So far so good. They have most all the basics in bulk and quite of bit of specialty items and some off the wall stuff. If you need it call em first.

We use Knox Bolt for our business - the staff is always very helpful with ordering. When there are problems with an order (which doesn’t happen often), they always make things right. Oh and their prices are way better than the competition especially when you can buy in bulk.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very good experience and I walked away extremely satisfied. The management was great and William Clark is very knowledgeable and helped us out a lot. Everyone that works there knows their products very well. The building may look on the run-down side, but the service made up for it!!
