them hat I was needing they said “we don’t do that you will have to talk to sales” CLICK on hold, Mike picks up from sales when I explained what I was looking for he said service does that not sales. I said “hold on” service just sent me to you. Sounding a little tiffed Mike took my info said he would get the price and get right back with me. Well that’s been a week ago........nothing. Sad to see nothing has changed at this location. I would not recommend this location for anything after the “sale” of the equipment.

Wasted my time and wifes along with our newborn son driving over an hr to try n buy a new John Deere. If you dont want what is on there lot save your time. I was disgusted. Mabey they didnt take me seriously because I had on ball shorts n Jordans and drove a 2020 Mercedes. Absolutely worthless salesman at front t door desk. I had cash on me. Stopped by bank n pulled 40k. Im also selling the stock I own in deere due to my experience. Never again.

Use to work here. Really changed physically, and Mike McCarroll is a great guy there at Ag-pro. Always pushed me to do my best. Another reason personally why this place Rocks for a John Deere type outlet. Mark Loper is in sales there and he is an honest straight type. Great place . Even better now.

Stood around for 10 minutes, no one spoke. 2 guys sitting at a desk chatting, and 2 behind a parts counter who looked as if to say, oh goodness...this people are goung to ask us something. Them we drove around the yard. Came back inside. I used the restroom, no one spoke. I left, went to lowes and bought a mower. Cash, brand new. Thanks for keeping the bathroom open agri poor

For now good customer service in sales 8/12/2020. No hassles straight up on pricing and received bonuses, also 0 down, 0 percent financing for 60 months. Will also say this that this dealership came in under pricing 2 Kubota dealers in the area and under a Mahindra dealer. Buy John Deere. Waiting on my backhoe to come in for deal to be finalized and will then update rating.

Dealing with Mike was like dealing with a used car salesman, but not as pleasant. He was pushy, rude, arrogant, and insulting. We couldnt get straight answers to simple questions, but instead got constantly lectured and told we were getting an education. Everything we were interested in was classic bait and switch -- apparently nothing under 3 grand was available (surprise surprise), and thirty minutes before they closed, he suggested we go buy our lawn mower someplace else. Thats exactly what we did. If I were crawling across the Sahara dying of thirst, I wouldnt buy a bottle of water from these people.

STAY AWAY!!! Service after the sale has to be the issue. they over promise and under deliver. i would not spend any more money with them. the salesman will not even reach out to give updates on the issue we are having. they have had our money for a month now and have not delivered our implement. i have left 3 messages for the owner with no response. i will update this review as we deal with this company. so that future customers will be aware of what they are getting in to.

Service and repairs are extremely slow and have pretty poor communication. I have used them several times over the last 7 years. Mainly because of the close proximity to my home. I never get my tractor back in a timely fashion. An oil change can take three weeks. If you count on your machine to make money I would go some where else more dependable.

Cant explain problems others have had with Ritchie but our personal experience has been good. They have been courteous and helpful. Our X750 was picked up last week, repaired and returned the next day. They were thorough and reasonably priced.

Me and my wife went into the store this morning. Worst customer service we have every experienced. No one was in the store but us. 2 guys were working on the computer one guy was on the phone. We didnt even get a good morning or we will be right with you. My wife said to me are they going to wait on you. They still didnt look up. The other person was off the phone by then and still didnt look at us. My wife said to them are you going to wait on us. They said yes but not an apology at all. We left and said we would go to Lowes they still didnt say anything to us. Worst customer service we have experienced. I can see why the Mahindra is the number one selling tractor.

Same as the other comments, bad customer service.The guy at the service counter was rude and condescending. I originally took it in for service as the mower wouldnt start, and also ordered a battery charger, but then they found the battery and starter were bad, I opted not to fix, and hence wouldnt need the battery charger. He told me they werent Walmart or Target and you couldnt just return something.... though I hadnt purchased it yet.They charged over $100 labor to change the carb, and filter and basic service. They also changed and charged me to replace a brand new spark plug. He said that was part of the diagnosis for it not starting. I would think, when they figured that wasnt the problem (and the spark plug was obviously brand new) theyd put it back in.There was no offer to take care of it, but said I would have to pay the restock fee on the battery charger if we didnt purchase it, which would be about 50% of the cost.After I continued to push... he insulted me by stating, and I quote, buddy, if its going to tear you up, Ill take it off of there. Were talking about $20 here. I said, no $20 wont tear me up, but it wont tear you up either and theres such a thing as customer service. He said he would check and see if something could even be returned at all. I was on the phone with him while my wife was there to pick up the lawnmower. I told her to just pay the bill and that we wouldnt be back.I also havent mentioned that it took them two weeks to change the carburetor and service, in which time Im out $40 to pay to have my yard mowed.I dont know if the other two locations are as bad as this one, but... boo Ritchie Tractor on Asheville Hwy. I shouldve read the reviews first!

Salesman obviously not interested in selling. Asked to get a few prices while looking at UTVs, salesman was at tractors he just asked what I wanted a price on and never even offered to walk over and talk and or discuss anything about them. Very poor customer service. Guess Ill go somewhere else to buy our UTV if sales is that bad I cant imagine what service department would be like.

Took our lawn mower in to service . the price double . It came home . the deck was messed up (it mowed great before) they bent the deck. its an older mower but all the paint was still on it. now there are chunks of paint missing. Went in and talk to them nothing was done . not even a Im sorry. wrote them and called never heard back.

Over priced under stocked and extreemly missleading on parts and needs ordered a clutchkit for a 4020JD pilot bushing to throw out bearing 1800.00 parts come in no pilot bushing(cost extra) no clutch(cost extra) no throw out bearing(cost extra) all in another 1200.00 for parts not included in an 1800.00 kit,, three grand they want for all, found every piece on eBay 680.00 with shipping

Horrible! Wouldve bought a zero turn mower, but was rudely rushed out by an associate, just because they were closing in 20 minutes..so i went and bought a Gravely and love it! I would have to agree with many posts on here about poor, rude customer service. They pretend like your not even there! Also, been ripped off multiple times by simple repairs for my Scotts from service dept. No more!! Much better results from Leepers in Jeff. I dont see how this place stays in business.

Read all the negative reviews about this dealership but decided to give them a shot. Called to ask several questions about the purchase of a farm tractor and explained that Id like to meet with someone in person. The guy on the phone was rude and acted like he didnt have the time to talk to me or answer my questions. Wont be buying from here.I hung up and called the dealer in Farragut and talked to a gentleman who was patient and answered my questions and set up a time to come in and see the tractors.

Great customer service have bought couple tractors from them although we went to get oil one day and the salesman that sold us a tractor was very friendly when we were buying one came back to get oil walked right by us and never said a word kinda makes ya feel like u were used in a way friendly when they want commission dont want anything to do with u if they cant benefit from u!!

Where do I even start.....Well, first thing, rude employees. They talk down to you and try to make you feel stupid. Second thing, they told me a jet in my carb was clogged and couldnt be got out, so I would need a whole new carburetor for my mower. Along with the carb, they told me I needed a new drive belt, plugs, an oil change, and pins for the deck. All of this was going to cost me $900!! I said no thank you I cant pay that. They charged me $100 to get my mower back from them just for looking at it ( I could see maybe $50 for that) THEN THEY LOST THE MOUNTING BARS TO MY DECK!!!!! Still charged me the $100 to get it back and said they would order the parts and send them to my house. No apology, didnt offer to put them on when they came in. I recently replaced all the spindles on my deck with brand new ones about 3 weeks ago, and the ones on there now look 3 years old! I have never felt this ripped off and screwed over by a business before.
