Moved from out west to Tennessee and was missing my 99 cent store. United Grocery Outlet carries some similar items that reminded me of the 99 cent store, and they carry items from other shops at a discounted price! There are other items that may not be as good of a deal but you just have to know how to compare it if you want to get the best deal. As you would expect, certain items are close to their best by date or has past it, but its no biggie when most are shelf stable goods. Great for stocking up on snacks, certain frozen foods, condiments etc. Ill be making trips back when Im in the area!

Sky and Angie are amazing ladies. That place is lucky to have them. I had my 2 girls with me and they were so helpful and walked me to my car to help put my groceries in my truck. The world needs more people like them. Thank you so much for being kind hearted.

I shop here all the time and have always had a great experience and found great bargains and love the employees. Today was a completely different experience. I went through the line and Jasmine was the cashier. She is EXTREMELY rude and doesnt need to be interacting with customers in any way at all. She didnt speak one single word and didnt even bother telling me my total. I attempted twice to talk to her and was completely ignored. I understand we all have bad days but this was absolutely ridiculous! I attempted to tell her to have a good day as she turned around and ignored me yet again. DO BETTER!!!!

The young lady Shy that checked me out was so nice and even though she had a mask on you could see her smile in her eyes and voice. Very beautiful to.

Meats are good but be careful of others products most of them are expired. Bought a sandwich ham and a cilantro sauce and was expired. Now I understand the low prices.

Parking lot was disgusting. When I mentioned to manager, she blamed it on South Knoxville. I am native of South Knoxville; guess that makes me trash too. Sent message to corporate: guess the new owners are not interested in customers opinions or reviews. My shopping here may be greatly reduced. REPORT DIRTY PARKING LOT TO MANAGER EVERY TIME.

This location was stocked well with several goods and had a larger meat department than other stores in the area.But I did not find as good of a deal as with other stores and some of the food product was expired.

We love shopping here, they have some things that you cant find anywhere else. The prices are great, the meat department always have good deals. The staff are always courteous and helpful. If you have any questions about a product, just ask for Madge. She knows what people are buying and will tell you what she likes. She has never failed us, and is the sweetest little lady youll ever meet. Give them a try and happy shopping.

Only been a few times but this last time was aa mess. It smelled and most of the stuff I picked up was well past date expired. I was disappointed to say the least. The only good thing was my husband found some cookies he loved that were still good and we got those.

Best UGO in Knoxville. The store manager Matt & his employees keep the store nice, neat, & clean. Only 1 close Id shop at. Clinton UGO is also a good 1 but ABSOLUTELY NEVER GO SHOPPING AT THE MADISONVILLE UGO UGO ITS INFESTED WITH MICE!!!!!

United Grocery Outlet is a great place to shop for groceries. Usually they have great deals though the variety is lacking sometimes. This is a great place to get meat and frozen foods and some produce. Sometimes you can find hard to find items such as black garlic. I would highly recommend coming to United grocery outlet.

The staff was unhelpful and invaded my personal space while in a pandemic, defying their own store rules and one way isles. They have a limited selection of things but as an outlet that is expected. Be sure to check everything for mold first because half of the things in the store have gone bad. Expect to catch COVID and any other diseases the staff may have.

Best thing that has happened to South Knoxville. I love this store there is nothing I dont like. But if they sold certain cat treats, Cigarettes, and Milo Tea I would never go to another Store. The store clerks are nice and curtious so why wouldnt you come here! Best Bargains in town. Like I said Best thing that has happened to South Knoxville!😁

I love this store! Just be sure to get something when you see it because it may not be available on your next trip. Products are ever changing but its an inexpensive place to shop. Also now that they have fresh meats over frozen meat in the past, there is much more available. I have purchased New York strip steaks there and they were outstanding. Great job!

I paid $14 for my Christmas ham this year, ready Cooked with the Glaze pre cut spiral ham! They have many many top brands loaves of bread, bagels,English muffins, donuts and pastries and theyre all $1.39each.Over the years I have saved so much money here And as a single mother there were many times I desperately needed the break, so it turned out to be a huge blessing.Thanks UGO!!! This store is so much nicer than the others. We travel from Maryville to go shopping each week before getting sales at the stores. Always friendly and customer service is a top priority for them. Really worth the drive even if it was just for that. Kroger and food City workers could take a lesson from them 😁

The Place to look for special bargains. I found a digital camera worth at least $85. on line for about $20. Not always harboring real bargains but ya never know what you might find.

The meat department at this little gem is unmatched! Always fresh, even have a Butcher in house that you can seek for assistance. I love that the wings are actually a normal size, and the meats are freshly packaged. The groceries can be out of date sometime but you can still find pretty good steals here and there. I normally just go for the meats and the frozen food deals

This is the cleanest most well organized UGO we have around here. The employees are amazing at helping and super friendly. Dont let the one in Maryville keep you from visiting here. I havent gotten anything thats out of date yet either from here. I am super pleased with it.

Great place if you are on a budget or want to save some money. They usually have great prices and quality however it is an outlet so be aware that the products are almost never the same and are either cycled out, damaged, or overstock items. But if this is fine with you, you will find some of the best deals here. The staff is always super nice and try their best to keep the store clean and orderly.

Love this store. They have bulk cans of chili, nacho cheese, condiments and veggies for large gatherings. The meat and veggies are great as well. Not a huge fruit and veggies selection, kinda like a small town supermarket selection. They also carry a selection of health and beauty items. Baby wipes, diapers and cleaning products. I save a bunch here and they have a great staff.
