I had such a great experience at this location! The store manager Anthony was fantastic with helping me chose the perfect ring for me. They were polite, respectful, and personal which made me feel at ease with such a big decision. I will definitely be back!

I would recommend them to anyone. We went to 2 previous jewelry stores and were not as pleased with the customer service. We honestly had no idea that we would walk away with a ring that day but it turned out to be a great experience. Lenwood was our customer service rep and he was extremely knowledgeable about helping us to figure out exactly what we wanted and buy a ring that fit us perfectly.

Cashier/salesperson lied to us. Cashier #68033, Jordan C. Date 12/31/20. She offered us a lifetime care plan for a ring we purchased. She said we needed to bring the ring in every 6 months to have it cleaned and inspected. I asked her clearly if the lifetime care plan would be void if we did not bring the ring in every 6 months and she told me no. I thought that sounded odd so followed up by asking, So if I only bring the ring in for a cleaning/inspection once a year, the lifetime care plan is still valid? and the salesperson replied that it does not matter how often we bring the ring in for cleaning/inspection, once we purchase the lifetime care plan, we are locked in. We purchased this plan and this cashier handed us the receipt, with no additional information about the lifetime care plan we had just purchased. I asked if she had a brochure or booklet with more information about the plan. She said she was not sure and looked for one and found one and gave it to us after a few minutes. I looked at the booklet, and sure enough, right on page one it said the plan we purchased would be void if we did not bring the ring in every 6 months. I wish the cashier had said, I dont know and checked instead of lying to us. Im guessing she gets some kind of incentive for selling these care plans, but I wished she cared enough about the people she sold them to to give us accurate information. Been to many different helzbergs, been with them about 8 years. After coming to this helzbergs I dont want to come back, rather take my business elsewhere. Sent off a set of earrings due to stud being bent and the back piece would not stay on, and sent off a necklace to be fixed both on there protection plan i bought with them. Several months later get a call to pick them up. They didnt fix the earing backs and the stud looked manually bent back in place. Then the necklace still broke they never touched it. Lady at the counter said they were never able to find coverage for it. Always taken them in every few months to be checked and no issue, get home and we have the warranty card for the adjustable necklace. They excepted it when we sent it off just to receive it back in the same condition. this one doesnt communicate. We have to Drive an hour to get here and they never informed us of any issues. They almost were not able to find what we sent off.

I have purchased a few rings and ear rings from this place many times, but this last purchase will be my last. I went around late February and ordered a new ring for my wife since hers was stolen. They said it would take about a week and a half to have it sized and shipped from another story. 2 weeks go by and it was not their at the store yet. They call me and say it has arrived but its going to take another week or so to have it sized because of some poor excuse. Fast forward to today, 3/17 and its finally ready over 3 weeks since I ordered it. Its not like we are shipping packages by horse and buggy these days. The fact it took 2 weeks to have it shipped, is absolutely ridiculous. Bottom line is dont tell your customers a week and a half and it take a whole another week and a half after the fact.

Their salespeople just dont know jewelry. We had a manager come over and explain to me that nickel is in all metal. Apparently he never took high school chemistry. Or read any literature on metallurgy or nickel free jewelry. I have a nickel allergy...and there are many nickel free options. But they couldnt answer my question about whether a particular piece was nickel free because they didnt even know that they had no clue. We went elsewhere because we knew wed not trust anything they told us after that.

Worst customer service! The “office manager” or whatever she is was so rude!! I’ve been here multiple time and it’s always been fine but when I called to check a order status that was supposed to be in 3 weeks ago!! she was so hateful and rude over the phone! She was very harsh and snappy! I’ll never shop here again as long as she works there!! Now I’ll be getting married and my husband won’t have his ring thanks to this great business!! I’m beyond mad!!!

Surprise surprise another salesman lied. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! They will leave a comment saying we are sad you had a bad experience and leave a customer service call, but they still wont do anything, so they comment will not change. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Horrible customer service. I needed my ring (that was not made by them) repaired for some loose stones caused by a few broken prongs around the halo of my engagement ring. When I dropped off my ring, I know all my stones were still in tact but I had it in a small green ziploc bag so they could see if any fell out. I dropped it off on a Monday night and the manager Jill told me that I would hear back from Tuesday for an estimate. Tuesday came and went and then they told me I would have an answer Thursday. Thursday came and they told me Friday. I called again Friday and they said they needed another hour and they would call me back. They called back an hour and a half later. They then informed me that I have lost a few stones now. I decided to decline their services because I was very annoyed with the customer service. When I went to pick up my ring the man told me they did not have my stones that they must’ve fallen out prior to my initial visit dropping it off. I was very frustrated and didn’t know how to prove them wrong so I left. I dropped my ring off with a couple broken prongs and loose stones for an ESTIMATE and received my ring with four stones MISSING. I don’t recommend anyone taking their ring to this store.

Even though we decided to go with a family engagement ring, the staff at Helzberg Diamonds (especially Nathan and Julie) were the most professional and low pressure salespersons at the mall. After going to other jewelers in the mall we went back to helzberg because of their expert knowledge. Thankfully my girlfriend and I basically received an introductory course on diamonds from Nathan, who was the most personal salesman I have ever encountered, which let us go to other jewlers and see that they were ill prepared to truly help us get the ring we were looking for. When we returned to Helzberg after browsing other places, Nathan’s shift had ended, and we were very nervous to be approached by another salesperson. However, Julie (please forgive me if I misspelled your name!) welcomed us and was just as personable as Nathan was. She helped us go through our options for financing and supported us through the difficult decision of having to step away from our ideal ring. My girlfriend and I are both students at UT and cannot afford a $2000 engagement ring, even though we would have loved to have gotten it and spent a lot of time trying to figure out how we could afford it, but Julie did not press the issue, she gave us a reminder that a ring doesn’t make our love anymore or any less important to each other and to not be discouraged! It is easy to get carried away with wanting to give your soon to be fiancé her dream ring, and it’s even easier for a salesperson to pressure you into making a poor decision when you’re so desperate for something, but we received nothing but kind words, knowledge, and reassurance from Nathan and Julie at Helzberg Diamonds in West Town Mall. When it’s time for us to upgrade or get a new ring we will go to Helzberg!Thank you both!

I love their jewelry its very good I was nervous to get some pearl earrings there because almost every real pair of ratings I get they always hurt my ears and they get infected but my pearls I have from hear have not gave me any problems at all

I ordered my wife a necklace for Christmas on December 10th with the guarantee that it would be available by the Thursday before Christmas. Well, not only did it not arrive by Christmas but they also had no excuse as to why it wasnt there. It finally showed up on December 27th but I will never shop there again. They made me look unprepared and their suggestion was to type me up a letter to give to my wife for Christmas. Two thumbs way down.
