We bought granite for an island mid November and Paid Cash 2 days before Thanksgiving. We later found out the salesman didnt turn it in and were assured the company would make good on the Contract. They couldnt give us the slab promised that we designed our kitchen around, so they sent us to Tritan to select another. It looked nothing like we were promised, so we chose a back up piece in the same cost arena. We were promised by the Sales Manager and the Owner they would do right by us. As of right now we have plywood on our Island. They have our sink and were supposed to be installing this week.We just opened a letter with a check for a refund. They have lied, lied, refused our calls, now have our 500 dollar sink.Stay tuned to see how this debacle turns out but please please please never believe or trust anyone from this company!
