The ring selection here is gorgeous and the staff is absolutely wonderful to work with! There was no pressure to make a decision which allowed my fiancé and I to take our time with our jeweler and explore every option for our wedding bands.

I found an engagement ring online and went to Fagan to see if they had something similar. They didnt, but ended up offering to make a custom ring. Though every step of the way, Aleka kept me tuned in; from the design process, the mold, and the finished product. It ended up looking perfect and my fiance loved it. Now we are looking at wedding bands and theyre helping us explore every option available.Aleka and the rest of the staff are amazing. Would highly recommend.

Fagan Jewelers kept my wifes wedding ring for over 10 months and they did not repair it . It needed a very small diamond replaced . I dont know what the problem was but be careful ? I would not recommend them to no one. Bad service !

The staff is full of genuinely nice people. The jeweler Nick changed the band on my wedding ring but it wasnt what I envisioned..most likely because I know very little about jewelry and probably wasnt clear on what I wanted. I brought the ring back and fully expected to pay to have taller prongs to hold the diamond in. I asked the girl I was talking to (wish I got her name) how much it would cost to fix it. She graciously offered to fix it at no charge even though they would have to purchase another setting to put the diamond in. I was shocked that they could be so kind about it. Nick fixed my ring less than a week later and its the most perfect looking ring Ive ever seen. Its absolutely what I envisioned and I love it. I highly recommend Fagan Jewelers and will be a return customer myself. Thank you to Nick and to all the kind ladies working there!

I cannot recommend Ron and this shop enough. I moved to Nashville two years ago but still stop in when I’m in town. They take care of me and my jewelry and they carry some unique items. I’m forever finding perfect gifts for my friends and family. If you haven’t yet, you should check them out.

Fagan’s is absolutely the best! I highly recommend. My husband got my engagement ring from them, and every time we go in there for anything they remember us by name. Plus they let us borrow anything sterling silver that I wanted to wear for my wedding for free, so I was able to borrow earrings, a necklace, and a bracelet free of charge for my wedding which helped so much! I came in to have the jeweler take a look at my ring. The stone was loose and I was afraid it might fall out of the setting.With no appointment or prior warning that I was coming, the staff greeted me immediately and the jeweler fixed my ring on the spot. They even cleaned the ring and the other ring I was wearing, all at NO cost.Very pleasant and helpful staff. Exceptional experience.

I went in for a watch battery replacement. Ron replaced the battery, then cleaned and polished my watch at no charge. They have a very positive group working there! Great place to stop in just for a visit.

Great Customer Service and Ring Repair; as soon as I walked in I was greeted. She helped me as if is was purchasing the most expensive item in the store. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately was able to find a great piece. I brought my wifes wedding ring in to get the size of the ring I needed and he did a great job repairing and polishing the ring. My wife said it looked new if not better than the day she got it. I originally had a good experience with this jeweler, they allowed me to return a necklace i had purchased 4 months ago for a thicker necklace of the same style. I now realize of course they would allow me to return it when i offered to order a more expensive necklace from them in exchange. I received the new necklace and at first glance i liked it but as i continued to wear it, the necklace began kinking and twisting frequently. I brought it in and was told this was normal for the chain, however the chain i exchanged this one for did not do this and it was a wheat chain as well but thinner. I asked if i could return this necklace or even exchange it back for the thin one because i would rather one that did not kink up. They told me they could not refund my money and that they did not have the other necklace anymore. The woman then told me I dont know what else to tell you except enjoy the necklace. These people are crooks, they will be of help when it comes to them making more money but not when youre genuinely not satisfied with your purchase. I am now stuck with a necklace that i will not be wearing. Take your business somewhere else.

I have been a customer for more than 25 years. I go there when I need a special gift. Ron has repaired all my broken pieces, and helped me design my husbands wedding band, using my old gold. The results were stunning. We bought my wedding rings from Ron, and he took the large diamond from my old set and put it into the new set. All of his work is impeccable!
