Our Kodiak store is really good. They know what they’re doing and we’re lucky to have them. The girl who helped me was Roshanna (I think). She was awesome!

I stopped in to the AT&T store to get my son a new phone for a graduation gift and to add a line to our plan. Such a thing can be time consuming and confusing as there are always many options and decisions that need to be made. Two employees, Richana and Angel, offered excellent customer service and provided knowledgeable and friendly guidance in navigating the process. They turned what could have been an unpleasant experience into a very pleasant one! Great work! :)

Richana was so great! She was so patient with my iPhone 4 mentality, and answered all my questions with ease. She got me all set up and out and he door with a new iPhone 12. A big help!

Understaffed. Waited for 25 minutes to be told that its samsungs problem not mine. My problem occured right when i transferred my service to at&t and my first experience with the customer service hasnt been a good one.

Just transferred here for work. Completely lost on the island. My cell service from the lower 48 is practically non existent here on island. I stepped into AT&T with zero idea of what to expect, how to have a phone “unlocked” whatever that means, or where literally anything on the island even is. Angel stepped in with zero hesitation and completely fielded all of my questions. Got me set up with cell service, told me where the local landmarks and hot spots are, and treated me like I belonged here all along. All while juggling multiple guests in store with professionalism and poise. I’m 28 and i’ve never reviewed anything in my entire life. That’s how floored I was by the quality of service. Couldn’t have been better. ✌🏻

Garbage staff. Harassing other customers for commission. Would not let me return a charger that was sold to me broken.

Today I was helped by the general manager whose name I cant quite remember at the moment but I know its in my emails somewhere, anyway he and his employees he was training were very helpful and easy going. He himself managed 5 other locations around the state and I can see why he is in this position. 10 stars if I could, great store and managed by an excellent person and business promoter. I walked out of there with a new plan, more money in my pocket and a brand new phone. Loved it

Delaney was the biggest help! I came in looking for a better plan for my family and I, and Delaney was able to explain the different account types and recommended the best possible plan. Her knowledge was also instrumental in helping me choose and set up my new phone!

Delaney was extremely helpful over the last couple days porting my service over from Verizon after I arrived here. Verizon is all roaming and no data at all on the island. It took us a few hours and she was super pleasant to work with while both systems fought. While she is new she didnt give up! Will definitely be back to the store for my wireless needs.. They refuse to sell phones for retail. The only way youll get a phone here is if you re-up your contract. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.
