I thought the young man was friendly and helpful
I went in the GCI store seeking internet services. I was helped by a very professional and friendly individual named Sydney. He had me in and out of the store in about 20 minutes with a self install kit, and I was on the net in less than an hour after I began the installation process. I am very satisfied with the professional service and quality product I received from the GCI Store.
So why do I spend $100 a month on internet but I still have issues with it... come on...
Staff seemed bothered by having to do there job. Gave me a number to call that was out of service. I returned immediately to a they were insisted it was right. The number cant be reached on 2 other friends phones... The facility was nice and clean
I visited Gci store on Kodiak island great service. Customer service agent sidney was awesome. He answered all my questions and concerns. I also got the plan I was looking for. The store in Kodiak is new updated and spacious.
Lots to choose from but wasnt completely helpful! I was trying to help my vision impaired Grandpa and they were not very friendly and didnt explain completely. Under normal circumstances in sure the service and help is spot on .

Fast and professional service
GCI is probably the worst cable company besides Comcast I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The website is absolutely impossible, it will not let you register your email or account number, it simply says: your account number is invalid even when you enter it correctly. The only way to pay your bill is by mail or by automated telephone crap. Not only that, who charges data limits on their home internet plans?! GCI only...man thats one for the books. This company needs a website revamp and a usage policy revamp. Also...PUT BOTH CABLE AND INTERNET ON THE SAME BILL!
The customer service rep put sim card in backwards n was horrible
Internet is expensive and unreliable. My recommendation is to try another service provider.
