Always quality product but the prices are through the roof

After seeing how this business treats its customers I can see why they have changed their name (Former Ritchie Tractor). Last year we had a mower serviced there. I am in no mood to explain myself do yourself a favor and avoid this business at all cost. I know people who drive buy this dealership to get to unfortunately what is another one of their dealerships in Maryville. Unless they have fired every manager in the service department things have not changed.
