The three guys that did the move were great. Very careful with moving. They were so professional but also kind and friendly. Use them if top quality movers!

Needed a piano moved from Rocky Top to Karns. After calling a couple other companies who wouldn’t even talk to me about it, Moretz Moving was so nice and professional. They worked me in on an afternoon after a small job that morning. Worked well for me as well as them so they gave me a competitive rate. Movers were also very clean, nice, and professional. Based on my experience I would definitely call Moretz Movers again.

My mother called to request someone come out for an estimate to move 2 residences. She was told by the lady that answered the phone that would get in touch with Mr. Moretz to find out when he would be available and she would call my mother back. She never called back. My mother called again and an appointment was set up for 10/19/2020 at 11:30 a.m. At 11:35, we received a call from Miranda saying that Mr. Moretz was with a truck and would be unable to keep the 11:30 appointment. She stated that he was going to call her in an hour to let her know when he would be available and then she would call us back to reschedule. We did not receive that call. On 10/20/2020, Mr. Moretz (Tim) called my mother. (I was at her home and she had the phone on speaker for both the calls on 10/19 & 10/20). He apologized for not making it the day before and wanted to know if he could come out today. My mother told him that we had another company coming for estimates and asked he could come later in the day. Mr. Moretz was pushy and said he could come right then and that the other guy would not take that long. He finally agreed to come between 12:30 & 1:00 pm. Yep,. you guessed it, no show and no call. (Its now 8:00 pm). There is no way I would hire a company that cant keep their commitments to call you or their appointments to show up at my home.

These guys were awesome!!!! I had 3 guys (Eric, Zeke, And Donald) move two storage units from Maryville to Knoxville and boy were they efficient and speedy. They were extremely professional and careful with all of the belongings. We started around 8 and were done by 1230. I highly recommend this company for any move and will definitely use them again for any kind of move.
