10/10, great customer service and nice units. I’ve had a unit since about May now and I can say that every experience I’ve had with the company has been great. The setup process was simple and straightforward and once you first move your stuff in there’s a worker who takes you to your unit and helps walk you through the process of accessing it, which is very nice.Recently I had to transfer units and both times I called to get more information about that process the workers were very helpful. Once I was ready to transfer I called and a worker named Josh quickly got everything sorted out for me and explained my next steps very clearly so everything was a breeze. He went above and beyond to try and help me out and address any concerns I had, and all the other employees I’ve interacted with have done the same. They’re super efficient in their jobs and I really appreciate it!As for the storage units themselves, they’re clean and the security measures they have in place make me feel like my stuff is well protected. They also have carts on site readily available for use if you need help moving stuff to and from the units.Overall it’s just a great facility! Great customer service and units, keep up the great work :)

This is a good place to store your goods. The facility has controlled access to enter the storage areas and also controlled access to each level of the building. Its nicely kept both inside and out. Only bad thing I could think of is they are understaffed. You will wait for service while the property is being shown. This is not a bad thing, just pointing out the facts.

The customer service rep helped a lot more than I anticipated when I had trouble reserving online. And then the manager at the property Josh called to welcome me and offer me a tour of the facility and show me my unit. This happened 5 minutes ago and I’ve already recommended them to someone 😀

Not only did they have available units, the pricing is far lower than anyone other storage facilities that I called. Also, its climate controlled with is not something youll get at most places.Personally my favorite part was that they dont use pushy sales tactics like a car salesman. I cant stand that.The building is clean, air conditioned, the staff is friendly and helpful, and its designed to help you store your stuff quickly and efficiently.Even if you have to travel further to get here (like me), its absolutely worth it.

Super helpful staff who helped me a lot with my first time using a rental storage space. Forgot the key for my unit on move out day (fail) but they very graciously took care of it free of charge. They were also very knowledgeable about what supplies I would need to safely fill up/ tie up moving truck. Location is also clean and well kept. Would definitely use them again 👍🏽

Josh was so thorough and kind, I feel very safe storing my daughters dorm room items here. What exceptional customer service!!! In addition, knowing this was for a college student, they contacted me to see if I would be continuing the space or moving out in August and prorated the rent. This facility is the cleanest storage unit I have ever seen, and we will continue to rent space each summer.

The online leasing was quick and easy. The complex was clean and it was pretty easy to find my unit. Josh called me after I was done signing my lease and was very pleasant. I was offered a tour of the facility and was given helpful and professional answers to all my questions.

I am glad my items are here. Yes they can either increase or decrease rate every 6 months if im correct, but there are some really nice people. I have a 10x10 unit and it fit my old apartments stuff in it and my fiances from his old apartment from shelby. Thing is you never realize how much a conditioned unit means to you until you have a unit like he and i do in shelby. The one in shelby is not conditioned its an outside unit effected by weather etc. Rats seem to have infested it for the most part. Stuff like this is a hassle to deal with but with extra space i love my indoor unit and ability to take care of it way better and easier by far than the one in shelby. Consider a unit like theirs you wont be sorry just make sure to square pricing away so you know what to expect and when so you wont be suprised by any increases or decreases. I cant wait to move our shelby items to here ill feel safer when all my items are cared for in a good facility like this one. 😊

Deff would recommend this storage unit not just because the price was right and they had exactly what I needed, but Christina & josh have gone above and beyond to be helpful each time I visit (and need my lock drilled lol). If you ever lose your key— it doesn’t break the bank to fix and get situated with a new one! They were very attentive and executed great customer service :)

We did a 30 day Rapid Rental for our UTK student to store her furniture for a month and it was so convenient! Its a few miles from campus, felt safe at all times, etc. I highly recommend this Western Avenue Knoxville location for student storage!

Re. 2072 Western Ave, Knoxville, TN location. Josh and Christina were very helpful and friendly.Overall excellent experience without actually being in the state of TENN (yet). The only small thing I would mention is that EXTRA SPACE SHOULD ADD THE OPTION of editing insurance over phone or email (remotely). The claim is that we have to physically be present to subtract insurance, edit and add NEW insurance of our own (in NYS). Our thinking is that we purchased storage REMOTELY without being present (all done 700 miles away). When I go back to EDIT, subtract and add my own insurance this was not possible and the claim was we had to physically be present in the store. In a world of remote transactions done all the time I would think (as a non storage guy) that every thing can be edited and adjusted. I signed and submitted the monthly contract (DOCU SIGN DIGITALLY and remotely) believing after submission this could be adjusted with my insurance DEC page. Well I be informed for any future transactions. This feature should be added to remote transactions.Its not about $14 dollar purchased insurance it is about the convenience and peace of mind. Thanks again.

When I first called they quoted me a price I didnt want to pay so I informed them I would have to look elsewhere. Then they wanted to offer a deal. Took the deal. Moved in my stuff. Then 3 months later raised the price. Called about it for them to inform me they reassess prices every 3-4 months. Whatever they quote you it will go up! Dont be fooled

Facility and spaces are clean and well lit. Staff is friendly and helpful. Elevators are a bit slow but no major issue. You do have to enter your security code often during the move in process, but no big deal, extra security.

Extra space made it super easy to rent a storage unit. although, my phone didnt cooperate and my carrier was non-existent.( to say the lease.) When it came time for me to electronically sign my contract... lt just wasnt happening. Almost two days later I dragged into the office 7 minutes before close of business.the agent that help me was nothing but high -speed low-drag. she was very efficient, knowledgeable, and thrifty. 2 minutes later I was headed back out the door. The facility is very nice and cool inside. I had no idea it was a inside unit when I rented it. If I would have had big appliances and a lot of furniture I would’ve been so mad when I realized it was inside and had to go up an elevator 2 floors with a little rolling cart to my unit. Very upset she didn’t tell me they were indoor units when I reserved it.
