Its extremely frustrating when Google says Kays opens at 10:00. I arrived a few minutes after and was standing outside the gate and seen an employee for Kays. He didnt open the gate to go in till another worker arrived. A lady who strolled in at 10:15. But I walked the mall to give them some time and figured ok, at 10:30 they will lift the gates. But sure enough at 5minutes after I went up to the gate to tell them I just needed to pick up a ring. Literally!!! The one employee was standing around. But the older lady said nope. Its beyond frustrating for them to see me waiting and not let me know, hey, we have our hours posted wrong on Google, can we help you for that mistake.I just need to pick my ring up. I think its just incredibly rude. I wouldve taken the initiative to let a person know the incorrect posted hours and the new hours.
If you buy a ring from here make sure you make them give you a receipt for every inspection or they will say you didnt have it serviced and they will not cover any missing stones if they fall out. Very poor service to your customers. You guys need to fix that.

Do not buy a watch from Kay Jewelers. My wife bought a watch from them and tried to return it the next day because it didnt lay right on her arm. They told her they couldnt take it back because they had took links out to fit her wrist. They also said she could maybe sell it on Facebook Marketplace.The spare links were in the box with the watch. They should have told her before they took the links out that it would not be returnable. Last thing we ever buy at Kay. It was a $200.00 lesson. Bad, bad business.

After shopping for most of the day on May 31st, my now fiance and I wandered in to Kay at West Town Mall. We were assisted by the Store Manager Renee and I must say we couldnt have had a better experience. She took her time and really helped find the best ring for us. Never once did she push for a budget, she read us and our reactions and came up with what turned out to honestly be the perfect ring. I will be back for future purchases especially wedding bands. Thank you Kay Jewelers!!!!
I went to the store to purchase some ear rings and get my jewelry cleaned. I was told I had to have an appt. There were NO customers in the store and the two sales people there just set on their butts and refused service. I want buy any more jewelry from them.

Kay Jewelers run a large scam and I would advise anyone to never shop there. They have a layaway plan and schedule your payments out for no interest, except there is a catch. They schedule your last payment past that promotional period of no interest and unless you are really paying attention, they will add the entire amount of interest that would have been incurred to your bill. Not only that, but then they charge monthly interest on the interest, of you don’t pay it all off at once. I have called and tried to speak with several people but they were rude and said it was my fault. I have never been late on one payment. Also, to back this up, Kay Jewelers received an 11 million dollar fine for shady card practices last year. If you don’t believe me, there are news articles to corroborate my story. They are a bunch of shady scammers who do not care about their customers. It’s sickening that they are so money hungry.
My husband and I went into the store and received absolutely NO customer service. At least 4-5 employees were working, only one was with a customer, and the rest were too busy standing in a little knot talking to each other to acknowledge us. We waited 10 minutes and left without the necklace I liked. So nice to know that Kay is doing so well they dont need my business. I wont go back or recommend anyone to go there.

I use to go to East town location where they were not friendly at all various times .. ended up calling corporate on a very disrespectful employee. I have never had a problem since going to west town location . They are very people friendly and always make sure I am satisfied before I leave. Great customer service . Highly recommend them!
Martina was our consultant and she was incredible. She picked up on my style really fast and was really knowledgeable about the cuts of diamonds. Very impressed.
They wont waste their time with you if they think you dont have money and the sale is more important than the occasion. If you go here ask for Miranda. Shes great.
I love Kay jewlers or I did until I visited the west town mall location!!! I came in for my inspection and figured Id get some returns done while they inspected my stuff knowing that it would take some time as I have 8 pieces instead of them starting on my stuff they help everyone else so needless to say they havent even started mine when I return then the employees stand around and have a 30 minute conversation before starting on my jewelry when I returned and Im top of all that the 2 younger girls working had a major attitude in conclusion I will never come back to this store!!!

First let me say if I could give less then a 1 star I would, Orderd a ring for my mom from them because. they said they could have it in for me no problem by her birthday, nope that was a lie comes in just over a week after her birthday, they call us tell us its there we go to pick it up they put the wrong stone in it on purpose the girl at the desk says they just wanted to get it to us since weve been waiting on it, but shes was even going to tell us until my wife looked at it and one stone was a square like it was supposed to be and the other was a tiny circle stone when it was supposed to be a square as well, thats when she said the knew it was wrong and already had the right stone on order . this is not the first time this corp. Has given us issues but it will be the last,
Came in today, the store had 3 or 4 sales people. One was helping a couple pick out rings. The other three stood around and ignored me and my fiance when we needed to purchase wedding bands. We thought they may be busy so we stood there for another 10 minutes as they ignored us when we tried to get their attention. However, when the one sales woman needed help, the other 2 had no problem rushing over. Because apparently it takes 3 people to serve that one other couple. So we left, walk around the mall and came back. The shop was still empty except the same 3 employees yet we were still ignored. So we bought our wedding bands elsewhere. I guess they just didnt want our business.
Very rude staff. Will not even look at you or ask if you need help. Was looking to purchase a watch. But no body even bothered to ask if I needed hel. Went down a couple stores down and got my watch. Would not even bother to recommend to anybody very poor customer service!

Jewelry looks nice, but I couldnt do anything but window shop because not a single associate greeted me or offered to help during the 10 minutes I was in the store. Would not recommend anyone who finds customer service important going there.

Well I purchased a ring and it had two stones one i was having switched out for a citrine. My promise date was the 27th and it didnt come in until the 30th. It came in with the wrong stone (it was supposed to be square but was round like a drop of honey) anyways the at first they didnt say anything I guess to see if I noticed which I did. Then the tell me when they ordered the stone they received the wrong one and forgot to order the correct one so they put the incorrect one in because it was already past the promise date. So instead of calling to tell me about it they tried to pass it off and not even tell me. This location is terrible and apparently not very organized and it needs new management. I drove 30 minutes to pick up a ring after promise date that wasnt even correct and they werent even going to tell me if i hadnt noticed.
They were awesome. Anyone who says otherwise is lying.

Been a customer of Kays for more than 10 years and love the service, sometimes the wait maybe lengthy, but the products and service is worth it.

Offered to do a free warranty repair on my ring then charged me 36.00. Held my ring hostage until I paid. Crooks.
