Absolutely wonderful company to work with! I am a Project Manager based in Nashville, so having the flexible to coordinate remotely with their team was extremely helpful! Tara especially was easy to work with and above and beyond helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Simple straight forward. Paid a little more than 60 a month for a small unit for about 8 months and had no issues. They even closed out the account for me when the noticed i moved out so I didnt continue to get charged.

My storage unit looks like someone has tried to break into it, the fence doesnt even go all the way around. Anyone could just walk in the back. We pay for a unit, more than its worth and we get the police called on us because we were at our unit to long. Seriously, and she told the cop that we signed a paper saying that we wouldnt hang out to long. Must be the fine print, once my month is up ill move my things somewhere else. Wont use again and wont recommend.

I would give it a zero if I could. I filled out all paperwork to be told at the end that the gate was broken, there is no security at night, and “hopefully” there would be no crime if I decided to continue using the storage unit. I was offered a refund after hearing the gate was broken and was only refunded the insurance. There was nothing on the website about how the gate was broken. Very frustrated and would never recommend this place to anyone.

Nice people. New owners. The rentors leave too much garbage lying around. And that brings me to the dumpsters, more than 1. It would be alot easier on the rentors and owners if there were dumpsters on site for garbage disposal. All in all it was a productive visit. (Except for hauling off garbage in my car)

Sue.....she is what made my experience so great. she was absolutely a delight! she was very knowledgeable of the units n all their pricing info. she went out of her way to try to communicate with me when my phone kept cutting out. she also has ensured (on her shifts) that the grounds are kept tidy. most importantly she went above n beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed and the best price to do it with!

My daughter uses CubeSmart to store her things while at college, so I am familiar with the policy; however, I didn’t expect to encounter even better service when I relocate to Tennessee.From the day I reserved my storage unit things changed. I immediately got a call from the location manager Sue; who has been extremely helpful in more ways than I could count. Sue explained everything I needed to know and took the time to get me settle in with ease on moving day. This made my moving day experience less stressful, all because of the care I received from Sue.

Now after having my unit broken into, the non access gate is Wide open. I was requested to give them my contact number. They havent contacted me in over a week. Sign on the access gate states, Video Surveillance. But no they dont. Still waiting for the call

We rented a storage unit for my daughter to put her items in over summer break. The manager walked me through everything my daughter would need so that when she came in there would be no issues. My daughter said that when she got there he was very nice and everything was taken care of. I was happy it went so well without me being there to help. Thank you for your great service.

Ive had a storage unit in this facility for about 9 months. I had my unit broken into this week. Loosing about $5000.00 in goods. They have no cameras on the lot. Most likely my things were just put in another unit. Not Happy with this place.

I had a good experience but felt I should have been told that the insurance is mandatory and I didnt save %35 like I was told I would on the phone. There was a one time fee that I shouldnt of had to pay. That would have been the %35 I saved. But it was on my receipt. The $55.00 I was told ended up being $110 with insurance and a lock. I still ended up paying $84.00(the original monthly rate) I also believe they could put some kind of light in the units at night. Even motion detector lights would work.

Pricing at facility high relative to amenities and services offered by nearby competitors. My number one concern being that this location isn’t necessarily in the best location and doesn’t offer surveillance despite having a camera sign on the gate. The gate moves slow so it’s very easy for people to piggy back on drivers and it happens more often then not. It has been almost a year since CubeSmart took the facility into their hands and there is still no cameras. Your investments aren’t safe here so keep this in mind when storing your valuable items.

The staff has been extremely helpful with all of my companies needs, from our 1st storage to our 5th. I am extremely satisfied with cube smart storage and would recommend to anyone needing storage space.

Had exceptional customer service, Really went above and beyond to make sure there we had an informed decision, Walk us through everything. Showed us inside the available units. I cannot say enough good things about my experience If I ever need another storage facility in the future it is definitely worth the money to know that my belongings are being taken care of here. The place is very run down. I rented a storage unit after my husband passed away I then placed all our 36 years together. I went to check on my stuff to find out the unit was infested with rats all my stuff is ruined. The lady who ran the office came to my unit and told me that if I didnt leave right then that she was going to lock me in. I was so upset and was telling her to look at my stuff and what the rats had done. She then told me she would not come and look at it that she was leaving to go home to eat dinner. Dont store your items there they are infested with rats

Extremely run down. They recently did some cleanup in the office but there is broken glass around storage units. They don’t do very much to keep it clean. I used them as a last resort. The only place at the time that had what I was looking for available. They aren’t any cheaper than their competitors.
