We had the finest 3 young men move us, Blake, Nick and Jackson. They were very professional and fast. Really listened to detail and did a Food Job. I also liked how it seemed they really got along. Worst moving experience ever! This is my 3rd move across country and I truly regret using All My Sons. Beware if Chase Morales comes to give you a quote!!! He assured us that one truck would suffice if we also rented a 16 foot trailer to pull ourselves. He came to our home twice, the second time, the day before the move. Half way through the move, the movers told us they could only fit half of our stuff into the truck. They left the items that did not fit spread all over our home. When I asked them if they could at least move all the stuff from the attic, basement, and house into one of our garages. They did move our belongings from the basement and the house but left a lot of stuff in the attic, including designer lighting I had purchased for my new home in Kentucky. I asked the movers if they would wrap the lamps, TVs, and computers since I paid for that, they said they only have to wrap what fits into the truck. When we called Chase and told him that we had a garage full of furniture and other items, he said we could either ask the new homeowners to allow us to leave our belongings in their garage and All My Sons would pick it up within 2 weeks! Or rent a Uhaul (in addition to the 16 foot trailer we had already rented) and drive it ourselves to Kentucky. If we wanted to move ourselves (we are seniors in our late 60s), we never would have hired All My Sons Moving Company. The movers only packed the truck to the 4th hinge on the back of the truck, leaving a lot of valuable space (at least 2 feet-2.5 feet) unused. We ended up having to rent a 20 foot Uhaul to fit the items left behind! I left a review and asked for the owner to call me but that never happened. Use anyone else but All My Sons; they get you in with their quote but leave you hanging when they cant fit your belongings into one truck as quoted. Watch out for Chase Morales...in my opinion, he is a liar and will say what he has to say to get the sale!

All my Sons moving is awesome! Bo and Dylan were professional, friendly, and fast. They came in for a last minute job to get a truck unloaded full of heavy furniture and boxes up 2 flights of stairs and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed. I would recommend All my Sons to anyone moving around the area and will go to them again in the future for any moving needs! I was very happy with the customer service when I called in as well... Very friendly and helpful!!

Had to call them 1 1/2 hrs AFTER they were supposed to be there. No communication as to why they late until we called them. Finally showed up 3 hrs later. Driver refused to back down my driveway and sat in road for 45 minutes talking. Foreman refused to come talk to me in person about the issue. Had to wait 2 more hrs for smaller truck. Over charged me and refuses to return my call after calling them asking for someone to call me several times. Will never use again, dont recommend!

This is second time using this company and been VERY pleased with both crews. Friendly, professional, did the work hired to do efficiently and timely.Moving is stressful and these guys made it much easier. This company was great to work with. From the very beginning we had to move our move in date a couple times and the guys did everything they could to accommodate us. Jake and his crew did a fantastic job with our move. Having had bad experiences with a couple other moving companies in the area, I limited the move to just furniture and appliances. But the efficiency with which they worked and the care that they took, made me wish I had let them move everything! I certainly wish I had used All My Sons for the last moves - my furniture would have fared much better! Highly recommend.

For starters they were 6 hours late for the scheduled move. They ripped a nearly new leather chair and broke the lid on my wifes hope chest. Two of the three movers were very immature and were screwing around with each other the whole time like they were high school kids or something. Dropped my chair down the stairs ripping the leather. Then when we got to the new place. The team lead would not start the unload until I paid. It was like they were holding my belongings hostage on the truck. Then they were overcharging me for what their boss back at the office was saying for how long the unload should take. Then when they broke my wifes hope chest the kid that brought it in tried to argue with me that it was like that when I watched him ram it into the door frame when he was bringing it in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I ended up getting two hours labor taken off days later after three calls to the office. As far as the damaged goods, they gave me a form to fill out then email in. We still have not been reimbursed.

We needed movers and quickly, as our previous mover bailed at the very last second leaving us stranded with a deadline to be out. I reached out to multiple companies and All My Sons was the only one that responded. They are TOP NOTCH. A huge shout out goes to THOMAS and ELI, we cannot thank you enough. Professional, efficient, and all around awesome. If I ever need movers again, this is the only company that I will choose. Highly recommend. 5 Stars.

Just finished a 10 hour move from Knoxville to Johnson City in 95 degree heat. Nicholas Anderson and his co-worker Rick did an excellent job. They worked non-stop throughout the day. They were incredibly professional as well as kind. Everything was well-packed and well-organized. They loaded and unloaded everything with care. Most importantly, they managed to keep a positive upbeat from beginning to end. Not only would I hire All My Sons Moving again, but I would specifically request Nick and Rick!

One of the worst experiences of my life. No exaggeration. I had back surgery in July so I hired All My Sons to pack and move my one bedroom apartment 4 blocks to my new condo. They arrived after 6pm on moving day and told me it was too late move me that day. I insisted that they take a couple of pieces of furniture since my some of my utilities had been cut off and I didn’t want to stay there that night. They moved my bed and living room furniture. I tipped them $100 and expected to see them first thing in the morning. They arrived the next day after 12 noon and began packing. Their estimate was that a 3 man crew (at $180/hr plus materials) would take about 2 hours. About 9 hours later they let me know they had the truck packed. One guy quit, they ran out of boxes etc etc. None of that was my fault. But, because they were a full day late, the parking space that I had reserved in front of the condo wasn’t available so they told me they couldn’t unpack that night. THEN they said they needed to be paid THAT NIGHT. I spoke with their manager and agreed to partial payment and would pay the rest once the truck was unloaded. I told him that it felt like extortion since all my possessions were on his truck. The initial estimate was $1800 and he asked me for $3000 which I refused. I agreed to a partial payment of $1500 and would pay the rest when the job was done and I had an itemized invoice detailing labor hours, materials and fuel. (He told me the fuel charge was $500!!! - just ridiculous).The movers told me they’d be back first thing in the morning and I said I would block off parking for them. I woke up the next day to find that my card had been charged for $3000!!! Straight up fraud!! And the movers didn’t come back first thing. They went to a different job first! Based on my experience to this point I was terrified thinking about the care that they had taken with my things. I asked them to text me when they were done so I could get my key and lock the condo. They left without notice when they were through and left my condo unlocked. My intuition told me to check my old apartment to make sure it was in good condition and, to my dismay, they left behind dozens of items - hanging pictures, a leather chair, all the items in my cabinet under the kitchen sink, everything in my bathroom except for the contents of one drawer etc etc. I had to hire another mover on short notice to finish the move as my lease was ending that weekend!!It took me a while to unpack - as I had recently had back surgery - and, as feared, my things weren’t treated with any care. Below are some of the damaged items. Even my University Diploma was somehow knocked out of its frame, shoved in a box and had other items crammed on top of it. There’s more damage than I’ve shared here, but you get the point. I have a fraud claim filed with my bank. Just an overall horrible experience.

Fantastic experience. All My Sons Moving & Storage bailed me out of a tough spot working me in to an already full schedule. The movers were very kind and professional. They completed my move in the time they estimated for 500 dollars cheaper than another moving company was going to charge. 1000 dollars vs 1500. That’s a huge difference!! Sonny Bizak and his crew were tremendous!! Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Wes’s team was courteous & professional, & made my out-of-state move a breeze. I received heads-up calls letting me know they were on their way & giving me an estimated time of arrival at my home, which really helped me manage my time. Thank you for your hard work!

Where to begin. The day of the move the crew wasn’t able to come at their scheduled window - I was told 8:30-9:30 AM I’d be getting a call 30 minutes prior, at 10:30 they came without giving notice. He told me upfront that they don’t unload until payment is received, which made sense at the time. When it came time to unload, I had to pay for several hours more expected. They set the rate based on how long they *assume* the job will take, so you’re likely paying for time that won’t be used. The “fuel” charge is just another 14% of whatever the total is (total = hours of labor, plus the base hour fee they charge to travel to you.) It is not an actual charge for fuel used. My entire move took place in a 5 mile radius, and the fuel charge was upwards of $200. I was told I’d receive a refund for the time that was billed and not used. 10 days later, no refund and still haven’t received an itemized receipt.0/10 recommend.

Real expensive. Almost 700 to move half of a 1 bedroom apartment. Charged 78.00 fuel for about 7 miles.

The crew that helped us move were excellent. They were extremely polite to each other and to us. We had a difficult situation where they were moving things into a house where there wasn’t really space for it and they placed things as neatly as possible. We had a row of chairs put on the front porch and they alternated the pattern and made them all facing the same direction without us even asking. They had us check everything and were extremely courteous. Definitely would use again!

My parents were renting a condo, and it was sold underneath them. ALL MY SONS MOVERS were awesome!!!! They are the only movers who offered both virtual or in person estimate of the stuff we needed to move, so they can give us a good cost estimate. They followed up with an email and 2 phone calls when the move got closer. Dillon, Blake and the crew that was working together were so professional, accomodating with my with my elderly parents. Even though my elderly mother changed her mind of where she wanted things to be placed, they moved it and made her happy. Great moving experience: nothing broken, the guys were respectful, and they moved fast. THANK YOU.

I called this company on Monday needing to move this Friday, and I was told over the phone that the rate would be $159/hour and any additional time would be measured out in 15min increments. This seemed reasonable so I agreed. Well, today I received a confirmation call and was told that it would be a minimum of 2 hours at $159, plus 1 hour for travel time at $159, and that I also had to pay a fee for their fuel used when driving... This would make the cost to move a bed and a dresser from a storage unit, to a house 14min away, almost $550.I told the representative on the phone that I wasnt sure I would be keeping my moving appointment after learning this, and the guy on the phone said as long as I called them back and cancelled 24 hours before my appointment that I would not be charged and my $100 they already charged my account would be refunded... Well, I have been trying several times to call them back now since 5:30pm and no one will answer. The website says they are open until 9pm. They did not give me an exact time for the move on Friday, so I can only assume they will count 24 hours as Thursday morning (which will be tomorrow). I am very unhappy with their customer service because If they wont answer the phone for me to cancel my appointment, I have to go in person tomorrow to cancel my appointment and by then they may consider it to be under 24 hours notice and charge me anyways. I am writing this review now as proof that I have made several attempts to cancel my appointment far before 24 hours prior to the move, and no one will answer. They also dont even give an option to cancel online either! This is the worst customer service I have seen in awhile.Dont go to this company if you value transparency at all times during communication and also value responsiveness.

This is a fantastic company they sent Wesley and Cooper they did an amazing job they utilized every inch of the uhaul when loading it and they were so careful with my stuff I would use all my sons again it I need them

All my sons left us with an almost full truck and a driveway full of furniture. The movers were told by the office to leave it and we could work it out they needed to be back for another job. Management would not speak to us about the issue and they refuse to refund any of the full price that we paid… DO NOT pay them up front, I will be filing a BBB complaint and possible legal action. Go AnYWHERE else

After moving out of state we had to hire a few people to help us unload our moving van in Knoxville. Nicholas Anderson was as professional as they come. Not only did he call to let us know he was en route, but he also was on time. His attitude was positive and he seemed to really enjoy meeting new people. That made the day seem less unnerving as moving can stress people out. I highly recommend All My Son’s in the Knoxville area, and especially Nicholas Anderson.

On September the 11th Nick and Jason came to help me move some things from my mothers home back to my house. My mother had just recently passed away on August the 25th. They were very considerate helpful and efficient in what they did. They also found a ring that I thought my mother had lost months before she passed away and they gave it back to me which made the experience even better. I highly recommend them.

My mother used this All My Sons to move her home. Several items were damaged and no calls have been returned to us to find a solution.It is clear that the young men at this location don’t know what to do to fix this situation and I would appreciate it if I wasn’t laughed at when I called. Very unprofessional. You get what you pay for and I thought over $1000 to move a 1 bedroom 400 sq ft apartment was enough to get.a decent service.Please read the one star reviews here to better understand them, I wish I would have. Oh yeah, The older drunk guy can have his cigarette butts back from my moms lawn too. 0/10, I won’t pay these boys to stand around laughing and smoking again, you shouldn’t either

From the start, we had nothing but a great experience! They were thorough and kept great communication during scheduling and confirming. George and his team were early and got to work immediately. We had some great laughs our animals loved them, as did my 6 year old who bragged about sharing high fives with George! It was overall a wonderful experience. We will be requesting this team again when we are ready to move into our permanent home! 10/10!

The moving crew was INCREDIBLE! Shout out to DeMontrai, Jerome, Jacob, Jeffery, and Jarod! These fellas knocked it out of the park. Trai ensured the crew took the utmost care of my items from wrapping and protecting, to packing in the truck, to the unload. Never a moment that I feared for my items. That being said, I think the office/management side of things could use a little work. Just know- if you get a quote for “worst case scenario”.. expect to pay at least that regardless of what you are told about any less time or less materials only takes cost off at the end.Overall- a great experience-But I definitely think this acknowledgement goes out to the rockstar crew I had! 👍🏻

We used All My Sons to move our household goods into storage and then out of storage during a remodel of our home. The men were polite and efficient and took care of our furniture in both moves. Demontral Holmes was in charge of both events and he was super courteous. During the moves, we asked that a few items already in the home be moved to upstairs/and/or moved downstairs; and they readily honored our requests. The price quoted on the front end was honored as well. I will definitely use them again.

We scheduled in early May for a May 22 AM move which in my opinion should have been ample scheduling time to avoid any issues. However, on the day of the move, they dont show up in the AM then we call. They say they are running behind and will be there between 1-2. No show at 1-2, then tell us they will be there between 4-5. Never showed up!!!! Called to say they MIGHT be able to fit us in on Sunday but they are really booked already. REALLY!!!!! Why not get to the people you missed on Saturday before the people you overbooked on Sunday??? I scheduled this weeks ago, now it is Sunday and NO move. We close on this property tomorrow and are now left scrambling at the last minute to literally move 5 minutes away. We were not a big move so I am thinking we got looked over because we were considered small. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are totally unreliable and left us in a total mess. We now have 12 hours to get out of a house, clean it and get it ready for an inspection at 8 AM tomorrow. Now lets just hope they give us our deposit back. BBB will be getting a call!!!

We had three storage units of stuff moved to our house by Nick, Dylan, Justin, Dustin, and Devan. They all did a great job! They worked very hard and fast to get everything loaded, unloaded, and into our house! They seemed to enjoy their job and were pleasant to work with!

I was fortunate to get a call from Nick in the morning to let me know the crew I was going to work with (a terrific crew)on 4/14/2021 were on their way! All three men were great! Such polite gentlemen! They stayed busy and focused on their jobs, and they also had great “we’ll take care of it!” attitudes. Went with a different company at first they canceled. All My Sons helped us out of a jam! All the guys were great, thanks to Wesley Turner and the crew.

Dylan and Bo were awesome took great care of our furniture and belongings very quick and professional would highly recommend

Luis, Q, & Zach did a great job with my local move!! I’m extremely unorganized and didn’t have stuff ready but they were amazing and packed up what I hadn’t finished. They were awesome and professional and put up with my corny jokes too. :) I’m very happy with the job they did! Hopefully I’ll never move again, but if I do I’ll use All My Sons!

Luis, Q and Zack did a great job moving us out of our apartment into storage. However, we were quoted 1/3 of the price we were charged even though we only used the allotted time perthe quote received by Chloe over the phone. We were not expecting to drop $1000+ on our 3 hour local move out of our apartment so I am very unhappy with my service given the price. I will not be using this company again and I recommend checking other companies as I feel I was tricked by All My Sons Moving.

Luis and Laquavious were exceptional. Careful, professional, and helpful. They wrapped everything and protected our furniture and our house. This is the best moving experience we have ever had.

My Three Sons, including Sonny, arrived early, waited patiently until I arrived and while I finalized the storage contracts. They carefully removed my whole house of furniture and packed it into two storage units. I will use them to move into my house when it is ready.

Thank you Luis Ortiz, Dwayne, and Eli for helping us unpack our 26’ truck. It was a hot day! Nothing broke, no scratches on our wood floors either! It was great to have 3 guys bs two guys with the piano move as well.

George Bidault, Justin and Slim are quite the trio. They move you fast. Great guys who work hard. Wouldnt use anyone else from this point. Thanks guys. The only downfall was the company themselves. Justin said I would have refund of $179 back to my card. When I spoke with Ryan at the main office he confirmed it. Today a whole different story now I only get 1/2 of that back. Ryan said it was mistake on his part but still 2 different people said same story. Guys your great. Company rips you off.
