As soon as I walked in I was told I needed a mask on. Not asked politely if I had a mask... TOLD I needed one. Now I understand there’s a “ pandemic “ going on with a virus that has a greater than 98.0 survival rate. But I digress, I was told by a female employee that has spent her day handling items from numerous households and cash from only God knows where while throughout the day most likely touching her face and adjusting her mask. Well madam you Justin “told” your way and the business you work for out of a couple hundred dollar sale.

Bill was very rude to me. Definitely won’t be back to this location. I work in sevier county usually 12 hour shifts making it hard to plan around their business hours. I called to make arrangements to pick up my laptop that was there because I had been quarantined waiting for results of my covid test, but they said I needed to come in and make a payment today or they were gonna sell my stuff.

Most amazing prudentLy friendly pawn shop I have EVER been in!! Employees care about what YOU want, or what YOU need in any situation!! I have been a satisfied customer for several years now!! I will NEVER go to any other Pawn shop nor any other location!! Other pawn shops need to be educated from this location, because all of these employees truly care!!! Very rare in today’s society!!

Best Pawn shop in town. Great people who are just as human as the rest of us. I see some bad reviews and I can say that the employees their have always treated me with respect and courtesy. Ive been a 20 year customer and I still go there to buy merchandise and pawn/sell.

4 pieces of jewelry that I pawned to the shop were forfeited and sold, even though I paid extra to keep them in pawn and keep them safe. Basically they stole my jewelry and sold it. Steer clear this place. They will rip you off royally!!

Would be zero stars if I could. Extremely rude employees especially the one who I believe was a manager. Talking as loud as she could about how the few customers that were in there were just “looky-loos.” Overpriced on less than garage sale quality items. Terrible selection. There are so many better pawn shops around I’ll never walk through that door again.

Had an issue with a marked down item. Employee wanted to honor it but when the manager verified she said no that it was full price. I even offered to pay half what item was worth with wrong price on tag but she refused. Employee said I was right and apologized for her managers actions and I thanked her and left.

This store used to be great. Now, I am offered laughable amounts for quality pieces. Stay far away unless your desire is to be ripped off. Such a shame to see how far this place has fallen due to greed!

9/25/20Recently visited, even worse than before AVOIDI have purchased items here before and always felt good about the value. Today, I took some items to sell and was totally lied too. I bought some items on auction and took them to a reliable jeweler in town for valuation. The man behind the counter said there wasnt a diamond in it (the jeweler and the auction said there was) and that the WRITTEN appraisal on the second piece was worthless.Beware when dealing in jewelry with these people because they are obviously in the business of theft in this area.

Everyone there is always friendly and helpful. I will continue to recommend people to go here!

Terrible, extremely high prices for what amounts to mostly used and stolen items. Always a long wait for help as well. One of the worst pawn shops in ktown for buying things. Have no idea on pawn/loan aspect.
