I was buying my engagement ring with my fiancé, and the woman helping us literally said nothing. Didn’t ask why we were getting a ring, didn’t tell me anything about the cuts or try to be supportive at all. I’m thoroughly upset with the lack of customer service, I expected at least a bit more excitement on my special day. I used this email for my purchase if any one cares enough to reach out to me.

I bought a bracelet before the virus/lockdown...I have had no reason to wear it due to lockdown... wore it last week and a stone came out... brought it to the store for repair... was told ... SORRY you bought it in March... to bad!! Good news is I CAN sell you another one?!?!? Wow PANDORA!!!

So I went to Pandora Jewelry Store West Town Mall Knoxville, TN scoping out a few charms for my bracelet and maybe a gift for my goddaughter, there was one other person in the store that was finishing up and 2 salespeople. No greeting, no welcome nothing... I proceeded to the counter to look at charms and earrings and one sales lady literally walked up to the display case I was looking in and pulled it out of my view without so much as a word. I politely put my card back in my purse and walked out!#DONOTSHOPATPANDORA

I was ignored by salespeople who are just leaning on the cases. I should have just ordered online.

I was thoroughly disgusted with my service on Monday, November 11, 2019. I had waited for 30 minutes for a salesperson, only to have a couple walk right in and be waited on while I stood there waiting. There were two salespersons and two customers in the store as I waited. The store isnt that large, so I was easily seen. I mentioned it to the salesperson as she waited on the newly arrived customers and her answer was oh what did you want. WHAT?!! I just politely walked out of the store. What ever happened to apologies? What about training the salespeople to ask who was next as is done in most stores? Now Im going to search for another store who sells Pandora jewelry. My friends say that I should mention this on social media. I dont intend for this to be threatening, I just would like a little respect and equalilty. By the way, I am a senior citizen.

This store was great! Sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Although the store was small there was a wide selection of Pandora charms bracelets Bangles necklaces. Will definitely be going back!

I bought my bangle from there with one charm after I got married. It means a lot to me. I dont buy charms often, only for special occasions like travel and Christmas. Last time I went in there was for Christmas 2017. I was quickly assisted and taken to a register. The girl who was behind the register informed me that she was going to lunch and could not help me. So nobody was behind the register for a while. Thats actually bad customer service, something that I was always warned not to do when I worked retail. There was another couple being helped on the side of the store and then they were ringed up by either the person who helped me or another person. They left. So next should have been my transaction. No, another person was helped and then some talking among the workers as I stared there in confusion. I had the charm on my bracelet. People kept being waited on and transactions processed. I finally took the charm off and threw it in the box they hold charms in and the girl behind the counter says Oh? Yeah, oh, I wasnt standing here for ten minutes without being spoken to because its fun. I could have walked out with it, but Im not that person and if had walked out with it, I would have tossed it in the water that kids throw pennies in.

Very nice experience. Beautiful shop and great staff. This is my third visit, and I will be back.

Every time I go into pandora it is a great experinece. Great staff always willing to help out. I know some people have had some bad reviews about this store but if you speak with the manager or email her she will do everything in her power to help you.

Me and my boyfriend went in to get a ring repaired that I haven’t had very long. We were in a car accident and I think that’s why it was so messed it. It was bent and 2-3 diamonds were missing. When he bought it they told him it had 1 year warranty. They did nothing to help us when we went in and were not as friendly as they could be. One girl was playing with her hair in the mirror inseatd of helping. We then went to JARED across the street and it was sooo much better! They fixed our problem in less than 5 minuets and replaced the ring. Jared also has a pandor section. If you would like to get a ring or pandora ring specifically I would suggest going to Jared the workers are way more accepting and helpful. Go to Jared.

I have always gone to this pandora for all my charms, rings, and necklaces. Amanda is a manager there and always makes sure to take care of anything I throw her way! on christmas I wanted a ring but it had just been sold out in that store 30 minutes before so I went to jared just to pick the ring up because I was impatient and wanted it that day. recently the whole diamond had fallen out and she was very willing to help and replace my whole ring although i got it from the Jared pandora. everytime I have gone into there it has been a helpful experience and the girls are very sweet! 10/10

I would probably never ever go in that store again. The service was lacking when the manager got involves she was nor hopeful or kind. if it hadnt been for the fact that my daughter got a ring that did not fit we would not have spent 50 minutes and they are going back and forth. It just was not a satisfactory visit at all.

All the workers were very rude and looked down upon us as tennager and they didn’t have anything we wanted and we had to go to jared’s and they had everything and more that we wanted
