He was prompt, polite, courtesy, took his time to make sure everything was properly working, sat down with my mother and myself to go over the whole panel system just to make sue we had it down pack. I recently contacted Clearview for monitoring Service at the apartment complex that I reside. The sales representative was Ken and he told me what I needed to start monitoring service and I have to tell you Ken was very plain spoken and not the least bit pushy. I really appreciated Ken in every way. The Customer Service Manager responded to my residence to set me up. His name was Tori and he couldnt have been more helpful, professional, and kind. Now this is what a customer wants from the folks he/she deals with. Just a side note. I was in law enforcement for 20 years and retired in 1994. Clearview is a parent company of Sonitrol. Sonitrol is a very respected monitoring company within the law enforcement community and when one of the representatives contacts dispatch it takes on a different response. Why??? The reputation of the company throughout the United States for false alarms is nil. The accuracy regarding burglary/fire/ambulance is spot on. Remember that when looking into other alarm companies who do not have that reputation.

Clearview performs all of our new construction wiring and offers outstanding options to our clients post closing. Bill Reed and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They are a leader in the industry both in pricing and customer service.

My heartfelt and sincere thank you to Technician Victor and owner Matt Harris of Clearview Security Inc of Knoxville. I have had my home security system for over 2 years and have never had an issue until recently when I started getting an alert that the battery was low in my master bedroom. When I called, I spoke with technician Victor who told me they could come out but I would have to pay for a service call. I thanked him but told him I was not able to afford the fee and was going to have to try to get my grandson to help me find and replace the low battery on a window which was frankly impossible to get to. I told him I was a 69 year old lady by myself and I didnt think me on a ladder was a good picture lol. I thanked Victor but was prepared to go this on my own. Today I got a call from Victor and he told me that he spoke with his boss (Matt Harris) and Mr. Harris told him to come out to help me no charge. When he came, he agreed the window unit that was initially installed should not have been located where it was and he put in a new unit for me to get me up and running and secure again. I am so extremely grateful to Victor, Mr. Harris, and all of the Clearview staff. They have always been more than willing to help me and are always professional and personable. Bill Reed is great! He came out and added a piece of equipment now we have fantastic Wi-Fi outdoors. I had attempted to do this myself with the normal big box gadgets. It did not work. What a difference good equipment and someone like Bill doing the install makes. BILLS INSTALLATION WORKS GREAT!
