Amazing shop. Hard to find a good mom and pop shop these days. They are always friendly and great customer service. They even have a point system with your phone number that can save you money in the long run. If you ever get the chance check them out. I have been going there for years. They are worth the vist.

My uncle has been going to this store for years and he introduced me to them. I recently started going myself because she has the best selection of disposables at AMAZING prices. This store is fantastic. It is out of my way across town but it is the only tobacco store I use for a couple of reasons. The main reason is the courteous people that work there. I can walk in and she automatically knows what I want and has them sitting on the counter.Not to mention you can’t beat the prices. I’ll save five dollars a carton by buying from this company.

I have been a customer at Tobacco ETC for a few years. The counter clerk, Donna is just the best. She knows her customers and what products they use. When I walk in my stuff is usually on the counter waiting for me. The owner of tobacco etc., Steve is one of the kindest most gentle man that I have ever come across. He is always willing to help out his customers and give advice when I asked for. All in all tobacco etc. in my mind is the Premier tobacco shop in East Tennessee. The prices are best in the area a full range of product and accessories as needed. I feel when I go in, I don’t go into do business I go into see friends.

Closed during posted open hours (no sign saying they will brb or anything!). Drove all the way there on lunch break to grab smokes, and it was 6pm on a Friday, and they were closed! Had to drive all the way to western tobacco (by pilot and across from food city) when I work on Kingston Pike! Very frustrated.Other than that, store usually well stocked, friendly staff, and competitive prices.

I love to smoke Hookah/Cigars and I noticed Tobacco etc. as I was filling my car up across the street. The woman that runs the register in this place is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I went in the store to pick up a box of tubes and a bag of tobacco for my aunt. I picked up the box of tubes and went to look for the tobacco. After browsing the shelf I realized they didnt have the small bag she was wanting. So I placed the tubes up on a shelf and walked out of the store to ask my husband if I should get the bigger bag. Since I only had brought $10 in with me I needed to get more money out of the car. I was asking my husband if I should just get the bigger bag when the woman came storming out of the store. Did you take those tubes? She asked really hateful. I was taken aback at her accusing me of stealing them. I said No, I put them back on the shelf because you didnt have the tobacco I was looking for and I had to get more money. She went storming back in the store. I went back in with my husband and got the big bag of tobacco and we walked up to the register. I told her I didnt appreciate being accused of stealing. She raised her voice and got all mad. She said Well, Im sorry but I have to protect my business and I seen you had the tubes and then seen you walk out. I said Well I understand that but I didnt take them. You have cameras and you can see that for yourself. She carried on arguing with me and my husband. The whole time she kept raising her voice at us and you could tell that she really wasnt sorry for accusing me. Finally, she was like dont ever come back in here and I said fine we wont. My husband and I dont even smoke. I will never ever come back to this place. I have been in this place several times before to get tobacco and tubes for my aunt. This woman is always running the register and always has some man sitting on a cooler right where you have to pay. Usually they are smoking in here. She has seen me come in there before. I told her before I needed a receipt because I was getting them for my aunt and that I didnt even smoke. So, it is not like she has never seen me in there before. She was absolutely rude. I understand that she thought I took them. However, when she realized I didnt take them she still couldnt lower her voice enough to talk in normal tones to me. She had to raise her voice at me the whole time she spoke to me. This woman has no understanding of how to treat people or customers. If you walk in and then change your mind or go somewhere else they will think you are a thief. If you are a smoker, dont come here unless you just prefer feeling like a criminal and being shouted at. If I could give this place 0 stars then I would.

Prices are higher here than any other tobacco store that I have visited. 2 packs of generic cigarettes came to a total of almost $12.00. I drive for postmates. My customer was shocked at the total on their receipt. There are no returns or exchanges allowed on tobacco products.

The lady that works there stole a cigarette coupon from me. So I go in with 4 coupons for $2.27 off a pack of Marlboro any style. I bought 4pks of Special Blends and a $1 jumbo scratch off and she charged me $15.39. We went back today and only used 2 coupons and it was only $6.06 so 4 packs should have been $12.12. Add my $2.27 coupon to the $12.12 and it comes up $14.39. Theif I say.... Theif!!
