Bought Maui- Jim sunglasses at this location 2 years ago. Sent them back to the factory for repair work. I was told that my Maui Jim sunglasses were not real Maui Jim lenses or frames so they denied me the warranty. Scammed by this store!

Very poor customer service. Lack of customer experience is exceptional. Bad look for the brand. As someone who frequently purchases sunglasses for myself and as presents I highly recommend you find another location and possibly another company.

Extremely happy with our salesperson and the store. We had a lot of questions and she answered them all. Confident that we made the right purchases!

I like this location so much more than others Ive visited. Staff was polite, knowledgeable, personable, thorough, and still quick!I called about a particular pair of sunglasses and he knew precisely which ones I meant and answered all of my questions. When I arrived, nearly an hour later, he remembered me and had the frames ready for me to try before I could even cross the store.Exceptional job! Signed me up for warranty in under a minute. Cleaned the glasses before and after I handled them. Helped me weigh my options before I settled on a pair. And never once made me feel rushed or unwelcome (as other reviews mention).Just a wonderful visit from start to finish. I highly recommend this location!

Nice store

Nice store and good selection but the staff is unfriendly and rude. This was my second visit in the last two weekends and the same older gentleman made us feel as if we were a bother on both visits. Id suggest having management do some undercover visits to see it first hand.

Won’t allow families to shop together. Absolutely a joke.

Wanted to return a pair of sunglasses that I had bought at the mall location, new guy here at this location(Turkey Creek), Ryan, said I had to go back to the location where I had bought them, to do the return. He was nice, but this was making it more difficult for me, to a much longer trip back to mall. Frustration as a customer.

Not friendly, welcoming, or helpful. Purchased a pair of Ray-bans and was made to feel like it was a hassle because I didn’t want the display pair. Who wants to pay full price for a pair that countless people have tired on, stretched out and put wear and tear on? Was shocked that it seemed like their standard practice.

Great place to check out the new designs that have come out for most major brands of sunglasses.
