I was looking for nice sheets & remembered a friend sharing on FB bedr mattress sold sheets & pillows as well as mattresses. I gave them a call, told them I wake up hot in the middle of the night. They suggested eucalyptus sheets. I LOVE THEM!!I am 22 weeks pregnant & am no longer waking up on fire in the middle of the night. Chad was awesome & sent me pictures of the different colors & let me know which store had them in stock. He was able to offer his insight and knowledge of various bed characteristics and types to help guide me when I was undecided or torn between different options (like the adjustable bed frame- never had used one before but so glad I got one this time!). I told him what we were looking for in a mattress and our price range. He took me straight to three options. I was able to try them out without any pressure. I explained some of the issues with our current bed, he explained what the problems might be. Jimmy’s knowledge and level of customer service made us comfortable to go ahead and purchase the mattress that day. A few days later the mattress and box spring were delivered right to your door and set up. The mattress sleeps great and our overall experience was a 10. I would definitely recommend Bed’r Mattress.Also check out the line of sheets they carry in the store called Dream Guard. They are wrinkle free, with deep pockets to fit extra thick mattress. These sheets are unbelievably soft. We love them!

Me and my wife needed to buy our first bed and had little knowledge of what we wanted. Amber was a huge help and extremely nice. They have a good selection ranging from traditional to tempurpedic to hybrid. Amber helped us try each kind and was honest about the cost of each mattress. Great service! Steve was knowledgeable and helpful in our search for an adjustable bed. The purchase was simple, the delivery was timely and the delivery guys prompt and courteous. Were one week into our new bed. Its firm and doesnt move. While it feels a little stiff to the body, my wife and I are both sleeping very well with no aches or pains upon waking. So far, weve given it the thumbs up.

We began looking for a mattress to replace our older one and happened upon this store. The choices were fine and comparable to other stores, however, the pressure from Jimmy was too much. He tried to pressure us into buying when we were just beginning our venture. My husband did not feel comfortable until he received enough knowledge from the competitors and come to find out they are all about the same. The prices are about the same however it had to do with the salesperson. We were not happy with the pressure.

The Bedr Mattress team took great care of my wife and I as we determined what mattress matched our needs for the first time. They helped us find great options in our budget. We tried the first option for a while and it turned out to be too firm. We took advantage of the guarantee to exchange for a softer model (there is a $99 fee for each exchange), but they did a fantastic job with allowing us to change mattresses and made the exchange process no hassle for us. Michael was great and the team provided quality service. Happy to give business to a locally owned company manufacturing their products locally, too.
